| 3 | Oxidation kinetics regularity in spontaneous combustion of gas coal显示文摘In order to investigate the oxidation kinetics of gas coal at low temperatures, we derived a rate equation of oxygen con-sumption during low-temperature oxidation of gas coal and deduced an E-c equation, expressing the relation between active energy E and oxygen concentration c. The reaction order n and active energy E were calculated with this equation based on experiments of static oxygen consumption tests. In addition, we proved the rationality of the E-c equation using a kinetic compensation effect and obtained the isokinetic temperature Tc. | 4 | A novel peptide, selected from phage display library of random peptides, can efficiently target into human breast cancer cell显示文摘To develop a targeting vector for breast cancer biotherapy, MDA-MB-231 cell, a human breast cancer cell line, was co-cultured with pC89 (9 aa) phage display library of random peptides. In multiple inde- pendent peptide-presenting phage screening trials, subtilisin was used as a protease to inactivate ex- tra-cellular phages. The internalized phages were collected by cell lysising and amplified in E. coli XLI-Blue. Through five rounds of selection, the peptide-presenting phages which could be internalized in MDA-MB-231 cells were isolated. A comparison was made between internalization capacities of pep- tide-presenting phages isolated from MDA-MB-231 cells and RGD-integrin binding phage by cocultur- ing them with other human tumor cell lines and normal cells. The nucleotide sequences of isolated peptide-presenting phages were then determined by DNA sequencing. To uncover whether phage coat protein or amino acid order was required for the character of the peptide to MDA-MB-231 cells, three peptides were synthesized. They are CASPSGALRSC, ASPSGALRS and CGVIFDHSVPC (the shifted sequence of CASPSGALRSC), and after coculturing them with different cell lines, their targeting ca- pacities to MDA-MB-231 cells were detected. These data suggested that the internalization process was highly selective, and capable of capturing a specific peptide from parent peptide variants. Moreover, the targeting internalization event of peptides was an amino acid sequence dependent manner. | 5 | Study on air flow dynamic characteristic of mechanical ventilation of a lung simulator显示文摘As an important life support treatment, mechanical ventilation is usually adopted in clinics. With the development of the res-piratory diagnostic and treatment technologies, air flow dynamics of mechanical ventilation is usually referenced in the evaluation of pulmonary status and assessment of respiratory therapy. In order to improve the ventilation efficiency and provide a reference for pulmonary diagnostics, in this paper, a new mathematical model of mechanical ventilation system was set up. Furthermore, a prototype mechanical ventilation system for an artificial simulating lung was designed and experimentally studied. Lastly, in order to improve the ventilation efficiency and provide a reference for pulmonary diagnostics, the air flow dynamics of the mechanical ventilation system was illustrated through simulation and experimental studies. | 7 | Effect of Boron Content on the Microstructure and Magnetic Properties of Non-oriented Electrical Steels显示文摘The effects of boron content in the range of 0-0.0082 wt%, on the inclusion type, microstructure, texture and magnetic properties of non-oriented electrical steels have been studied. After fi nal annealing, the addition of excess boron(w(Bt)>0.004 1 wt%) led to the formation of Fe2 B particles. As boron content increased, grain size increased and reached a maximum in steel with 0.004 1 wt% boron. Furthermore, steel containing 0.004 1 wt% boron had the strongest {100} fi ber texture, Goss texture and the weakest {111} fi ber texture among the fi ve tested steels. Flux density fi rstly rapidly increased and then suddenly decreased with increasing boron content and reached a maximum in steel with 0.004 1 wt% boron. Conversely, core loss fi rst sharply decreased and then abruptly increased with the increase of boron content and reached a minimum in steel containing 0.004 1 wt% boron. | 8 | Ultraflat, broadband, and highly coherent supercontinuum generation in all-solid microstructured optical fibers with all-normal dispersion显示文摘High flatness, wide bandwidth, and high-coherence properties of supercontinuum(SC) generation in fibers are crucial in many applications. It is challenging to achieve SC spectra in a combination of the properties, since special dispersion profiles are required, especially when pump pulses with duration over 100 fs are employed. We propose an all-solid microstructured fiber composed only of hexagonal glass elements. The optimized fiber possesses an ultraflat all-normal dispersion profile, covering a wide wavelength interval of approximately 1.55 μm. An SC spectrum spanning from approximately 1030 to 2030 nm(corresponding to nearly one octave) with flatness<3 dB is numerically generated in the fiber with 200 fs pump pulses at 1.55 μm. The results indicate that the broadband ultraflat SC sources can be all-fiber and miniaturized due to commercially achievable 200-fs fiber lasers. Moreover, the SC pulses feature high coherence and a single pulse in the time domain, which can be compressed to 13.9-fs pulses with high quality even for simple linear chirp compensation. | 10 | Serum uric acid and risk of incident diabetes in middle-aged and elderly Chinese adults: prospective cohort study显示文摘The association between serum uric acid and the risk of incident diabetes in Chinese adults remains unknown.This study aimed to investigate this association in a community-dwelling population aged≥40 years in Shanghai,China.Oral glucose tole3rance test was conducted during baseline and follow-up visits.Relative risk regression was utilized to examine the associations between baseline gender-specific serum uric acid levels and incident diabetes risk.A total of 613(10.3%)incident diabetes cases were identified during the follow-up visit after 4.5 years.Fasting plasma glucose,postload glucose,and glycated hemoglobin A1c during the follow-up visit progressively increased across the sex-specific quartiles of serum uric acid(all Ps<0.05).The incidence rate of diabetes increased across the quartiles of serum uric acid(7.43%,8.77%,11.47%,and 13.43%).Multivariate adjusted regression analysis revealed that individuals in the highest quartile had 1.36-fold increased risk of diabetes compared with those in the lowest quartile of serum uric acid(odds ratio(95%confidence interval)=1.36(1.06−1.73)).Stratified analysis indicated that the association was only observed in women.Accordingly,serum uric acid was associated with the increased risk of incident diabetes among middle-aged and elderly Chinese women. | Di Cheng Chunyan Hu Rui Du Hongyan Qi Lin Lin Xueyan Wu Lina Ma Kui Peng Mian Li Min Xu Yu Xu Yufang Bi Weiqing Wang Yuhong Chen Jieli Lu | 2020 | Frontiers of Medicine2020,14,6: | 3 |

The result indicated that the condition for the formation of CaOTiO_2-MgOAl_2O_3 in 321 steel is [Ca]>0.001wt%, [Ti]>0.1wt%, and [Al]>0.01wt%. | 12 | H_(2)S promotes developmental brain angiogenesis via the NOS/NO pathway in zebrafish显示文摘Background Hydrogen sulphide(H_(2)S)is considered as the third member of the gasotransmitter family,along with nitric oxide(NO)and carbon monoxide.H_(2)S has been reported to induce angiogenesis by promoting the growth,migration and tube-like structure formation of endothelial cells.Those studies were conducted in conditions of cell culture,mouse Matrigel plug assay model,rat wound healing model or rat hindlimb ischaemia model.Recent in vivo studies showed the physiological importance of H_(2)S in muscle angiogenesis.However,the importance of endogenous H_(2)S for brain angiogenesis during development remains unknown.We therefore aimed at determining the role of H_(2)S in brain vascular development.Methods and results Both knockdown and knockout of H2S-producing enzymes,cystathionineβ-synthase(cbs)and cystathionineγ-lyase(cth),using morpholino oligonucleotides and clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats/Cas9-mediated mutation,impaired brain vascular development of larval zebrafish.Incubation with the slow-releasing H_(2)S donor GYY4137 alleviated the defects of brain vascular development in cbs and cth morphants.Quantitative analysis of the midbrain vascular network showed that H_(2)S enhances angiogenesis without affecting the topological structure of the brain vasculature.Mechanically,nitric oxide synthase 2a(nos2a)expression and NO production were decreased in both cbs and cth morphants.Overexpression of nos2a by coinjection of cbs or cth MO with full-length zebrafish nos2a mRNA alleviated the brain vascular developmental defects in cbs and cth morphants.Conclusion We conclude that H_(2)S promotes brain developmental angiogenesis via the NOS/NO pathway in zebrafish. | Weiqing Jiang Chen Liu Mingzhu Deng Fei Wang Xiao Ren Yilin Fan Jiulin Du Yonggang Wang | 2021 | Stroke & Vascular Neurology2021,6,2: | 2 |

| 14 | Kinetics of Evaporation of Zn and Pb from Carbon-bearing Pellets Made of Dust Containing Zn-Pb-Fe Oxides显示文摘The influence of reduction temperature, size of coal powder and the carbon content on the evaporation rates of Zn and Pb in pellets made of ZnO-PbO-FeO bearing dust has been investigated between 1100-1300℃. The evaporation rate of Zn and Pb obtained from the experiments has been analyzed with kinetic models. The results show that the control step for evaporation of Zn is reduction reaction of ZnO by CO at the interface,and that the evaporation rate of Pb is controlled by the volatilization of reduction products, i.e. liquid lead. | 20 | Synthesis of 1,1,3,3,5,5-hexamethyl-1,5-bis[(3-ethyl-3-methoxyoxetane)propyl]trisiloxane and Research on Its UV-curing Performance显示文摘A compound,3-ethyl-3-hydroxymethyloxetane(EHO),was synthesized with diethyl carbonate and trihydroxypropane as raw materials,3-ethyl-3-allylmethoxy oxetane(EAMO)was synthesized with EHO and allyl bromide,and 1,1,3,3,5,5-hexamethyl-1,5-bis[(3-ethyl-3-methoxyoxetane)propyl]trisiloxane(HMBEMOPTS)was synthesized with EAMO and 1,1,3,3,5,5-hexamethyltrisiloxane(HMTS).HMBEMOPTS is a novel UV-curable oligomer.The test of photo-DSC shows the photosensitivity of HMBEMOPTS is better than the ordinary oxetane,3-ethyl-3-[(3-ethyloxetan-3-yl)methoxymethyl]oxetane.HMBEMOPTS was mixed with bisphenol A type epoxy resin E-51 to prepare a cationic UV-curable system,and triarylsulfonium hexafluoroantimonate(UV-6976)was used as a cationic photoinitiator.The mechanical tests of coating films prove that when the mass fraction of HMBEMOPTS is 50%,the mechanical properties of the curing system are the best.The impact strength of the UV-curable films is measured to be 40 kg·cm and the flexibility is 2 mm;the tensile strength and flexural strength of the prepared specimens are 20.74 MPa and 13.43 MPa,respectively.The experimental results show that HMBEMOPTS can effectively improve photosensitivity and flexibility of the photosensitive resin. | 胡思炜 黄笔武 CHEN Weiqing | 2021 | Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2021,36,6: | 1 |
