| 1 | 种植密度对玉米-大豆带状间作下大豆光合、产量及茎秆抗倒的影响显示文摘【目的】阐明玉米-大豆带状间作下大豆植株冠层在不同种植密度下的光环境变化规律,明确种植密度对间作大豆叶片光合特性、产量形成及茎秆抗倒的影响,为构建寡日照地区间作大豆合理群体密度提供理论参考。【方法】本研究以大豆(川豆-16)和玉米(正红-505)为试验材料。采用双因素随机区组设计,主因素为种植方式,设玉米-大豆带状间作和大豆带状单作2个水平,副因素为大豆的3个种植密度(PD1=17株/m^(2),PD2=20株/m^(2),PD3=25株/m^(2)),研究种植密度对间作大豆冠层内部光环境变化、叶片光合特性、植株生长动态、田间倒伏率及产量构成等的影响。【结果】2年结果表明,在玉米-大豆带状间作系统中,大豆生长中后期受高位作物玉米遮荫和自荫性增加的影响,其植株群体冠层内部的光合有效辐射(PAR)、叶面积指数(LAI)、叶片光合能力、分枝数及产量显著降低,但受玉米影响的程度因大豆种植密度的不同而不同。在间作模式下,PD1和PD2处理的大豆植株群体冠层光合有效辐射比PD3处理分别增加了45.4%和24.8%,净光合速率分别增加了46.1%和12.3%,单株有效荚数分别增加了53.2%和27.2%,单株分枝数分别增加了270.4%和140.9%,田间倒伏率分别降低了50.3%和19.3%。相关性分析发现,间作大豆的田间倒伏率与冠层内部光合有效辐射、叶片净光合速率、茎秆抗折力、茎叶干物质比、单株分枝数及单株有效荚数呈显著负相关,与株高、叶面积指数和单株无效荚数呈显著正相关。【结论】在玉米-大豆带状间作模式下,20株/m^(2)的大豆密度(PD2)有利于创造良好的群体冠层内部光环境,降低植株田间大豆倒伏率,增加光合产物积累,从而提高大豆产量。 | 程彬 刘卫国 王莉 许梅 覃思思 卢俊吉 高阳 李淑贤 Ali RAZA 张熠 Irshan AHMAD 敬树忠 刘然金 杨文钰 | 2021 | 中国农业科学2021,54,19: | 42 |

| 5 | Cancer cachexia,mechanism and treatment显示文摘It is estimated that half of all patients with cancer eventually develop a syndrome of cachexia, with anorexia and a progressive loss of adipose tissue and skeletal muscle mass. Cancer cachexia is characterized by systemic inflammation, negative protein and energy balance, and an involuntary loss of lean body mass. It is an insidious syndrome that not only has a dramatic impact on patient quality of life, but also is associated with poor responsesto chemotherapy and decreased survival. Cachexia is still largely an underestimated and untreated condition, despite the fact that multiple mechanisms are reported to be involved in its development, with a number of cytokines postulated to play a role in the etiology of the persistent catabolic state. Existing therapies for cachexia, including orexigenic appetite stimulants, focus on palliation of symptoms and reduction of the distress of patients and families rather than prolongation of life. Recent therapies for the cachectic syndrome involve a multidisciplinary approach. Combination therapy with diet modification and/or exercise has been added to novel pharmaceutical agents, such as Megestrol acetate, medroxyprogesterone, ghrelin, omega-3-fatty acid among others. These agents are reported to have improved survival rates as well as quality of life. | 7 | 四川地区玉米/大豆带状套作对大豆形态、叶绿素荧光特征及系统产量的影响显示文摘玉米/大豆带状套作可以充分利用光环境,提高单位土地面积物质产出。为探明玉米/大豆带状复合种植模式下不同空间配置对大豆冠层光环境、形态、产量及系统效益的影响,进而为大豆高产优质栽培提供依据,本研究选用半紧凑型(‘川单418’)和紧凑型(‘荣玉1210’)玉米品种与大豆带状套作,固定带宽为200cm,玉米采用宽窄行种植,玉米窄行距设置3个处理:20cm、40cm、60cm;并以单作大豆(SS)作为对照。分析透光率、形态、光合色素、荧光参数、生物量和系统产量的变化规律。结果表明:套作大豆冠层透光率、红光/远红光(R/FR)比值随玉米窄行距的增大而逐渐降低;套作下大豆茎粗、节数、茎干重和全叶干重均随玉米窄行距增大呈降低趋势,最大值出现在玉米窄行距20cm处理下;与单作大豆相比,两个玉米品种下大豆茎粗、节数、茎干重和全叶干重均显著降低,而第2节间长和主茎长显著升高。套作下大豆叶片光合色素含量随玉米窄行距的增大而逐渐降低,各行距处理及不同玉米品种下套作的叶片光合色素含量均低于单作大豆。大豆叶片荧光参数Fv/Fm、NPQ、Fq'Fm'和Fq'/Fv'随玉米窄行距的增大均呈先增大后减小的趋势,而Fo变化趋势与之相反。玉米收获后,大豆光环境得到改善并迅速恢复生长,套作大豆形态生理指标与单作差异减小,但由于前期玉米的遮荫,各套作处理间大豆产量差异仍显著。通过系统效益分析,在玉米窄行距40cm处理下,套作系统综合产量最高,两玉米品种下玉米、大豆产量平均分别为8559.52kg·hm^-2、1717.60kg·hm^-2,土地当量比平均达1.57。本试验中大豆与两个株型玉米套作,大豆形态生理指标差异影响不显著。因此,选择紧凑或半紧凑玉米品种,适度缩小玉米窄行距可以显著改善带状套作大豆的生长环境,提高其生物量和产量。 | 陈元凯 冯铃洋 Muhammad Ali Raza 范元芳 谌俊旭 雍太文 杨文钰 杨峰 | 2019 | 中国生态农业学报(中英文)2019,27,6: | 16 |

| 9 | Advances in the management of peritoneal mesothelioma显示文摘Malignant peritoneal mesothelioma(PM) is an infrequent disease which has historically been associated with a poor prognosis. Given its long latency period and non-specific symptomatology, a diagnosis of PM can be suggested by occupational exposure history, but ultimately relies heavily on imaging and diagnostic biopsy. Early treatment options including palliative operative debulking, intraperitoneal chemotherapy, and systemic chemotherapy have marginally improved the natural course of the disease with median survival being approximately one year. The advent of cytoreduction(CRS) with hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy(HIPEC) has dramatically improved survival outcomes with wide median survival estimates between 2.5 to 9 years; these studies however remain largely heterogeneous, with differing study populations, tumor biology, and specific treatment regimens. More recent investigations have explored extent of cytoreduction, repeated operative intervention, and choice of chemotherapy but have been unable to offer definitive conclusions. CRS and HIPEC remain morbid procedures with complication rates ranging between 30% to 46% in larger series. Ac-cordingly, an increasing interest in identifying molecular targets and developing targeted therapies is emerging. Among such novel targets is sphingosine kinase 1(SphK1) which regulates the production of sphingosine-1-phosphate, a biologically active lipid implicated in various cancers including malignant mesothelioma. | 12 | Somatic embryogenesis in wild relatives of cotton (Gossypium Spp.)显示文摘Wild cotton species can contribute a valuable gene pool for agronomically desirable cultivated tetraploid cultivars. In order to exploit diploid cotton a regeneration system is required to achieve transformation based goals. The present studies aimed at optimizing the conditions for regeneration of local varieties as well as wild species of cotton. Different callus induction media were tested with varying concentrations of hormones in which sucrose was used as nutritional source. Different explants (hypo-cotyls, cotyledon, root) were used to check the regeneration of both local cotton plants and wild relatives using T & G medium, BAP medium, CIM medium, EMMS medium, and cell suspension medium. Different stages of embryogenicity such as early torpedo stage, late torpedo stage, heart stage, globular stage and cotyledonary stage were observed in wild relatives of cotton. | 13 | 高发心脏性猝死的3型长QT综合征一家系报道显示文摘目的 采用基因检测和电生理功能分析诊断长QT综合征(LQTS)患者,发现有潜在患病风险的家系成员,以提供临床评估与适当的治疗.方法 采集和分析1例LQTS患儿及所在家系成员的临床资料.同时选择200例具有相同种族背景的健康个体作为正常对照.聚合酶链式反应(PCR)扩增LQTS先证者候选基因KCNQ1、KCNH2和SCN5A外显子及附近上下游序列,直接测序并进行分析.如发现突变,进一步采用全细胞膜片钳技术对该突变进行电生理功能分析,并对其家系成员进行特定突变基因筛查,寻找基因变异及评估其发生心脏性猝死风险.结果 先证者12导联常规心电图初步诊断为LQTS.临床上给予美托洛尔(25 mg、2次/d)治疗,患者服药第3天于午饭时猝死.基因检测发现先证者SCN5A基因上存在一个杂合子错义突变(V411M),在正常对照组该位点未发现基因突变.与野生型相比,V411M突变型钠通道表现为峰值钠电流[(230.8±27.6) pA/pF比(101.2±10.9)pA/pF,n=10,P<0.01]及晚钠电流[(156.6±13.6) pA/pF比(95.9±7.9) pA/pF,n=12,P<0.01]增加.测试脉冲电压在-50 mV时,V411M突变型的钠通道激活数目明显多于野生型(85.0%±7.4%比41.5%±2.6%,P<0.01).V411M突变型稳态激活曲线左移,而稳态失活曲线无明显变化.另外,其他家系成员进行SCN5A基因检测发现,先证者母亲、外祖母为无症状突变携带者,给予适当临床评估及长期随访.先证者的同卵双生姐姐及姨妈死于婴儿猝死综合征.结论 首次在国人LQTS患者SCN5A基因上报道一个杂合子错义突变(V411M).V411 M突变导致钠离子通道蛋白的“功能增强”效应,构成3型LQTS的发病基础.基因检测和电生理功能分析有助于明确LQTS患者及其家系成员的疾病诊断,并提供重要临床评估与治疗,预防心脏性猝死的发生. | 周慧 Li Zhang Ali Raza Ghani 朱文根 周琼琼 申阳 谢金燕 曹青 万蓉 胡金柱 洪葵 | 2015 | 中华心血管病杂志2015,43,12: | 8 |

| 19 | Why more research needs to be done on echinococcosis in Pakistan显示文摘Background:Echinococcosis has a worldwide geographical distribution with endemic foci on every inhabited continent.Due to the frequent outbreaks in different parts of Pakistan in the recent past,echinococcosis is being described as a neglected tropical disease and is considered one of the most neglected parasitic diseases in the country.In endemic regions,predominantly settings with limited resources,there are high numbers of echinococcosis patients,as these communities do not have access to appropriate treatment.In Pakistan,there are limited reports on echinococcosis.The disease is prevalent in human and livestock,but this has not been sufficiently explored yet.Pakistan is an agricultural country and due to the disease’s zoonotic mode of transmission,there is a dire need of future research on it.The present paper is an effort to highlight the importance of echinococcosis in Pakistan.Discussion:There is a dire need for future research on echinococcosis in Pakistan as very few investigations had been carried out on this topic thus far.The prevalence of the disease in neighbouring countries highlights that Pakistan might be at severe risk of this zoonotic infection and further supports the need for more research.In Pakistan,the majority of the population lives in rural areas with limited acess to proper hygienic/sanitary facilities.These conditions favour the outbreak of diseases such as echinococcosis.The limited available data could result in higher outbreaks in the future,and thus cause the already weak healthcare system to overburden.The country has a meagre annual budget for health,which is being spent on known infections such as polio,dengue fever and hepatic viral infections.A proper surveillance system for echinococcosis is required across the country as treatment is usually expensive,complicated and may require extensive surgery and/or prolonged drug therapy.Development of new/novel drugs and other treatment modalities receives very little,if any,attention.Prognostic awareness programmes against this infection involve deworming of the infected animals,improved food inspection and slaughterhouse hygiene,and public education campaigns.Conclusion:Future research on echinococcosis is anticipated to demonstrate whether the epidemiology,diagnosis and recombinant vaccines/antibodies relating to echinococcosis can meet the quality standards(purity,potency,safety and efficacy)defined by the World Health Organization.Research work should be carried out on the epidemiology and serodiagnosis of echinocossis in the different areas of Pakistan,which will be useful for the proper eradication of echinococcosis in this region.The health department should implement awareness-raising campaigns for the general public in order to reduce the burden of disease. | Haroon Ahmed Shahzad Ali Muhammad Sohail Afzal Abid Ali Khan Hamid Raza Zaheer Hussain Shah Sami Simsek | 2017 | Infectious Diseases of Poverty2017,6,1: | 2 |
