| 1 | Effect of Phosphorus Grain Boundaries Segregation and Precipitations on Mechanical Properties for Ti-IF Steel after Recrystallization Annealing显示文摘The cold-rolled(75% reduction ratio) Ti-IF(interstitial-free) steels of 1 mm thickness were recrystallized by annealing at 810°C for different times.The microstructure,mechanical properties and phosphorus segregation at grain boundary were investigated by means of optical microscopy(OM),tensile testing and field emission transmission electron microscopy(FE-TEM).It was observed that recrystallization was completed after annealing at 810°C for 180 s.The yield strength and tensile strength decreased as annealing time increased.The FE-TEM observation showed that after the annealing treatment,the grain boundary was broadened and the dislocations with higher density of phosphorus atoms and phosphide at grain boundaries became evident.The amount of phosphorus segregated at grain boundaries increased with annealing time. | Xinli Song Zexi Yuan Juan Jia Di Wang Pinghe Li Zhaojun Deng | 2010 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2010,26,9: | 2 |
| 2 | Coordinated transcription of ANRIL and P16 genes is silenced by P16 DNA methylation显示文摘Objective: To investigate the relationship between the transcription of ANRIL, P15, P14 and P16 at the same locus and the regulation mechanism of ANRIL.Methods: Publicly available database of Cancer Cell Line Encyclopedia(CCLE) was used in bioinformatic analyses. Methylation of Cp G islands was detected by denaturing high performance liquid chromatography(DHPLC). Gene transcript levels were determined using quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(q RTPCR) assays. An engineered P16-specific transcription factor and DNA methyltransferase were used to induce P16-specific DNA demethylation and methylation.Results: The expression level of ANRIL was positively and significantly correlated with that of P16 but not with that of P15 in the CCLE database. This was confirmed in human cell lines and patient colon tissue samples. In addition, ANRIL was significantly upregulated in colon cancer tissues. Transcription of ANRIL and P16 was observed only in cell lines in which the P16 alleles were unmethylated and not in cell lines with fully methylated P16 alleles.Notably, P16-specific methylation significantly decreased transcription of P16 and ANRIL in BGC823 and GES1 cells. | 3 | Extensive evolution analysis of the global chikungunya virus strains revealed the origination of CHIKV epidemics in Pakistan in 2016显示文摘Chikungunya virus(CHIKV) is a mosquito-borne virus that causes epidemics widely in the world especially in the tropical and subtropical regions. Phylogenetic analysis has found that the CHIKV lineages were associated with the spatial and temporal distributions, which were related to the virus adaption to the major mosquito species and their distributions. In this study, we reported the complete genome sequences of eight CHIKV isolates from the outbreak in Pakistan last year. Then we reviewed the evolutionary history using extensive phylogenetic analysis, analyzed lineagespecific substitutions in viral proteins, and characterized the spreading pathway of CHIKV strains including the Pakistani strains. The results showed that the Pakistani stains belonged to the ECSA.IOL sub-lineage and derived from India. The genetic properties of the Pakistani strains including the adaptive substitution to vectors were further characterized, and the potential risks from the occurrence of CHIKV infection in Pakistan were discussed. | 9 | Characteristic of Near-surface Microstructure and Its Effects on the Torsion Performance of Cold Drawn Pearlitic Steel Wires for Bridge Cables显示文摘The characteristic of near-surface microstructure and its effects on the torsion performance of cold-drawn pearlitic steel wires for bridge cables were investigated by focused ion beam-scanning electron microscope,transmission electron microscopy and differential scanning calorimetry.The samples with similar tensile strength before and after hot-dip galvanizing process are,respectively,characterized as delaminated and non-delaminated in torsion test which indicates that the tensile strength is independent of the toughness value(i e,reduction area and torsion ability).It is interesting to find that there exists submicron granular ferrite on near-surface of the wires,which can be attributed to dislocation rearrangement and sub-grains rotation during cold drawing and hot-dip galvanizing process.And their distribution can suggest homogeneousness of deformation degree to a certain extent:the closer to the surface of their distribution,the more homogeneous deformation of the wires.There is a close relationship between the thermal stability of the cementite layer and distribution of granular ferrite:differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)analysis shows that the sample is accompanied by submicron granular ferrite which is located closer to the surface has higher thermal stability under galvanizing temperature(450°C).A new mechanism of the torsion delamination of pearlitic steel wires is discussed in terms of the thermal stability of the cementite layer and distribution of granular ferrite. | 张帆 MAO Xinping 鲍思前 ZHAO Gang ZHAO Sixin DENG Zhaojun HE Meng HUANG Fangyu QU Xi | 2022 | Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2022,37,5: | 0 |
| 10 | Analysis of inclusions and precipitates in tough weld metal of X80 steel显示文摘Submerged arc welding(SAW) and gas metal arc welding(GMAW) experiments of Nb-bearing X80 steel were conducted with high-toughness wires.The inclusions in weld metals were analyzed in terms of their types and sizes.In GMAW,the inclusions are primarily Ti, Ca, Si, Al, and Mg compounds with no Nb and are generally less than 0.8 μm in size, whereas, in SAW weld, the inclusions are larger, mostly approximately 2-5 μm in size, and are cored with Ca and Ti, exhibiting obvious oxidation metallurgical features.The SAW joint was hot-deformed, and Nb-bearing nano precipitates were newly found in the weld metal through transmission electron microscopy, and Nb-free core-shell inclusion was found through scanning electron microscopy.The inclusions and precipitates were dispersed in or on the boundaries of acicular ferrite, contributing to acicular ferrite nucleation and grain refinement. | HUANG Zhijun DENG Zhaojun | 2021 | Baosteel Technical Research2021,15,4: | 0 |
