| 1 | Isolation and Sequence Analysis of NSP2, ORF3 and ORF5 of PRRSV XH-GD Strain from Guangdong Province显示文摘The diseased samples collected from Guangdong Province were inoculated to Marc-145 cells,PRRSV-specific cytopathogenic effects( CPE) such as cell aggregation,cell shrinkage and cell exfoliation were observed and a PRRSV strain XH-GD was obtained. By using primers designed in accordance with the published gene sequences of PRRSV in GenBank,NSP2,ORF3 and ORF5 fragments were amplified by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction and analyzed by sequence alignment. The results demonstrated that PRRSV strain XH-GD belonged to the North American genotype and the NSP2 gene contained discontinuous deletions of 30 amino acids. NSP2,ORF3 and ORF5 genes of XH-GD shared 83. 3%- 98. 9%,88. 6%- 99. 2% and 88. 1%- 99. 2% nucleotide homology,and76. 8%- 98. 3%,83. 7%- 98. 8% and 88. 1%- 99. 2% amino acid homology with HUB1,NX06,BJsy06,VR-2332,HB-1( sh) 2002,HB-2( sh) 2002,CH-la and RespPRRS MLV,respectively; however,NSP2,ORF3 and ORF5 genes of XH-GD shared only 52. 9%,65. 0% and 64. 3% nucleotide homology,and31. 3%,57. 5% and 58. 9% amino acid homology with LV,respectively. | 2 | Solid polymer electrolytes in all-solid-state lithium metal batteries:From microstructures to properties显示文摘All-solid-state lithium(Li)metal batteries(ASSLMBs)are considered one of the most promising secondary batteries due to their high theoretical capacity and high safety performance.However,low room-temperature ionic conductivity and poor interfacial stability are two key factors affecting the practical application of ASSLMBs,and our understanding of the mechanisms behind these key problems from microscopic perspective is still limited.In this review,the mechanisms and advanced characterization techniques of ASSLMBs are summarized to correlate the microstructures and properties.Firstly,we summarize the challenges faced by solid polymer electrolytes(SPEs)in ASSLMBs,such as the low roomtemperature ionic conductivity and the poor interfacial stability.Secondly,several typical improvement methods of polymer ASSLMBs are discussed,including composite SPEs,ultra-thin SPEs,SPEs surface modification and Li anode surface modification.Finally,we conclude the characterizations for correlating the microstructures and the properties of SPEs,with emphasis on the use of emerging advanced techniques(e.g.,cryo-transmission electron microscopy)for in-depth analyzing ASSLMBs.The influence of the microstructures on the properties is very important.Until now,it has been difficult for us to understand the microstructures of batteries.However,some recent studies have demonstrated that we have a better understanding of the microstructures of batteries.Then we suggest that in situ characterization,nondestructive characterization and sub-angstrom resolution are the key technologies to help us further understand the batteries'microstructures and promote the development of batteries.And potential investigations to understand the microstructures evolution and the batteries behaviors are also prospected to expect further reasonable theoretical guidance for the design of ASSLMBs with ideal performance. | Zongxi Lin Ouwei Sheng Xiaohan Cai Dan Duan Ke Yue Jianwei Nai Yao Wang Tiefeng Liu Xinyong Tao Yujing Liu | 2023 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,6: | 1 |

| 4 | Study on Antibody Dynamics against Porcine Contagious Pleuropneumonia in Piglets显示文摘In order to provide basis for establishing a scientific and reasonable immune procedure against porcine contagious pleuropneumonia in pig farms,antibody dynamics in piglets inoculated with two vaccines against porcine contagious pleuropneumonia( APP-1,2,7) were detected. The result showed that average antibody blocking rate and antibody positive rate in piglets inoculated with two vaccines against porcine contagious pleuropneumonia exhibited similar variation trend. At 21 day after primary vaccination,average antibody blocking rate and antibody positive rate against porcine contagious pleuropneumonia in piglets reached the peak and then declined gradually. After secondary vaccination,average antibody blocking rate and antibody positive rate against porcine contagious pleuropneumonia in piglets increased gradually,which reached the second peak at 30 day after secondary vaccination( 60 day after primary vaccination); subsequently,average antibody blocking rate declined gradually but still remained at a high level; antibody positive rate had little change. | 5 | Preventive Effects of Five Drugs on Mycoplasma Pneumonia of Swine (MPS)显示文摘The paper was to explore the preventive effects of five drugs on mycoplasma pneumonia of swine (MPS) and to provide reference for clinical medication of pig farms in Hainan Province.A total of 444 health piglets were randomly divided into 6 groups,including five medication groups (72 piglets in group A,74 piglets in group B,72 piglets in group C,76 piglets in group D,76 piglets in group E) and one control group (74 piglets).The piglets in experimental groups were treated drugs once a day for successive 5 days at 30,60,90,120 and 150 of age.The piglets in control group were free of medication.At 70 and 140 days of age,15 piglets of each group were randomly selected to collect their blood serum.The Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae (M-Hyo) antibodies in serum were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).During the experiment,the incidence rates of respiratory disease,lung lesion,feed conversion rate,average daily gain (ADG),and mortality rate of pigs were also observed and recorded.The results showed that the five drugs had significant difference in preventative effects.Group C (Zhiyuanjing group) received the best preventive effect and the highest economic benefits.Compared with control group,the ADG and feed conversion rate in group C were increased by 7.53% and 9.09%,respectively; the incidence rate of respiratory disease was reduced by 13.44% and lung lesion was alleviated by81.43%; and the earnings of each pig could rise by 132.70 yuan.The preventative effect and economic benefit of the drugs was sequenced by Chansu Kechuanling and Bingchan Kechuanwang.Wante Feilin and amoxicillin had weaker preventive effects against MPS but greatly influenced growth performance of pigs,so they should be used alternatively with other drugs. | Zhang Yan Liu Hailong Lin Zhemin Cao Zongxi Tan Shuyi Chen Xiaojie Xie Yueshan | 2016 | Animal Husbandry and Feed Science2016,8,5: | 0 |
| 6 | Study on Growth and Decline Law of Contagious Pleuro-pneumonia in Piglets显示文摘In order to establish the immune procedure for Actinobacillus pleuropneumonia and to determine the date for the first immunization on piglets,the growth and decline law of A. pleuropneumonia material antibodies in the piglets borne by cows inoculated with A. pleuropneumonia vaccines( type I,Ⅱ,and Ⅶ) before delivery was detected. The results showed that type Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and Ⅶ maternal antibodies in piglets decreased gradually with the age growing overall,and was at the critical protection value at the ages of 42-50 days( type Ⅰ) and 28 days( type Ⅶ),lower than the quantification rate; and the antibodies all turned to be negative until the ages of 70 days( type Ⅰ),60 days( type Ⅶ) and 35 days( type Ⅱ). The first immunization should be carried out at the age of 42-50 days using type Ⅰ A. pleuropneumonia vaccine,and at the age of 28 days using type Ⅶ A. pleuropneumonia vaccine. However,type Ⅱ A. pleuropneumonia maternal antibody had lower level and positive rate and could not well protect piglets,so the various A. pleuropneumonia vaccines differed in the date for the first immunization. | 7 | Phylogenetic Relationship Analysis of the Complete Genomes of Porcine Circovirus Type 2( PCV2) Strains Isolated from Hainan Province显示文摘[Objective] This study aimed to investigate the molecular characteristics of porcine circovirus type 2( PCV2) strains isolated from Hainan Province.[Method]The complete genome of PCV2 was amplified from PMWS-suspected samples by PCR for sequence analysis. [Result]A total of eight PCV2 strains were isolated and identified. All the eight isolates belonged to genotype PCV2 b,among which seven isolates belonged to subgenotype PCV2b-1C,and one isolate belonged to subgenotype PCV2b-1A /1B. ORF2 gene of PCV2 isolates from Hainan Province was 705 bp in length,encoding 234 amino acids. Antigenic epitopes of Cap protein exhibited certain changes. Nucleotide sequences and deduced amino acid sequences of ORF2 gene shared 95. 3%- 99. 7% and 93. 6%- 100% similarities among eight PCV2 isolates from Hainan Province,respectively.
