1Gas–solid interface charge characterisation techniques for HVDC GIS/GIL insulators显示文摘Surface charge accumulation on the spacers is one of the key issues restraining the development of HVDC GIS/GIL.The precise measurement of surface charge properties provides the basis for further study of the surface charge transport mechanism as well as the charge-induced flashover mechanism under DC voltage.In this study,the authors discuss their perspective on the current status,development needs and potential developing orientation of surface charge characterisation techniques.Different surface potential measurement methods and charge inversion algorithms are reviewed regarding the previous studies and future research needs.Drawbacks and outlooks of surface charge measurement techniques are also discussed with the background of laboratory experiment results and on-site measurements.It is hopefully that this study can serve as a useful guide reference for researchers within the same research field.More importantly,it is authors’hope that this study can inspire some novel ideas for readers into developing of more accurate and scientific interface charge characterisation techniques.Lei Zhang Chuanjie Lin Chuanyang Li Simone Vincenzo Suraci Geng Chen Uwe Riechert Tohid Shahsavarian Masayuki Hikita Youping Tu Zhousheng Zhang Davide Fabiani Jinliang He 2020High Voltage2020,5,2:4

8Genetic interactions between polycystin-1 and Wwtr1 in osteoblasts define a novel mechanosensing mechanism regulating bone formation in mice显示文摘Molecular mechanisms transducing physical forces in the bone microenvironment to regulate bone mass are poorly understood.Here,we used mouse genetics,mechanical loading,and pharmacological approaches to test the possibility that polycystin-1 and Wwtr1 have interdependent mechanosensing functions in osteoblasts.We created and compared the skeletal phenotypes of control Pkd1^(flox/)+;Wwtr1^(flox/)+,Pkd1^(Oc-cKO),Wwtr1^(Oc-cKO),and Pkd1/Wwtr1^(Oc-cKO)mice to investigate genetic interactions.Consistent with an interaction between polycystins and Wwtr1 in bone in vivo,Pkd1/Wwtr1^(Oc-cKO)mice exhibited greater reductions of BMD and periosteal MAR than either Wwtr1Oc-cKOor Pkd1^(Oc-cKO)mice.Micro-CT 3D image analysis indicated that the reduction in bone mass was due to greater loss in both trabecular bone volume and cortical bone thickness in Pkd1/Wwtr1Oc-cKO mice compared to either Pkd1Oc-cKOor Wwtr1^(Oc-cKO)mice.Pkd1/Wwtr1^(Oc-cKO)mice also displayed additive reductions in mechanosensing and osteogenic gene expression profiles in bone compared to Pkd1Oc-cKOor Wwtr1^(Oc-cKO)mice.Moreover,we found that Pkd1/Wwtr1^(Oc-cKO)mice exhibited impaired responses to tibia mechanical loading in vivo and attenuation of loadinduced mechanosensing gene expression compared to control mice.Finally,control mice treated with a small molecule mechanomimetic,MS2 that activates the polycystin complex resulted in marked increases in femoral BMD and periosteal MAR compared to vehicle control.In contrast,Pkd1/Wwtr1^(Oc-cKO)mice were resistant to the anabolic effects of MS2.These findings suggest that PC1 and Wwtr1 form an anabolic mechanotransduction signaling complex that mediates mechanical loading responses and serves as a potential novel therapeutic target for treating osteoporosis.Zhousheng Xiao Li Cao Micholas Dean Smith Hanxuan Li Wei Li Jeremy C.Smith Leigh Darryl Quarles 2023Bone Research2023,11,4:0
9Research on the Crustal Velocity Model of the Yunnan Region and Its Application显示文摘This paper selects the records of 7,412 earthquakes,each recorded by more than 10 stations in Yunnan between 2009 and 2014 to acquire the traveltime curves.Meanwhile,for improving precision,linear analysis,reduced traveltime curve and interval stability analysis are conducted focusing on the records of 83 earthquakes with M_L≥3.0 recorded each by≥80%of the stations,and by combining predecessors'research results,the initial crustal velocity model of the study area is obtained.By selecting 200 earthquakes with M≥3.0 occurring in Yunnan between 2010 and 2014,using the Hyposat batch location processing method to iterate the initial velocity model,and performing fitting to S waves layered velocity structure,we obtain the crustal velocity model for the Yunnan region,namely,the 2015 Yunnan model,with:v_(P1)=6.01km/s,v_(P2)=6.60km/s,v_(Pn)=7.89km/s,H_1=20km,H_2=21km,v_(S1)=3.52km/s,v_(S2)=3.86km/s,v_(Sn)=4.43km/s.Analysis on earthquake relocations based on the new model shows that most earthquakes occurring in Yunnan are at a depth of 10km-20km of the upper crust.The March 10,2011 M_S5.8Yingjiang and August 3,2014 M_S6.5 Ludian earthquakes are relocated,and the focal depths determined with the new model are respectively close to the precise positioning result and hypocentral distance to the strong motion stations at the epicenters,indicating that the new one-dimensional velocity model can better reflect the average velocity structure of the study area.Yang Jingqiong Yang Zhousheng Zhang Huiyuan 2018Earthquake Research in China2018,32,4:0
10OBSERVATIONS OF COMET HALE-BOPP IN SPRINGS OF 1996 AND 1997显示文摘In the springs of 1996 and 1997, we used a new developed 1024×1024 CCD camera attached to the 1-meter telescope at Yunnan Observatory, to take photometric observations for the Comet Hale-Bopp. In addition, a 35-cm telescope, a 22-cm telescope and a common camera were also used for the observations, since this comet may become the brightest comet in our century. A lot of pictures had been obtained. They show us a 'fan' and 'shell' structure, also plentiful of phenomena in the plasma tail and dust tail with their variation. 11An Inverse Source Problem with Sparsity Constraint for the Time-Fractional Diffusion Equation显示文摘In this paper,an inverse source problem for the time-fractional diffusion equation is investigated.The observational data is on the final time and the source term is assumed to be temporally independent and with a sparse structure.Here the sparsity is understood with respect to the pixel basis,i.e.,the source has a small support.By an elastic-net regularization method,this inverse source problem is formulated into an optimization problem and a semismooth Newton(SSN)algorithm is developed to solve it.A discretization strategy is applied in the numerical realization.Several one and two dimensional numerical examples illustrate the efficiency of the proposed method.Zhousheng Ruan Zhijian Yang Xiliang Lu 2016Advances in Applied Mathematics and Mechanics2016,8,1:0
12Observations of the 1988 Leonids at Gaomeigu显示文摘The 1998 Leonid meteor shower was observed at the Gaomeigu station of Yunnan Observatory during 5 successive days in November. The visual records indicates that the number of the meteor increased suddenly in the early morning of November 17th in Beijing time, with a maximum of ZHR about 340. But it deceased slowly in the following two days.
