| 1 | Review on the nanoparticle fluidization science and technology显示文摘Gas fluidization has an ability to turn static particles to fluid-like dense flow, which allows greatly improved heat transfer among porous powders and highly efficient solid processing to become reality. As the rising star of current scientific research, some nanoparticles can also be fluidized in the form of agglomerates, with sizes ranging from tens to hundreds of microns. Herein, we have reviewed the recent progress on nanomaterial agglomeration and their fluidization behavior, the assisted techniques to enhance the fluidization of nanomaterials,including some mechanical measures, external fields and improved gas injections, as well as their effects on solid fluidization and mixing behaviors. Most of these techniques are effective in breaking large agglomerates and promoting particulate fluidization, meanwhile, the solid mixing is intensified under assisted fluidization. The applications of nanofluidization in nanostructured material production and sustainable chemical industry are further presented. | 2 | Facile Preparation of Danazol Nanoparticles by High-Gravity Anti-solvent Precipitation (HGAP) Method显示文摘The nanoparticles of the hydrophobic drug of danazol with narrow size distribution are facilely prepared by controlled high-gravity anti-solvent precipitation(HGAP) process.Intensified micromixing and uniform nucleation environment are created by the high-gravity equipment(rotating packed bed) in carrying out the anti-solvent precipitation process to produce nanoparticles.The average particle size decreases from 55 μm of the raw danazol to 190 nm of the nanoparticles.The Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET) surface area sharply increases from 0.66 m2·g-1 to 15.08 m2·g-1.Accordingly,the dissolution rate is greatly improved.The molecular state,chemical composition,and crystal form of the danazol nanoparticles remains unchanged after processing according to Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The high recovery ratio and continuous production capacity are highly appreciated in industry.Therefore,the HGAP method might offer a general and facile platform for mass production of hydrophobic pharmaceutical danazol particles in nanometer range. | 赵宏 王洁欣 张海霞 沈志刚 甄崇礼 陈建峰 | 2009 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2009,17,2: | 8 |

| 5 | Modeling of the Precipitation Process in a Rotating Packed Bed and Its Experimental Validation显示文摘A mixing-precipitation model based on the modified coalescence-redispersion model was presented to describe the flow,mixing,nucleation and growth in a rotating packed bed(RPB) .The model was coupled with population balance,mass balance and crystallization kinetics.It predicted well the influence of coalescence prob-ability,which represents the mixing intensity among droplets,on the particle number density,supersaturation and mean particle size of the produced precipitates.The effects of the radial thickness of packing,liquid flow rate and rotating speed on the product particle size were also investigated.The results indicate that the needed radial length of packing is short for sparingly soluble substance precipitation(about 40-50 mm in this work) ,and the mean parti-cle size of precipitates decreases with the increase of rotating speed and liquid flow rate,respectively.The validity of this model was verified by experiment on BaSO4 precipitation in RPB. | 向阳 文利雄 初广文 邵磊 肖光庭 陈建峰 | 2010 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2010,18,2: | 2 |
| 6 | Preparation of pH-Responsive Doxorubicin Nanocapsules by Combining High-gravity Antisolvent Precipitation with In-situ Polymerization for Intracellular Anticancer Drug Delivery显示文摘Owing to the low pH value in tumor and cancer cells,drug delivery systems based on pH-responsive polymer nanocarriers have been extensively explored for anticancer chemotherapy.Herein,we developed a pH-responsive doxonibicin(EXDX)nanocapsule(named as DNanoCapsule)prepared by combining in-situ polymerization teclinique with high-gravity antisolvent precipitation technique throngh an amphiphilic polymerized surface ligand.DNanoCapsules show an obvious spherical core-shell structure with a single DOX nanoparticle encapsulated in the polymer layer.Dissolution rate studies prove that the DNanoCapsules have robust dnig-release profiles under acidic environments due to the division of the pH-sensitive cross-linker,which triggers thecollapse of the polymer layer.The in vitro investigations demonstrated that the DNanoCapsules exhibited higli cellular uptake efficiency and cytotoxicity for both HeLa and MCF-7 cancer cells.Tlierefore,this work may provide a promising strategy to design and develop various stimuli-responsive drug nanocapsules tor the treatment of cancer or other diseases. | LIU Jie CHEN Bo ZHANG Jianjun | 2020 | Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2020,36,5: | 1 |
