1Stability study on naturally filling body in gob-side entry retaining显示文摘In the construction of the filling gob-side entry retaining in a lane, we utilize the self-slide natural phenomenon of a falling gangue in an inclined coal seam goaf. First, we put the falling gangue of goaf above the laneway and made it the main filling material by adopting the measurement of flexible supporting system combined with those of rigid supporting system. Then we made the filling material gunited and solidified to maintain the filling goal of the gob-side entry retaining beside the lane. Considering the law of energy conservation and law of pressure distribution for retaining the active and static soil of the wall, we analyzed the reliability of a gangue blocking facilities and the stability of the filling material in the lane. We analyze the figures to see the stability. 2Numerical simulation of gas-solid flow with two fluid model in a spouted-fluid bed显示文摘The flow characteristics in a spouted-fluid bed differ from those in spouted or fluidized beds because of the injection of the spouting gas and the introduction of a fluidizing gas.The flow behavior of gas-solid phases was predicted using the Eulerian-Eulerian two-fluid model(TFM) approach with kinetic theory for granular flow to obtain the flow patterns in spouted-fluid beds.The gas flux and gas incident angle have a significant influence on the porosity and particle concentration in gas-solid spouted-fluid beds.The fluidizing gas flux affects the flow behavior of particles in the fountain.In the spouted-fluid bed,the solids volume fraction is low in the spout and high in the annulus.However,the solids volume fraction is reduced near the wall.Shuyan Wang Liqian Zhao Chunsheng Wang Yinsong Liu Jinsen Gao Yang Liu Qinglin Cheng 2014Particuology2014,12,3:7
3Effect of direct current pulse stimulating acupoints of JiaJi (T10-L3) and Ciliao (BL 32) with Han's Acupoint Nerve Stimulator on labour pain in women: a randomized controlled clinical study显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To assess the clinical effect and safety of direct current(DC) pulse produced by Han's Acupoint Nerve Stimulator in reduction(HANS) of labor pain.METHODS: Totally 120 participants were enrolled in this clinical trial, and were randomly divided into4 groups including: HANS group, patient controlled intravenous analgesia(PCIA) group, patient-controlled epidural analgesia(PCEA) group and control group. The HANS group was treated by stimulating the acupoints of Jia Ji(T10-L3) and Ciliao(BL 32)with DC pulse of 100 Hz and 15-30 m A produced by a portable battery-powered Han's Acupoint Nerve Stimulator for 30 min. The PCIA group was intravenously infused Ondansetron(8 mg) for 5 min,then tramadol injection(1.5 mg/kg) was slowly dripped by using Baxter APⅡ electronic pump with50 m L tramadol(0.70%) + ondansetron(8 mg),background infusion 2 m L/h, PCA dose of 2 m L,lockout interval of 10 min. In PCEA group, women received intrathecal injection ropivacaine(3 mg) in L2-3, and epidural catheter was connected to Baxter APⅡ electronic pump, with 100 m L Ropivacaine(0.1%) and Sufentanil(50 ug), background infusion5 m L, Patient controlled analgesia(PCA) dose of 5m L, lockout interval of 10 min. The control group was not received analgesia. The visual analogue scale(VAS), stage and manner of labor, Apgar score of newborn, neonatal weights, oxytocin dosage,postpartum hemorrhage and side effects were monitored in all groups.RESULTS: The vital signs were all stable in the four analgesic groups. After analgesia, there was statistical difference in VAS score between HANS group and control group, between PCEA group and the control group, between PCIA group and control group. The analgesic effect in the PCEA group was significantly better than that of other two groups.The second stage of labor in the PCEA group was longer than the other three groups, showing significant difference between them. The Apgar score of newborn 1min after birth in the PCIA group was slightly lower than that of the other two groups,showing significant difference between them. The neonatal weights between four groups were not significantly different. The rate of cesarean sectionin the control group was significantly higher than that of the labor analgesia group, there was statistically difference in four groups. The number of PCIA group that used oxytocin was lower than that of other three groups. There was no significant difference in postpartum hemorrhage between four groups. The side effects of the PCEA group were itching, uroschesis and neonatal asphyxia and PCIA group were nausea and vomiting and neonatal asphyxia. 4Efficacy of Lidan Tang on high-fat-diet induced gallstone in mice and possible mechanism显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate efficacy of Lidan Tang(LDT)on gallstone induced by high fat diet in mice,and to study its underlying mechanism.METHODS:Mice were fed with high fat diet every day and treated with LDT(9.01 times of human clinic dosage).Mice were randomly divided into 6 groups as control group,gallstone model group(high-fat diet),positive control ursodeoxycholic acid(UDCA)group(80 mg·kg^-1·d^-1,i.g.),LDT low dose group(6 kg/d,i.g.),LDT middle dose group(12 kg/d,i.g.),and LDT high dose group(24 kg/d,i.g.).The whole experiment was lasted for 4 weeks.The levels of ALT,AST,LDH,CHO,HDL-C and LDL-C in serum were measured,the pathological sections were observed by hematoxylin-eosin staining,the activities of antioxidant enzymes were measured by kits,and the proteins related to oxidative stress and lipid transport were detected by Western blot analysis.RESULTS:LDT could significantly reduce the contents of ALT and AST in serum and improve the pathological tissue of liver.LDT could significantly reduce the content of MDA and LPO,and increase the level of GSH and GSH-PX in liver tissue.The data of Western blot showed that LDT had antioxidant effect promoting Keap1/Nrf2 pathway and regulated the process of lipid transport,which was statistically significant.In addition,LDT treatment inhibited the expression of ATP-binding cassette transports ABCG5/8 in liver,and reduced cholesterol transport from the hepatocytes to the gallbladder.CONCLUSION:LDT has protective effect on gallstones induced by high fat diet in mice,which might be based on the protective effect on liver,including enhancing the antioxidant capacity of liver and reducing the production of lipid peroxides.Gao Yan Liu Caipin Li Juntong Zhai Yingying Lin Meiyu Wu Qinglin Chu Shifeng Zhang Zhao Li Jianping Zhou Xin Li Yueting Chen Naihong 2020Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2020,40,4:4
5Preparation of Polycarboxylate-based Superplasticizer and Its Effects on Zeta Potential and Rheological Property of Cement Paste显示文摘A series of polycarboxylate-based superplasticizers(PCs) with different structures were synthesized and the effects of chemical structure on zeta potential and rheological property of cement paste were studied. Residual monomers in each sample of PCs were quantitatively determined. The property of the polymers in cement was tested by micro-electrophoresis apparatus and R/S rheometer. Results showed that the zeta potential and its rheological properties are related with the side-chain length and density of PCs. The PCs having shorter side chain and lower side chain density exhibit higher anionic charge density, thus resulting in higher zeta potential. The effect of side chain density on zeta potential is more notable compared with that of side-chain length, and thus affecting the initial shear yield stress and apparent viscosity of the cement paste. 6Effects of AlCoCrFeNiTi high-entropy alloy on microstructure and mechanical properties of pure aluminum显示文摘A new kind of AlCoCrFeNiTi high-entropy alloy(HEA)as a grain refiner was prepared by vacuum arc melting.In this work,the effects of HEA(1.0 wt.%,2.0 wt.%and 3.0 wt.%)on the microstructure and mechanical properties of pure aluminum were studied.The microstructure was characterized and examined by scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS),X-ray diffraction(XRD),electron probe micro-analyzer(EPMA)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)to indicate the refining abilities and mechanism of HEA on pure aluminum.Results show that the addition of HEA refined both the macrostructure and microstructure of pure aluminum.When 1.0 wt.%HEA was added,most coarse columnar grains were refined into equiaxed crystals,and as the amount of HEA increased to 2.0 wt.%and3.0 wt.%,aluminum grains were further refined,and the grain boundaries were nearly indistinguishable.Moreover,the morphology ofα-Al transformed from coarse columnar crystals to equiaxed grains,and the mean size ofα-Al grains decreased from 374μm to 27μm.The Al3Ti,Al3Ni,and nano-phase precipitated from the aluminum alloy with HEA in the solidification.The typical rod-like nano-phases distributed interdendritic regions ofα-Al.The average length of nano-phases is 2568 nm,4372 nm,and 6907 nm and the average diameter is 112 nm,103 nm,and 92 nm when 1.0 wt.%,2.0 wt.%and 3.0 wt.%HEA were added to the pure aluminum,respectively.The ultimate tensile strength(UTS)and yield strength(YS)were improved in all samples,whereas the elongation(El)was decreased with increasing HEA concentration.When 3.0 wt.%HEA was added into the aluminum melt,the UTS was improved by 145.2%from62 MPa to 152 MPa,the YS was increased by 173.8%from 42 MPa to 115 MPa,and the El was decreased by 33.3%from 39%to 26%.Qinglin Li Shang Zhao Xuepeng Bao Yushi Zhang Yuqian Zhu Chuangzao Wang Yefeng Lan Yuxin Zhang Tiandong Xia 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,52,17:2
7Runoff and nutrient losses in alfalfa(Medicago sativa L)production with tied-ridge-furrow rainwater harvesting on sloping land显示文摘Ridge-furrow rainwater harvesting(RFRH)is known to be effective in controlling water loss and soil erosion,and increasing soil moisture and crop yield in semiarid regions.However,it can cause water-logging,ridge overtopping,and harvest failure if not properly designed.A four consecutive-year field trial was carried out to assess the impacts of various slope gradients and tillage practices on soil moisture,runoff,sediment yield,associated soil nutrient losses,fodder yield,and water use efficiency(WUE)of alfalfa in the Loess Plateau,China.The trial adopted a split-plot design,taking slope gradient(5and 10)as main plot treatment and tillage practice(traditional tillage,open-ridging,and tied-ridging)as split-plot treatment,from 2015 to 2018.There were greater variations in runoff,sediment yield,and associ-ated soil nutrient losses than in fodder yield and WUE.Tied-ridging and open-ridging resulted in decreased runoff and reduced sediment transport and associated soil nutrient losses,and increased soil moisture,fodder yield,and WUE.Runoff,sediment transport,and associated soil nutrient losses inclined with increasing slope;while fodder yield and the WUE declined.For slopes of 5and 10,the average decrease in runoff,sediment yield,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,and organic matter losses for open-ridging were 47.7e56.2%,91.0e92.7%,90.4e93.1%,90.1e92.2%,and 88.9e90.2%,respectively,while these for tied-ridging were 62.4e68.4%,94.5e96.4%,93.6e95.5%,93.9e95.9%,and 93.0e94.9%,over 4 years as compared with traditional tillage.The mean annual runoff,sediment,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,and organic matter losses for slopes of 10were 1.31,1.96,1.87,1.99,and 1.64 times greater than the corresponding values for slopes of 5,respectively.The increase of fodder yield and WUE for open-ridging and tied-ridging was 40.1e45.6%and 16.0e17.5%,and 3.66e5.99 and 1.35e2.50 kg ha^(-1)mm^(-1),respectively,for slopes of 5and 10.The average fodder yield and WUE for slopes of 5were 1.19 and 1.23 times greater than corresponding values for slopes of 10,respectively.The disparities in fodder yield and WUE of alfalfa between slopes of 5and 10were not clear in dry years,but were evident in wet years.Tied-ridging was recommended for water and soil conservation,while open-ridging was recommended for increase of fodder yield and WUE of alfalfa.The implementation of RFRH in crop production should be evaluated by the use of a model in accordance with climatic conditions,soil type,and plant species.Qi Wang Fuchun Li Xiaole Zhao Wucheng Zhao Dengkui Zhang Xujiao Zhou David JSample Xiaoyun Wang Qinglin Liu Xiaoling Li Guang Li Heling Wang Kai Zhang Jin Chen 2022International Soil and Water Conservation Research2022,10,2:2
8Repairing skull defects in children with nano-hap/collagen composites: A clinical report of thirteen cases显示文摘Objective:To evaluate the clinical results of repairing skull defects with biomimetic bone(nano-hap/collagen composites,NHACs)in children.Methods:Thirteen children with skull defects were treated with NHACs in our hospital.The NHACs molded with the help of a 3D printer were used in the operations.Results:All 13 operations were successful,and patients recovered without infection.Only one patient suffered from subcutaneous hydrops post-operation.The implanted NHACs remained fixed well after 1 year,and their CT HU values raised gradually.Skull shapes of children developed normally.Recovery of neurological and cognitive function was significant.Conclusions:NHAC,chosen to repair skull defects in children,can coexist with normal skull and reduce the negative effects on growth and development.NHAC could be a good choice for children with skull defects.Tuoyu Chen Yuqi Zhang Huancong Zuo Yapeng Zhao Chaoqiang Xue Bin Luo Qinglin Zhang Jin Zhu Xiumei Wang Fuzhai Cui 2016Translational Neuroscience and Clinics2016,2,1:2
