| 1 | Microstructure and properties of as-cast Cu-Cr-Zr alloys with lanthanum addition显示文摘Cu-0.45 Cr-0.2 Zr-xLa(x = 0-0.48) alloys were prepared by vacuum casting. The effects of La addition and orientation on the microstructure and properties of the as-cast alloy were investigated by an optical microscope, a scanning electron microscope with an energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer, a tensile testing machine and an electrical conductivity tester. The result shows that the addition of La significantly refines the columnar grainsize and decreases the secondary dendrite arm spacing. Trace addition of La improves the room temperature ultimate tensile strength,elongation and electrical conductivity mainly by purifying during melting and casting. The ultimate tensile strength, elongation and electrical conductivity significantly decrease with the increase of La content due to formation of coarse particles and oxides, which severely harm the performance of the Cu-0.45 Cr-0.2 Zr-xLa alloys. The Cu-0.45 Cr-0.2 Zr-0.13 La alloy possesses a good combination of room temperature ultimate tensile strength, elongation and electrical conductivity. | 2 | MOF-derived Co-MOF,O-doped carbon as trifunctional electrocatalysts to enable highly efficient Zn-air batteries and water-splitting显示文摘Development of high-efficiency non-noble electrocatalysts for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR),oxygen evolution reaction(OER)and hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)is urgently needed for high-performance Zn-air batteries and overall water splitting.Here,a facile strategy to synthesize novel Co-MOF,O-doped carbon(Co-MOF-T)based on Zn,Co-doped glucosamine and ZIF-8 by pyrolysis at temperature T was demonstrated.The prepared Co-MOF-800 showed a superior oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)activity comparable to that of commercial Pt/C catalyst.In addition,this catalyst shows great potential in the overall water splitting due to the excellent oxygen evolution reaction(OER)and hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)activities.Based on the trifunctional activity,the primary Zn-air batteries using a Co-MOF-800 air electrode achieved a high open-circuit voltage of 1.38 V,a specific capacity of 671.6 mAh g^(-1) Zn,and a prominent peak power density of 144 mW cm^(-2).Also,the rechargeable Zn-air batteries based on CoMOF-800 air electrode could be smoothly run for 510 cycles with a low voltage gap of 0.58 V.Finally,the trifunctional Co-MOF-800 catalyst was applied to boost the electrochemical water splitting,demonstrating its promising potential as a green energy material for practical applications. | Xinde Duan Na Pan Can Sun Kexin Zhang Xukun Zhu Mingdao Zhang Li Song Hegen Zheng | 2021 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,5: | 5 |

| 8 | Oxygen-contact charge transfer complexes in organic bicomponent systems显示文摘The O-2-CCT absorption spectra of bicomponent systems were measured. The influences of various organic compounds as well as the component concentration on the O-2-CCT formation ability were investigated. The results show that if the difference of O-2-CCT formation ability between the two components is rather large, such as the benzene/isopropyl ether system, only the O-2-CCT absorption of benzene appears, which arises from its higher O-2-CCT formation ability. If the difference of O-2-CCT formation ability is small, such as the isopropyl ether/ethanol system and the dioxane/isopropyl ether system, it is rather easy to form a dynamic equilibrium of two O-2-CCT between the two components, then only one absorption peak appears in the whole concentration range as a result of the repeated addition of the two kinds of O-2-CCT absorption. | 9 | Alkaline hydrogen production promoted by small-molecule modification on flowerlike Co_(2)(OH)_(2)CO_(3)显示文摘Developing a low-cost and high-efficiency nonprecious metal-based catalyst for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER) is of great significance for the utilization of hydrogen energy.In this work,we report a molecular-modification strategy to fabricate a self-supported hydrogen evolution electrode,specially by grafting the macrocyclic molecules(HHTP=2,3,6,7,10,11-hexahydroxytriphenylene) on the surface of a cobaltous dihydroxy carbonate(COC) seed layer.The HHTP-COC electrode is endowed with a rodlike structure,which provides favorable access for charge transportation and mass exchange.The macrocyclic molecule structure in HHTP can be grafted on COC and improve the electrical conductivity,while the interaction between HHTP and COC induces the rearrangement of charge configuration on the surface.Due to the combination effects of several aspects,the HHTP-COC electrode achieves astonishing HER activity,with a low overpotential of 61.0 mV(η_(10),at the current density of 10 mA cm^(-2)) and excellent stability in alkaline condition.This kind of interface engineering based on the organic molecules can be applied to the design and manufacture of electrocatalysts in the field of energy conversion and storage. | Yue Liu Huan Zhang Chen Yang Ziyang Xu Yiyang Shi Xukun Zhu Xinde Duan Ling Qin Yachao Jin Li Song Mingdao Zhang Hegen Zheng | 2023 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,9: | 0 |
