1Ecological Carrying Capacity Prediction of Huainan City Based on GM–BP Neural Network显示文摘Evaluation of ecological carrying capacity is an important method of analyzing regional sustainable development, study on ecological carrying capacity is to settle the contradictions between resource and environment, and it is a significant basis for realizing regional sustainable development. This paper, on the basis of the academician Sun Tiehang's 'unification of three' for the eco-city construction, established ecological carrying capacity evaluation indexes for the traditional industrial and mining city—Huainan City; and applied GM–BP neural network coupling model for the dynamic evolution and prediction of ecological carrying capacity of Huainan City in the future decade. The results showed that ecological carrying capacity index of Huainan would be 2.13 by 2025, higher than the loadable state 1, so the ecological carrying capacity would keep in the over-loaded level, but the over-loaded degree would be lower than the current. Carrying capacity of arable land, energy and water resources contribute greatly to the improvement of ecological carrying capacity, thus it is imperative to adjust this unreasonable and unsustainable ecological consumption relationship, enhance environmental protection awareness and high-efficiency utilization of resources, and take an energy-saving and intensive development path.LI Jiulin GU Kangkang CHU Jinlong JIANG Benchuan ANG Lin 2016Journal of Landscape Research2016,8,1:1
2Large unsaturated magnetoresistance of 2D magnetic semiconductor Fe-SnS_(2) homojunction显示文摘A magnetic semiconductor whose electronic charge and spin can be regulated together will be an important compon-ent of future spintronic devices.Here,we construct a two-dimensional(2D)Fe doped SnS_(2)(Fe-SnS_(2))homogeneous junction and investigate its electromagnetic transport feature.The Fe-SnS_(2) homojunction device showed large positive and unsatur-ated magnetoresistance(MR)of 1800%in the parallel magnetic field and 600%in the vertical magnetic field,indicating an obvi-ous anisotropic MR feature.In contrast,The MR of Fe-SnS_(2) homojunction is much larger than the pure diamagnetic SnS_(2) and most 2D materials.The application of a gate voltage can regulate the MR effect of Fe-SnS_(2) homojunction devices.Moreover,the stability of Fe-SnS_(2) in air has great application potential.Our Fe-SnS_(2) homojunction has a significant potential in future mag-netic memory applications.Jingzhi Fang Huading Song Bo Li Ziqi Zhou Juehan Yang Benchuan Lin Zhimin Liao Zhongming Wei 2022Journal of Semiconductors2022,43,9:0
3Dynamic Analysis on Ecological Infrastructure Quality in Coal-based Cities:A Case Study of Huainan City显示文摘Urban ecological infrastructure is the ecological background of urban sustainable development and is the basic guarantee for the construction of ecological cities. According to the characteristics of the ecological infrastructure of coal-based cities, the ecological infrastructure is divided into two subsystems:natural infrastructure subsystem and artificial infrastructure subsystem. According to each subsystem and its main components(such as atmosphere, green space, hydrology, traffic and transportation), 36 indicators were selected to establish the evaluation system. In addition, the evaluation model was established by means of mean square deviation method and composite index method, and a dynamic analysis was carried out on the ecological infrastructure quality of Huainan City in 2006-2015. The results show that the composite index of ecological infrastructure in Huainan City in 2006-2015 remained at the medium level, and the natural infrastructure at the worse and poor levels, while the artificial infrastructure remained at the medium and excellent levels.JIANG Benchuan GU Kangkang ANG Lin WANG Yongzheng 2017Journal of Landscape Research2017,9,2:0
