1Seasonal variations of stable isotope in precipitation and moisture transport at Yushu,eastern Tibetan Plateau显示文摘Precipitation δ 18O at Yushu, eastern Tibetan Plateau, shows strong fluctuation and lack of clear seasonality. The seasonal pattern of precipitation stable isotope at Yushu is apparently different from either that of the southwest monsoon region to the south or that of the inland region to the north. This different seasonal pattern probably reflects the shift of different moisture sources. In this paper, we present the spatial comparison of the seasonal patterns of precipitation δ 18O, and calculate the moisture transport flux by using the NCAR/NCEP reanalysis data. This allows us to discuss the relation between moisture transport flux and precipitation δ 18O. This study shows that both the southwest monsoon from south and inland air mass transport from north affected the seasonal precipitation δ 18O at Yushu, eastern Tibetan Plateau. Southwest monsoon brings the main part of the moisture, but southwest transport flux is weaker than in the southern part of the Tibetan Plateau. However, contribution of the inland moisture from north or local evaporation moisture is enhanced. 5The susceptibility of T5-TG12 of theCFTR gene in chronic bronchitis occurrence in a Chinese population in Jiangsu province,China显示文摘Mutations in the cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator(CFTR) gene have been implicated in the onset of cystic fibrosis and other clinical respiratory disorders.In the present study,we investigated the role of CFTR variations,poly-T,TG-repeats,and M470V in susceptibility to bronchial asthma and chronic bronchitis in a Chinese population in Jiangsu province,China.A total of 72 bronchial asthma patients,68 chronic bronchitis patients,and 117 healthy subjects were included in this study.The Tn-TGm haplotype was sequenced and the CFTR variant M470V was detected using restriction fragment length polymorphism(RFLP).We found that the frequency of T5-TG12-V470 in chronic bronchitis patients was 0.07%,which was notably higher than that in healthy subjects(0.01%) and bronchial asthma patients(0.04%).Thus,the presence of the T5-TG12 haplotype of the CFTR gene is likely to play a role in the development and progression of respiratory conditions,such as chronic bronchitis.Ping Wang Satoru Naruse Hong Yin Zhongfang Yu Tianqu Zhuang Wei Ding Yanmin Wu Muxin Wei 2012The Journal of Biomedical Research2012,26,6:4
6Spatial analysis of land use change effect on soil organic carbon stocks in the eastern regions of China between 1980 and 2000显示文摘Spatial distributions of 0-20 cm soil carbon sources/sinks caused by land use changes from the year 1980 to 2000 in an area of 2.97 × 10~6 km^2 in eastern China were investigated using a land use dataset from a recent soil geochemical survey.A map of soil carbon sources/sinks has been prepared based on a spatial analysis scheme with GIS.Spatial statistics showed that land use changes had caused 30.7 ± 13.64 Tg of surface soil organic carbon loss,which accounts for 0.33%of the total carbon storage of 9.22 Pg.The net effect of the carbon source was estimated to be ~ 71.49 Tg soil carbon decrease and ~40.80 Tg increase.Land use changes in Northeast China(NE) have the largest impact on soil organic carbon storage compared with other regions.Paddy fields,which were mainly transformed into dry farmland in NE,and constructed land in other regions,were the largest carbon sources among the land use types.Swamp land in NE was also another large soil carbon source when it was transformed into dry farmland or paddy fields.Dry farmland in the NE region formed the largest soil organic carbon sink,as some were transformed into paddy fields,forested land,and other land use types with high SOCD.Xueqi Xia Zhongfang Yang Yuan Xue Xin Shao Tao Yu Qingye Hou 2017Geoscience Frontiers2017,8,3:3
7The Changes in Guilin Paddy Soil Organic Matter and Rice Yield under Long-Term Fertilization显示文摘Rational fertilization is an important measure to increase crop yield and soil fertility. Through analysis,this paper aims to master the change characteristics of soil organic matter and rice yield under different fertilizer treatments,in order to provide an important reference for the sustainable use of soil and effective fertilization. Long-term( 19 years) rice crop rotation experiments in waterloggogenic paddy soil were conducted to investigate the change trend of crop grain yield and soil organic matter with time,reveal the dynamic characteristics and relationship between main fertility factors and crop yields using comparative analysis at three sites with conventional fertilization and non-fertilization in Guilin. The results showed that compared with previous years,the rice yield increased by 53% under the fertilization treatment and degreased by 66% under the control. Over the years,the average soil organic matter( SOM) content under fertilization treatment was 23% higher than under CK treatment. 8Effects of Coupling Treatment of Acid and Aluminum under Soilless Culture on Water Content of Ginkgo biloba L.显示文摘In this experiment,two-factor 7-level uniform design scheme was applied.Separate treatment of each factor was performed for single effect test.Then,it analyzed the effects of acid and aluminum stress under soilless culture on the water content of plant during the growth of Ginkgo biloba L.seedlings,so as to provide a theoretical basis for studying the connection between plant water and physiological stress.The results showed that the water content of G.biloba plants declined with the decrease of p H,but the water content of G.biloba plants declined with the increase in the concentration of aluminum treatment,indicating that the stronger the acid and aluminum stress,the lower the water content of the plants,affecting the normal absorption of water content of G.biloba plants,accordingly leading to lack of water.According to the analysis of the degree of influence on the water content,p H is the first factor influencing the growth of G.biloba plants.If p H is lower than 3.5,G.biloba plants will not growth,while p H is higher than 5.0,aluminum has no significant effect on the water content of G.biloba plants.In conclusion,the water content of G.biloba plants can be used as an essential indicator for acid and aluminum stress.Qiuliang YU Huilan SU Chunlan CHEN Zhongfang LI 2018Asian Agricultural Research2018,10,7:1

16Tungstate ion resonance Rayleigh scattering method for determination of basic triphenylmethane dyes显示文摘In a pH 4.2-6.0 HAc-NaAc buffer medium,the resonance Rayleigh scattering intensities of separate basic triphenylmethane dyes,such as methyl violet (MV),ethyl violet (EV),crystal violet (CV),methyl green (MeG),iodine green (IG),malachite green (MG),light green (LG),and tungstate ion solution,are very weak,but when these cationic dyes react with the tungstate ion (WO 42-) to form ion-association complexes,their RRS are enhanced sharply and new RRS spectra appear.The reaction products of methyl violet,ethyl violet,and crystal violet with WO 42-have similar spectral characteristics and there are two strong RRS peaks at 330 nm and 560 nm.The reaction products of methyl green,iodine green,malachite green,light green with WO 42-have similar spectral characteristics and there are three RRS peaks at about 335 nm,450 nm and 580 nm.The sensitivities of seven kinds of reaction products show a sequence of malachite green>light green>crystal violet>ethyl violet>methyl green>iodine green>methyl violet.The linear ranges and detection limits of the above seven systems are 0.06-2.78 μg mL-1 and 18.1 ng mL-1 (MG),0.08-4.83 μg mL-1 and 22.6 ng mL-1 (BG),0.10-4.90 μg mL-1 and 31.4 ng mL-1 (CV),0.14-2.95 μg mL-1 and 40.5 ng mL-1 (EV),0.17-3.70 μg mL-1 and 50.2 ng mL-1 (MeG),0.22-5.70 μg mL-1 and 67.1 ng mL-1 (IG),and 0.25-7.30 μg mL-1 and 76.3 ng mL-1 (MV).A sensitive,simple and fast RRS method for the determination of basic triphenylmethane dyes using the tungstate ion as the probe has been developed.The method is applicable to the determination of malachite green residues in fish flesh.YU LiHong,LIU ZhongFang,HU XiaoLi,KONG Ling & LIU ShaoPu School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering Key Laboratory on Luminescence and Real-Time Analysis,Ministry of Education,Southwest University,Chongqing 400715,China 2010Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,8:0

19Trogocytosis of CAR molecule regulates CAR-T cell dysfunction and tumor antigen escape显示文摘Chimeric antigen receptor(CAR)T-cell therapy has demonstrated clinical response in treating both hematologic malignancies and solid tumors.Although instances of rapid tumor remissions have been observed in animal models and clinical trials,tumor relapses occur with multiple therapeutic resistance mechanisms.Furthermore,while the mechanisms underlying the long-term therapeutic resistance are well-known,short-term adaptation remains less understood.However,more views shed light on short-term adaptation and hold that it provides an opportunity window for long-term resistance.In this study,we explore a previously unreported mechanism in which tumor cells employ trogocytosis to acquire CAR molecules from CAR-T cells,a reversal of previously documented processes.This mechanism results in the depletion of CAR molecules and subsequent CAR-T cell dysfunction,also leading to short-term antigen loss and antigen masking.Such type of intercellular communication is independent of CAR downstream signaling,CAR-T cell condition,target antigen,and tumor cell type.However,it is mainly dependent on antigen density and CAR sensitivity,and is associated with tumor cell cholesterol metabolism.Partial mitigation of this trogocytosis-induced CAR molecule transfer can be achieved by adaptively administering CAR-T cells with antigen density-individualized CAR sensitivities.Together,our study reveals a dynamic process of CAR molecule transfer and refining the framework of clinical CAR-T therapy for solid tumors.You Zhai Yicong Du Guanzhang Li Mingchen Yu Huimin Hu Changqing Pan Di Wang Zhongfang Shi Xu Yan Xuesong Li Tao Jiang Wei Zhang 2024Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2024,9,1:0
20Innate immune imprints in SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant infection convalescents显示文摘SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant infection generally gives rise to asymptomatic to moderate COVID-19 in vaccinated people.The immune cells can be reprogrammed or“imprinted”by vaccination and infections to generate protective immunity against subsequent challenges.Considering the immune imprint in Omicron infection is unclear,here we delineate the innate immune landscape of human Omicron infection via single-cell RNA sequencing,surface proteome profiling,and plasma cytokine quantification.We found that monocyte responses predominated in immune imprints of Omicron convalescents,with IL-1β-associated and interferon(IFN)-responsive signatures with mild and moderate symptoms,respectively.Low-density neutrophils increased and exhibited IL-1β-associated and IFN-responsive signatures similarly.Mild convalescents had increased blood IL-1β,CCL4,IL-9 levels and PI3+neutrophils,indicating a bias to IL-1βresponsiveness,while moderate convalescents had increased blood CXCL10 and IFN-responsive monocytes,suggesting durative IFN responses.Therefore,IL-1β-or IFN-responsiveness of myeloid cells may indicate the disease severity of Omicron infection and mediate post-COVID conditions.Zhiqing Li Xiaosu Chen Junyan Dan Tianju Hu Ye Hu Shuxun Liu Yangyang Chai Yansong Shi Jian Wu Hailai Ni Jiaqi Zhu Yanfeng Wu Nan Li Yizhi Yu Zhongfang Wang Jincun Zhao Nanshan Zhong Xianwen Ren Zhongyang Shen Xuetao Cao 2022Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,12:0
