3Investigation of Vapor-liquid Ejector with Organic Working Fluids显示文摘The vapor-liquid ejector is a simply flow device and driven by thermal energy. In this paper, a modified mathematical model of the vapor-liquid ejector is proposed, and the validation shows good agreements with the experimental data. A study is carried out with six organic working fluids, namely R1233 zd(E), R1336 mzz(Z), R236 ea, R245 ca, R245 fa and R365 mfc. The influences of the entrainment ratio, the area ratio, the superheating at the vapor nozzle inlet, the subcooling at the liquid nozzle inlet, and the pressures at these inlets on the pressure lifting are parametrically investigated. An increase in the subcooling leads to the great increasing of pressure lifting and the superheating has slight effect on the pressure lifting, whereas others have the opposite tendency. The studies of the pressures and temperatures at the typical locations inside the vapor-liquid ejector are further conducted by using R1336 mzz(Z). The results show that the above parameters have great influence on these pressures and temperatures inside except that the pressures are insignificantly impacted by the superheating, and the temperatures are negligibly affected by the area ratio. 4Synthesis of Hollow Three-Dimensional Channels LiNi_(0.5)Mn_(1.5)O_4 Microsphere by PEO Soft Template Assisted with Solvothermal Method显示文摘A appropriate size with three-dimension(3 D) channels for lithium diffusion plays an important role in constructing highperforming LiNi_(0.5)Mn_(1.5)O_4(LNMO) cathode materials, as it can not only reduce the transport path of lithium ions and electrons, but also reduce the side effects and withstand the structural strain in the process of repetitive Li~+ intercalation/deintercalation. In this work, an e fficient method for designing the hollow LNMO microsphere with 3 D channels structure by using polyethylene oxide(PEO) as soft template agent assisted solvothermal method is proposed. Experimental results indicate that PEO can make the reagents mingle evenly and nucleate slowly in the solvothermal process, thus obtaining a homogeneous distribution of carbonate precursors. In the final LNMO products, the hollow 3 D channels structure obtained by the decomposition of PEO and carbonate precursor in the calcination can provide abundant electroactive zones and electron/ion transport paths during the charge/discharge process, which benefits to improve the cycling performance and rate capability. The LNMO prepared by adding 1 g PEO possesses the most outstanding electrochemical performance, which presented an excellent discharge capacity of 143.1 mAh g~(-1) at 0.1 C and with a capacity retention of 92.2% after 100 cycles at 1 C. 8Effect of Exogenous Lanthanum on Accumulation of Cadmium and Its Chemical Form in Tomatoes显示文摘In the condition that soil is polluted by Cd(20 mg·L-1),two varieties of tomato(Lycopersicon esculintum Mill.)(plant high Cd-enriched variety(Yufen109)and plant low Cd-enriched variety(4641))treated with LaCl3 of different concentration(0,10 and 20mg·L-1)were determined for their effect on plant dry weight,anti-oxidase activity(CAT,SOD and POD),tomato fruit Cd chemical form and Cd accumulation.The results show that 10 mg?L-1LaCl3 can increase dry weight of plant at various positions and can reduce the concentration of Cd of different forms.Spraying with LaCl3(10,20 mg·L-1)can reduce Cd concentration in leaves,stems,roots and fruits of tomato plants with lowering rates of 13.7%-31.9%,9.5%-30.6%,10.8%-44.5%and 19.4%-37.0%,respectively.Suitable amount of lanthanum(10 mg·L-1 LaCl3)can increase yield of tomatoes,reduce Cd accumulation in the fruit.In the two tomato varieties,Lanthanum and Cadmium react interactively,expressing to be coexisting of both synergism and antagonistic.XIE Wenwen XIONG Shijuan XU Weihong CHEN Rong ZHANG Jinzhong XIONG Zhiting 2014Wuhan University Journal of Natural Sciences2014,19,3:0
9Insights into the architecture of human-induced polygenic selection in Duroc pigs显示文摘Background:As one of the most utilized commercial composite boar lines,Duroc pigs have been introduced to China and undergone strongly human-induced selection over the past decades.However,the efficiencies and limitations of previous breeding of Chinese Duroc pigs are largely understudied.The objective of this study was to uncover directional polygenic selection in the Duroc pig genome,and investigate points overlooked in the past breeding process.Results:Here,we utilized the Generation Proxy Selection Mapping(GPSM)on a dataset of 1067 Duroc pigs with 8,766,074 imputed SNPs.GPSM detected a total of 5649 putative SNPs actively under selection in the Chinese Duroc pig population,and the potential functions of the selection regions were mainly related to production,meat and carcass traits.Meanwhile,we observed that the allele frequency of variants related to teat number(NT)relevant traits was also changed,which might be influenced by genes that had pleiotropic effects.First,we identified the direction of selection on NT traits by G,and further pinpointed large-effect genomic regions associated with NT relevant traits by selection signature and GWAS.Combining results of NT relevant traits-specific selection signatures and GWAS,we found three common genome regions,which were overlapped with QTLs related to production,meat and carcass traits besides“teat number”QTLs.This implied that there were some pleiotropic variants underlying NT and economic traits.We further found that rs346331089 has pleiotropic effects on NT and economic traits,e.g.,litter size at weaning(LSW),litter weight at weaning(LWW),days to 100 kg(D100),backfat thickness at 100 kg(B100),and loin muscle area at 100 kg(L100)traits.Conclusions:The selected loci that we identified across methods displayed the past breeding process of Chinese Duroc pigs,and our findings could be used to inform future breeding decision.Zitao Chen Jinyan Teng Shuqi Diao Zhiting Xu Shaopan Ye Dingjie Qiu Zhe Zhang Yuchun Pan Jiaqi Li Qin Zhang Zhe Zhang 2023Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2023,14,1:0
10Structural Phase Transitions of Iodine at High Pressure显示文摘The compression and polymorphic phase transitions of iodine have been studied by using x-ray diffraction with a diamond anvil cell at high pressure up to 77GPa.Considering that iodine is reactive with iron in air,a corrosion-resisting and high-strength gasket was put between the diamonds,thus the sample can be mounted at atmospheric pressure and room temperature.Pressure was measured in terms of the ruby fluorescence and the molybdenum diffraction as an internal pressure standard.According to the x-ray diffraction results,the iodine undergoes the following three structural phase transitions with pressure increasing:(1)At 21 GPa,from base centred orthorhombic phase(phase Ⅰ)to body centred orthorhombic phase(phase Ⅱ).A 2%change in volume occurs.(2)At 44 GPa,from phase II to body centred tetragonal phase(phase Ⅲ).This is a second order phase transition.(3)At 71 GPa,from phase III to fcc phase(phase Ⅳ).The volume decreases by 3%.At this time,the volume is 45%of the original one at atmospheric pressure.CHEN Liangchen ZHANG Zhiting CHE Rongzheng YU Tingnan WANG Jifang 1994Chinese Physics Letters1994,11,2:0
11Molecular biomarkers:multiple roles in radiotherapy显示文摘Preoperative chemoradiation therapy(CRT)is becoming the standard treatment for patients with locally advanced rectal cancer.However,individual differences in response to treatment range from a complete response to complete resistance.Predicting the tumor response to radiotherapy may improve the efficacy of radiotherapy.This review mainly summarizes recent studies about the molecular biomarkers that can predict the response to radiotherapy in rectal cancer.These studies have indicated that the molecular markers involved in the response to radiotherapy mainly include genes related to radiosensitivity,cancer stem cell-related markers,non-coding RNAs(ncRNAs),single-nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)and gene methylation,and other factors including carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)level,anemia,lymphocytes,and signaling pathways.Many of these identified markers are mainly associated with DNA repair,apoptosis,and cell cycle,but some involve unknown cell mechanisms.We speculate that predictors of radiotherapy response may involve combinations of multiple molecular biomarkers that may be useful for the development of individualized therapy for rectal cancer patients.YUE CHEN ZHITING TANG MIAO YU RUI ZHANG XINXIN DONG LIANQUN CAO 2020BIOCELL2020,44,4:0
12DrSim: Similarity Learning for Transcriptional Phenotypic Drug Discovery显示文摘Transcriptional phenotypic drug discovery has achieved great success,and various compound perturbation-based data resources,such as connectivity map(CMap)and library of integrated network-based cellular signatures(LINCS),have been presented.Computational strategies fully mining these resources for phenotypic drug discovery have been proposed.Among them,the fundamental issue is to define the proper similarity between transcriptional profiles.Traditionally,such similarity has been defined in an unsupervised way.However,due to the high dimensionality and the existence of high noise in high-throughput data,similarity defined in the traditional way lacks robustness and has limited performance.To this end,we present Dr Sim,which is a learning-based framework that automatically infers similarity rather than defining it.We evaluated Dr Sim on publicly available in vitro and in vivo datasets in drug annotation and repositioning.The results indicated that Dr Sim outperforms the existing methods.In conclusion,by learning transcriptional similarity,Dr Sim facilitates the broad utility of high-throughput transcriptional perturbation data for phenotypic drug discovery.The source code and manual of Dr Sim are available at http://gffzz188fe103f8f1460as5fw0qqkv9pb56u9f.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/bm2-lab/Dr Sim/.Zhiting Wei Sheng Zhu Xiaohan Chen Chenyu Zhu Bin Duan Qi Liu 2022Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2022,20,5:0
13Improving open-circuit voltage and short-circuit current of high-efficiency silicon-based planar heterojunction solar cells by combining V_(2)O_(5)with PEDOT:PSS显示文摘In recent years,a novel PEDOT:PSS/n-Si planar heterojunction solar cell has been extensively studied in the photovoltaic field.Different V_(2)O_(5)-IPA concentrations mixed in PEDOT:PSS samples as hole transport layer were prepared by means of spin coating technique and mechanical mixing of organic and inorganic materials.V_(2)O_(5)was studied for its effects on the surface morphology,chemical composition,and optical transmittance of PEDOT:PSS films.The findings of the study show that the addition of V_(2)O_(5)particles changes the surface morphology of PEDOT:PSS films and promotes its superior ohmic contact with the Si interface.Furthermore,PEDOT:PSS incorporated with V_(2)O_(5)particles that have outstanding optical and semiconductor properties reduces the rate of carrier recombination at the device interface and blocks electron transport to the anode in the fabricated Si-based solar cells.When compared to conventional PEDOT:PSS/Si planar heterojunction solar cells,the fill factor,photoelectric conversion efficiency,open-circuit voltage,and short-circuit current density of the devices prepared in this study can be significantly improved,reaching up to 70.98%,15.17%,652 mV and 32.8 mA/cm^(2),respectively.This research provides a promising and effective method for improving the photoelectric conversion performance of PEDOT:PSS/Si heterojunction solar cells,which enables the application of V_(2)O_(5)in Si solar cells.Zhiting Luo Chen Yang Xiuhua Chen Wenhui Ma Shaoyuan Li Kaixin Fu 2023Journal of Materiomics2023,9,3:0

16Temporal-spatial analysis of cyromazine in cowpea using liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry coupled with mass spectrometry imaging显示文摘Background:Cowpea(Vigna unguiculata L.Walp.)is an economically important crop.It is nutritious and popular with consumers.However,it has been listed as one of the agricultural products of critical concern about safety in China and cyromazine is the major risk factor.Objectives:This study analyzed the dissipation and permeation kinetics of cyromazine residue in cowpea,to offer a scientific basis for the rational use of pesticide and ensure the safety of agricultural products.Materials and methods:The dissipation and residue level of the systemic insecticide cyromazine on cowpea under field and stored conditions were investigated.Subsequently,the spatial distribution of cyromazine was studied using mass spectrometry imaging to visualize the dynamic processes of permeation and migration in the tissues post pesticide application.Results:The dissipation processing of cyromazine in cowpea was shown to follow the first-order kinetics and half-life was 7.76 d in the field.In cowpea,the permeation and migration rate of cyromazine was faster than that in kidney beans and accumulation was mainly in the pulp.It is not safe to apply cyromazine to cowpeas with reference to the application method on kidney beans.Conclusions:These findings present vital data for the determination of risks linked with cowpea consumption and pesticide intake.Xuemei Tang Congling Huang Jianxiang Huang Jiale Wang Zhiting Chen Yan Chen Zemiao Xiao Kai Wan 2023Food Quality and Safety2023,7,3:0
