1Review on the effect of different processing techniques on the microstructure and mechanical behaviour of AZ31 Magnesium alloy显示文摘Magnesium(Mg)alloys despite being the ideal candidate for structural applications,owing to their high specific strength and low density,are not widely used due to lack of active slip systems at room temperature in their hexagonal close-packed crystal structure,eliciting poor ductility and formability.Amongst the various series of Mg alloys,the AZ and ZK series alloys have been standouts,as they inherit better room temperature strength and flow characteristics through their solute elements.Grain refinement,as well as eliminating casting defects through metal processing techniques are vital for the commercial viability of these alloys since they play a key role in controlling the mechanical behaviour.As such,this review highlights the effect of different Bulk-deformation and Severe Plastic Deformation techniques on the crystal orientation and the corresponding mechanical behaviours of the AZ31 alloy.However,every process parameter surrounding these techniques must be well thought of,as they require specially designed tools.With the advent of finite element analysis,these processes could be computationally realized for different parameters and optimized in an economically viable manner.Hence,this article also covers the developments made in finite element methods towards these techniques.Rakshith M. 2Effects of annealing treatment on microstructure and tensile behavior of the Mg-Zn-Y-Nd alloy显示文摘In the present study,the Mg-4Zn-0.6Y-0.5Nd alloy was hot extruded and annealed at 200℃,225℃ and 250℃ for different time to optimize microstructure and mechanical properties.The results exhibit that the dual-size grain structure and linearly distributed secondary phase are the main feature of the as-extruded Mg-Zn-Y-Nd alloy,which can be described as the elongated grain is surrounded by the fine equiaxed grain.Moreover,the as-extruded alloy shows strong{011^(-)0}fiber texture feature,especially for the large elongated grains.The annealing treatment results in static recrystallization,which increases fine equiaxed grains but decreases large elongated grains.In addition,the equiaxed grains formed during the annealing treatment demonstrate relative random orientations,which weaken the{011^(-)0}fiber texture of the alloy.Moreover,during the annealing at 225℃and 250℃,the extension twins begin to form in the alloy and weaken the{011^(-)0}fiber texture of the alloy further.The annealing treatment has little influence on the linearly distributed secondary phase but promotes the coarsening of small precipitates at 250℃.The annealing treatment could increase the yield and ultimate strength,but the elongation decreases,especially at higher temperature.Such a variation can be ascribed to the evolution of texture,grain structure,twinning and precipitation during the annealing treatment.L.Y.Sheng B.N.Du Z.Y.Hu Y.X.Qiao Z.P.Xiao B.J.Wang D.K.Xu Y.F.Zheng T.F.Xi 2020Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2020,8,3:10
3深冷处理对AZ31板冲剪的影响(英文)显示文摘冲剪成形作为一种材料加工方法,经常用于加工一些成品零件。深冷处理在改善钢的局部力学性能上有显著效果,但有关深冷处理对镁合金冲剪性能影响的研究较少。本文通过金相组织分析、拉伸、硬度测试和冲剪实验等,分析了深冷处理对AZ31板冲剪性能的影响。结果表明:深冷处理后组织中第二相数量增加,晶粒中出现大量孪晶。同时,AZ31镁合金的抗拉强度,延展性和硬度均得到改善,而屈服强度在深冷处理后有所降低。此外,经深冷处理后的AZ31镁合金板在冲剪过程中,剪切强度降低,圆角半径变化不明显,横截面边缘的毛刺高度降低,光亮带所占比例明显增加。胡志清 郭超凡 李洪梅 2019Journal of Central South University2019,26,6:3
4高温轧制对AZ31B镁合金组织和性能的影响显示文摘研究了高温轧制工艺对AZ31B镁合金微观组织、织构以及性能的影响规律。在轧制状态下,随着轧制温度从450℃升高至525℃,合金组织内部动态再结晶逐渐增多,孪晶数量不断减少,同时组织的均匀性也得到了改善,基面织构强度也呈下降的趋势。经350℃保温60min退火之后,合金板材内部发生了完全再结晶,孪晶组织消失,显微组织更均匀,板材基面织构强度也进一步减弱。由于基面织构强度的减弱,合金板材的室温成形性能随着轧制温度的升高得到显著提升,其杯突值由450℃时的5.6mm增大到525℃下的6.3mm,比450℃下的5.6mm提高了约12.5%。丁春园 陈忠家 李赵明 许智鑫 2021有色金属加工2021,50,2:3
5Effect of homogenization annealing on internal residual stress distribution and texture in ME21 magnesium alloy extruded plates显示文摘The distribution of residual stresses through thickness of 5 mm-thick ME21 magnesium alloy extruded plates was analyzed non-destructively using short-wavelength X-ray diffraction(SWXRD),and the effect of homogenization annealing before extrusion on the residual stress was discussed.The classic d 0 method with an annealed stress-free reference specimen was employed to determine the residual stress of the extruded plates.The residual stress results showed that the gradient of residual stress in the transverse direction was larger than that of the extrusion direction.The homogenization process prior to extrusion weaken the formed sample’s texture.The maximum residual stress of the as-extruded plate was reduced,and the residual stress distribution was homogenized.Yong Lian Pengfei Ji Jin Zhang Xiaomin Yuan Weisheng Xu Yongle Zhao Jiahao Mo Lin Zheng Shitao Dou 2019Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2019,7,1:3
6低温时效及冷/温变形工艺对TB17钛合金组织的影响显示文摘研究了不同冷/温变形条件下TB17钛合金的组织演变规律与相变行为,以及低温时效对其组织的影响。结果表明:变形顺序对TB17钛合金的相变行为有着较大的影响,先温变形再冷变形时合金发生了明显的形变诱导α相析出及马氏体相变,形变诱导α相析出发生在塑性变形阶段,而先冷变形再温变形时合金仅有形变诱导马氏体相变。在无低温时效的条件下,经初次冷变形产生的形变诱导马氏体在二次温变形时起到协调变形的作用,当350℃×0.5 h低温时效加入到两次变形之间,原本由初次冷变形产生的马氏体逐渐分解,且低温时效过程中并未发生其它明显的相变,但它促进了二次温变形时α相的析出。刘洪骁 董洪波 朱知寿 2019材料热处理学报2019,40,6:2
7Effect of crystallographic texture and twinning on the corrosion behavior of Mg alloys:A review显示文摘Magnesium and its alloys have gained significant popularity due to their light weight and their potential for use as bioresorbable materials.However,their application is limited in practice due to their relatively poor corrosion resistance.Several methods are available for improving the corrosion resistance of Mg alloys for bio-applications such as using different coatings,alloying,and modifying the microstructural parameters such as the grain size and the crystallographic texture.This review provides a comprehensive summary of the effects of crystallographic texture and twinning,as one of the most important deformation mechanisms of Mg and Mg alloys,on the corrosion behavior.Regarding the crystallographic texture,it is shown that theoretically the basal planes should exhibit a lower corrosion rate but in some cases,such as when there is a galvanic effect or when corrosion films control the overall corrosion behavior,different results may take place.Also,there are contradictory results concerning the effect of twinning on the corrosion behavior.Thus,in some cases twinning may provide preferential sites for corrosion due to the higher energies of atoms located in the twin region by comparison with normal atomic positions in the crystalline lattice whereas there are also other examples where experiments show that twins produce more protective films than in the surrounding matrix.Ehsan Gerashi Reza Alizadeh Terence G.Langdon 2022Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2022,10,2:2
8轧制复合制备TA1/AZ31B/TA1层状复合材料组织与性能研究显示文摘本文通过轧制复合法制备了TA1/AZ31B/TA1层状复合材料,利用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)和电液压伺服疲劳试验机等测试方法分析研究了复合材料的界面、显微组织、应力-应变曲线及拉伸断口形貌。结果表明:轧制复合后,其结合界面呈波浪状,且在TA1层次表面有裂纹出现;经5道次轧制后,AZ31B挤入裂缝中,TA1侧表面层镶嵌在AZ31B基体中,并发生断裂并破碎,界面结合具有机械啮合特性。在轧制复合首道次后,TA1层组织变化不明显,AZ31B层组织明显细化,分布极不均,且发生了动态回复与再结晶;轧制5道次后,TA1层组织沿轧制方向呈流线型纤维组织,AZ31B层组织呈细小的等轴晶,分布均匀;当拉伸速率为1mm/min时,TA1/AZ31B/TA1层状复合材料抗拉强度达到最大值359.469 MPa,比准静态(0.01mm/min)增加了30 MPa,提高了9.09%,但延伸率降低了8.471%,表明TA1/AZ31B/TA1层状复合材料是一种正应变速率敏感材料。王秋雨 张兵 赵田丽 张志娟 张东 王文 蔡军 2019重型机械2019,0,3:2
9孪晶取向对AZ31镁合金板材各向异性的影响显示文摘沿AZ31镁合金商用板材TD方向预轧制引入孪晶结构。通过拉伸试验考察孪晶取向对镁合金板材各向异性的影响。结果表明商用AZ31板材具有强的基面织构和较小的平面各向异性。沿TD方向的侧轧可以产生大量的拉伸孪晶,并产生c轴//TD的孪晶取向。在应变量8%并退火后的AZ31板材中形成了单一的c轴//TD织构。孪晶取向的产生极大地降低了TD方向和45°方向的拉伸屈服强度,进而导致了强的平面各向异性。此外,c轴//TD织构的形成会提高板材协调厚度方向变形的能力,从而极大地降低板材的塑性应变比。余虹妮 申梦鑫 杜治文 宋波 2023热加工工艺2023,52,1:1
10退火态Mg-xZn-0.5Er合金板材组织及室温成形性能显示文摘本文以Mg-xZn-0.5Er(x=0.5,2.0,3.0,4.0,质量分数,%)合金板材为研究对象,考察退火前/后织构及第二相变化对组织和性能的影响。结果表明:粗大第二相可促进动态再结晶(DRX)的发生,细化变形组织;同时,粗大第二相也可促进静态再结晶(SRX)的发生,进一步细化组织、弱化织构,但板材强度降低;退火后,合金板材室温杯突值(IE)普遍降低,且其大小与第二相含量呈负相关;而退火中产生的纳米第二相则进一步减弱了板材的室温成形能力,这说明第二相抵消或削弱了织构优化对成形能力的提升作用。第二相是影响Mg-xZn-0.5Er合金板材室温成形能力的关键性因素。娄峰 刘轲 刘金学 于子健 王朝辉 李淑波 杜宪 杜文博 2022中国有色金属学报2022,32,2:1
11初始晶粒尺寸对高温交叉轧制镁合金板材组织和力学性能的影响显示文摘目的揭示晶粒尺寸对多道次高温交叉轧制AZ31镁合金板材组织和力学性能的影响规律及机制。方法通过对不同初始晶粒尺寸的镁合金板材进行高温交叉轧制变形及热处理,获得不同状态的镁合金板材,采用金相显微分析、X射线衍射(XRD)分析及室温拉伸实验等手段研究镁合金板材的晶粒组织(形态、尺寸、取向)及力学性能。结果经过多道次交叉轧制后,不同初始晶粒尺寸的板材均发生了孪生现象,但粗晶板材的晶粒尺寸仍明显大于细晶板材。退火处理后,细晶退火态板材组织均匀性较好,而粗晶退火态板材的组织虽有细化,但并不均匀。随着交叉轧制次数的增加,两种板材内非基面取向晶粒都有所增加。退火后粗晶板材中非基面取向晶粒更多。结论晶粒细化和晶粒取向强化导致退火后的交叉轧制细晶镁合金板材具有更高的强度。粗晶板材伸长率较高主要与其具有更多的非基面取向晶粒有关。潘超 郎书红 周涛 时来鑫 胡励 杨壮志 2021精密成形工程2021,13,3:1
12退火工艺对交叉轧制MB1镁合金组织及性能的影响显示文摘为解决镁合金塑性加工变形能力较差的问题,利用显微组织观察和力学性能测试方法,研究退火工艺对交叉轧制MB1合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明:晶粒一般随退火温度的升高和退火时间的延长,先细化后长大,且组织中的孪晶会消失;退火后,MB1合金抗拉强度下降,伸长率明显提高;在退火温度为330℃且退火时间为30 min的条件下性能最佳,此时合金抗拉强度为205 MPa,伸长率为24.1%。张修庆 刘玉玲 2019上海航天2019,36,2:1
13镁合金锻压-弯曲反复变形的有限元数值模拟分析与实验研究显示文摘为了改善传统大塑性变形技术在实际操作中尺寸参数的局限性,提高AZ31镁合金的晶粒细化效果,提升其综合力学性能,将AZ31镁合金板材分别通过DEFORM-3D有限元数值模拟和300℃条件下4道次锻压-弯曲反复变形工艺实验来研究其变形行为和微观组织。模拟结果表明:变形道次越多,等效应变值越大,1道次变形时,等效应变呈间隔分布,而经过4道次变形后,高应变区域向低应变区域扩散,等效应变分布趋于均匀化;同时,变形过程中存在剪切力,弯曲剪切作用与锻压作用相互耦合,对细化晶粒、开启非基面滑移具有促进作用,有助于改善AZ31镁合金的组织与力学性能。实验结果表明:变形道次越多,晶粒细化效果越好,平均晶粒尺寸可显著细化至7.1μm,同时,组织均匀性不断改善。4道次变形后板材在不同区域处的织构取向分布差异较小,硬度值分布也相对均匀,平均硬度值为62.8 HV。李旻昊 卢立伟 张家龙 范宇田 车波 马旻 2023锻压技术2023,48,2:0
14AZ31镁合金轧制弱基面织构板材热变形行为研究显示文摘本文采用AZ31镁合金轧制弱织构板材进行热拉伸行为研究。使用Gleeble-3500型热模拟试验机,在变形温度为300℃~420℃、应变速率为0.001s^(-1)~1.0s^(-1)的条件下,进行高温拉伸试验,研究了变形参数对真实应力-应变曲线和样品微观组织的影响。同时,利用Arrhenius本构模型建立了本构方程,并依据试验结果绘制了热加工图。结果表明:合金的峰值应力和对应应变值随着温度的升高和应变速率的降低而不断减小。随着温度的升高,动态再结晶晶粒的体积分数明显减小,合金平均晶粒尺寸变大。当应变速率为0.1s^(-1),同时在低温(300℃,340℃)时,合金发生完全动态再结晶,晶粒细小且分布均匀。另外,镁合金轧制弱织构板材的激活能Q为170.98kJ/mol,且最佳热变形区域为变形温度300℃~350℃及应变速率0.01 s^(-1)~0.1 s^(-1)。李少琪 王强 杨勇彪 2023中北大学学报(自然科学版)2023,44,5:0
15挤压态和峰值时效态Mg−6Al−3Sn−2Zn合金显微组织与力学性能之间的关系显示文摘研究挤压态和时效态Mg−6Al−3Sn−2Zn(ATZ632)合金的显微组织和力学性能。挤压态ATZ632合金表现出优异的力学性能,其屈服强度(YS)、极限抗拉强度(UTS)和伸长率(EL)分别为216.4MPa、344.3MPa和18.4%。经时效处理后,Mg_(17)Al_(12)析出相体积分数增加且出现Mg_(4)Zn_(7)相,Mg_(17)Al_(12)相平行于基面,Mg4Zn7垂直于α-Mg的(0001)面析出,从而使时效态ATZ632合金的YS和UTS分别增加到252.5和416.2MPa;但EL下降至10.1%。经过150℃较低温度时效处理后,合金中出现静态再结晶晶粒,且静态再结晶晶粒的c轴垂直于挤压方向,其取向呈高度一致性。王森 吕滨江 徐铁伟 崔宁 郭峰 2023Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2023,33,5:0
