3Evolutionary conservation of Dmrt gene family in amphibi-ans, reptiles and birds显示文摘Sex determining gene Mab-3 of C. elegans and doublesex of Drosophila contain a common DNA binding motif called a DM domain, both of which regulate similar aspects of sexual development. Human doublesex-related gene DMRT1 has been identified, which also contains the conserved DM-related DNA-binding domain and plays an essential role in gonadal differentiation. We present the amplification of a broad spectrum of DM domain sequences from phylogenetic diverse vertebrates (Cynops orientalis, Chrysemys scripta elegans and Coturnix coturnix) using degenerate PCR. 5Parental transmission of type 2 diabetes mellitus in a highly endogamous population显示文摘AIM: To determine the parental transmission of diabetes mellitus (DM) and evaluate its influence on the clinical characteristics. METHODS: This was a cross sectional study. The survey was carried out in urban and semi-urban primary health care centers. Of the 2400 registered with diagnosed diabetes, 1980 agreed and gave their consent to take part in this study, thus giving a response rate of 82.5%. Face to face interviews were conducted using a structured questionnaire followed by laboratory tests. DM was defined according to the World Health Organization expert group. A trained nurse performedphysical examinations and measurements. RESULTS: Of the study population, 72.9% reported a family history of DM. Family history of DM was significantly higher in females (54.2%; P = 0.04) and in the age group below 30 years (24%; P < 0.001). The prevalence of diabetes was higher among patients with a diabetic mother (25.4% vs 22.1%) and maternal aunts/uncles (31.2% vs 22.2%) compared to patients with a diabetic father and paternal aunts/ uncles. Family history of DM was higher in patients of consanguineous parents (38.5%) than those of non-consanguineous parents (30.2%). The development of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) complications was higher in patients with either a paternal or maternal history of DM than in those without. No significant difference was observed in the metabolic characteristics of patients with/without family history of DM except for hypertension. Complications were higher in diabetic patients with a family history of DM. CONCLUSION: The present study found a significant maternal effect in transmission of T2DM. 10Fiducial inference in the pivotal family of distributions显示文摘In this paper a family, called the pivotal family, of distributions is considered.A pivotal family is determined by a generalized pivotal model. Analytical results show that a great many parametric families of distributions are pivotal. In a pivotal family of distributions a general method of deriving fiducial distributions of parameters is proposed. In the method a fiducial model plays an important role. A fiducial model is a function of a random variable with a known distribution, called the pivotal random element, when the observation of a statistic is given.The method of this paper includes some other methods of deriving fiducial distributions. Specially the first fiducial distribution given by Fisher can be derived by the method. For the monotone likelihood ratio family of distributions, which is a pivotal family, the fiducial distributions have a frequentist property in the Neyman-Pearson view. Fiducial distributions of regular parametric functions also have the above frequentist property. Some advantages of the fiducial inference are exhibited in four applications of the fiducial distribution. 11Family control,institutional environment and cash dividend policy:Evidence from China显示文摘Using a sample of 1486 Chinese A-share listed companies for the period 2004-2008,this study empirically tests the impact of family control,institutional environment and their interaction on the cash dividend policy of listed companies.Our results indicate that(1)family firms have a lower cash dividend payout ratio and propensity to pay dividends than non-family firms;(2) a favorable regional institutional environment has a significant positive impact on the cash dividend payout ratio and propensity to pay dividends of listed companies;and(3) the impact of the regional institutional environment on cash dividends is stronger in family firms than in non-family firms.Somewhat surprisingly,we find that controlling family shareholders in China may intensify Agency Problem Ⅰ(the owner-manager conflict) rather than Agency Problem Ⅱ(the controlling shareholder-minority shareholder conflict),and thus have a significant negative impact on cash dividend policy.In contrast,a favorable regional institutional environment plays a positive corporate governance role in mitigating Agency Problem 1 and encouraging family firms to pay cash dividends.Zhihua Wei Shinong Wu Changqing Li Wei Chen 2011China Journal of Accounting Research2011,,Z1:15

15植物开花转换的分子生物学研究显示文摘高等植物的花发育是其生命过程中最重要的阶段,开花转换决定了植物生殖发育的时期和质量,对于植物发育具有重要的意义。本文综合介绍了高等植物的开花转换过程、成花信号、遗传途径、MADS类基因及开花转换相关基因的研究进展。高等植物的开花转换过程一般包括:营养分生组织转换为花序分生组织、花序分生组织转换为花分生组织2个过程。这2个过程的分生组织属性不同:花序分生组织具有非决定性;植物的种子在萌发后,需要达到一定的营养生长量之后,进入成花敏感状态,才能够接受开花信号的刺激。植物的开花转换被划分为自动途径、环境诱导途径和抑制途径,这些途径在某些植物种中可能部分组成型存在,协调作用而形成一个调控基因网络。MADS-boxfamily是一类转录因子,在高等植物花发育过程中起着很重要的作用。通过突变体诱变、差异显示等方法,模式作物拟南芥已经克隆出了一批开花转换相关基因如LFY、AP1、EMF、FT、TFL、CO等,研究了这些基因的表达时期、表达位置、表达丰度,对于这些基因的作用及基因之间的互作也进行了广泛的研究。不同物种之间开花转换研究的进展差异很大。陈晓 陈彦惠 任永哲 2005分子植物育种2005,3,4:12
16The potential of miR-183 family expression in inner ear for regeneration,treatment,diagnosis and prognosis of hearing loss显示文摘miRNA-183 family, in normal biology, is expressed in a harmonious and stable manner in the neurosensory organs and cells. Studies have also shown that miRNA-183 family, in different pathways, affects the neurosensory development, maintenance, survival and function. In addition, it has potential neuroprotective effects in response to neurosensory destructive stimulations. miRNA-96 mutation causes hereditary deafness in humans and mice, and therefore affects the inner ear activity and its maintenance. Certain roles have been identified for mi R-96 in the maintenance and function of the inner ear. The comparison of the target genes of family-183 in transcriptomes of newborn and adult hair cells shows that hundreds of target genes in this family may affect development and maintenance of the ears. 17WONCA研究论文摘要汇编——建议冬季口服益生菌以减少应用抗生素治疗哮喘的随机对照试验显示文摘目的有研究表明儿童口服益生菌能预防呼吸道感染,从而可以减少抗生素的使用。本研究探讨了哮喘患者在冬季口服益生菌以减少应用抗生素治疗呼吸道感染的建议是否可行。方法本研究在英国1家社区医疗中心开展了随机对照试验。研究对象为5岁及以上的哮喘患者。干预措施是向哮喘患者发放传单,这种传单和普通的建议人们在冬季如何减少呼吸道感染或哮喘发作的传单不同,其内容为建议人们于2013年10月—2014年3月每日服用益生菌来减少这些疾病的发生。以研究对象中使用抗生素来治疗呼吸道感染的人数占总人数的比例作为评价结果的指标。结果 1 302例研究对象被随机分为对照组(n=650)和干预组(n=652)。干预组、对照组分别有27.7%、26.9%的患者应用了抗生素治疗呼吸道感染,两组间差异无统计学意义〔OR=1.04,95%CI(0.82,1.34)〕。服用益生菌量不多的患者在应用抗生素治疗呼吸道感染的人数比例上和对照组相比也相近〔调整后的OR=1.08,95%CI(0.69,1.69)〕。也未发现服用益生菌对治疗呼吸道感染或者哮喘急性发作有何作用。结论本研究中未发现有证据支持在冬季口服益生菌以减少使用抗生素来治疗呼吸道感染的建议。SMITH T D WATT H GUNN L 本刊编辑部 2016中国全科医学2016,19,34:11
185-Aza-2'-deoxycytidine inhibits retinoblastoma cell by reactivating epigenetically silenced RASSF1A gene显示文摘AIM: To investigate the effect of 5-Aza-2'-deoxycytidine(5-Aza-CdR),a DNA methyltransferase(DNMT) inhibitor,on the growth and survival of the Chinese retinoblastoma(RB) cell line HXO-RB44. ·METHODS: The DNA methylation status of the Ras association domain family(RASSF1A) promoter in the presence of 5-Aza-CdR at different concentrations was analyzed by methylation-specific polymerase chain reaction(MSP). RASSF1A mRNA and protein levels were measured by semiquantitative RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry staining,respectively,when cells were treated with 5.0μmol/L of 5-Aza-CdR. The effect of 5.0μmol/L 5-Aza-CdR on the proliferation and viability of HXO-RB44 cells was examined using 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide(MTT) assay and flow cytometry. ·RESULTS: 5-Aza-CdR efficiently induced cell cycle arrest at G0 /G1 and apoptotic death in HXO-RB44 cells. MSP analysis showed that unmethylated RASSF1A DNA increased and methylated RASSF1A decreased in a dose-dependent manner in a range of 0.5-5.0μmol/L 5-Aza-CdR. Accordingly,RASSF1A expression was reactivated at both mRNA and protein levels. Incubation time of 5-Aza-CdR treatment also functioned as a factor for the demethylation status of RASSF1A promoter DNA,with a plateau on day four. 5-Aza-CdR at 5.0μmol/L completely demethylated the RASSF1A promoter in HXORB44 cells on day four,and as a result,RASSF1A expression increased significantly from day 4 to day 7.·CONCLUSION: 5-Aza-CdR inhibits the growth of the HXO-RB44 RB cell line and induces apoptosis by demethylating the RASSF1A gene.Ru Liu Xiao-Huan Zhang Kun Zhang Wei Li Wen-Jun Wang Di-Xian Luo Ling Gao 2014International Journal of Ophthalmology(English edition)2014,7,1:10
19家庭功能状况与慢性乙型肝炎患者健康状态的关系显示文摘目的:探讨慢性乙型肝炎患者家庭功能与健康状态的关系,为临床医护人员实施家庭功能调节提高患者的健康水平提供依据。方法:应用Family APGAR问卷和COOP/WONGA功能状态量表对120例慢性乙型肝炎患者进行问卷调查,比较家庭功能良好家庭组与障碍家庭组之间在健康功能状态上的差异。结果:120例慢性乙型肝炎患者家庭中,良好家庭占46.7%,障碍家庭占53.3%;家庭功能障碍组患者在总体健康功能状态及生理适应性、情感、社会交往、日常活动、健康变化、整体健康、疼痛等方面评分与家庭功能良好组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);慢性乙型肝炎患者家庭功能与健康状态呈正相关(r=0.911,P<0.01),其Family APGAR问卷适应度、合作度、成长度、情感度、亲密度5个维度与COOP/WONGA的10个条目呈正相关(r=0.703~0.933,P<0.05、P<0.01)。结论:慢性乙型肝炎患者的家庭功能与患者的健康状态密切相关,临床医疗护理工作应重视家庭功能与慢性乙型肝炎患者健康状态之间的相互影响,使患者保持良好的家庭功能状态,提高其健康状态,促进疾病康复。崔凤梅 肖红杰 赵燕 辛丽君 马海英 闫玉娟 李俊颖 2010重庆医科大学学报2010,35,12:10
20RegⅣ、EGFR和Survivin在结直肠腺瘤癌变过程中的表达及意义显示文摘目的研究再生基因Ⅳ(RegⅣ)、表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)及Survivin在结直肠腺瘤癌变过程中的表达,并分析其与结直肠腺瘤及结直肠癌临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学结合组织芯片法检测结直肠正常黏膜(150例)、腺瘤(77例)、结直肠癌(150例)RegⅣ、EGFR及Survivin的表达,并分析其与临床病理特征的关系。结果 RegⅣ、EGFR、Survivin在结直肠正常黏膜、腺瘤及癌组织中,表达逐渐升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。RegⅣ、Survivin与结直肠腺瘤大小及分级相关,EGFR仅与腺瘤的分级相关;RegⅣ、EGFR与结直肠癌的分化程度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期密切相关,Survivin与结直肠癌的淋巴结转移及TNM分期密切相关(P<0.05),而3者与结直肠癌患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤大小及浸润深度无关(P>0.05)。结直肠腺瘤组织内RegⅣ、EGFR、Survivin 3者无相关性(P>0.05);结直肠癌组织内RegⅣ与EGFR、RegⅣ与Survivin、EGFR与Survivin表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 RegⅣ、EGFR及Survivin在结直肠腺瘤癌变过程中逐渐升高,提示3者共同参与结直肠腺瘤癌变的发生,且与结直肠癌的TNM分期密切相关,联合检测有利于对结直肠癌的预后进行评估,并为研发靶向药物提供理论支持。王林娜 张清泉 侯素平 刘洪博 2017中国现代医学杂志2017,27,6:10
