2Energy Efficient Power Allocation for Relay-Aided D2D Communications in 5G Networks显示文摘As one of the key technologies for the fifth generation(5G) wireless networks,device-to-device(D2D) communications allow user equipment(UE) in close proximity to communicate with each other directly.Forwarded by a relay,the relay-aided D2D(RA-D2D) communications can not only be applied to communications in much longer distance but also achieve a high quality of service(Qo S) .In this paper,we first propose a two-layer system model allowing RA-D2 D links to underlay traditional cellular uplinks.Then we maximize the energy efficiency of the RA-D2 D link while satisfying the minimum data-rate of the cellular link.The optimal transmit power at both D2 D transmitter and D2 D relay sides is obtained by transforming the nonlinear fractional programming into a nonlinear parameter programming.Simulation results show that our proposed power allocation method is more energy efficient than the existing works,and the proposed RA-D2 D scheme outperformed direct D2 D scheme when the distance between two D2 D users is longer.Ru Wang Jia Liu Guopeng Zhang Shuanghong Huang Ming Yuan 2017China Communications2017,14,6:13
3Power allocation scheme for selfish cooperative communications based on game theory and particle swarm optimizer显示文摘In commercial networks,autonomous user nodes operating on batteries are assumed to be selfish to consume their energy solely to maximize their own benefits,e.g.,data throughputs.In this letter a two-user cooperative game is proposed to perform the power allocation for selfish cooperative communication networks.In the game,one selfish user node could trade its transmission power for the other ones cooperative relaying directly,and both user nodes are willing to achieve an optimal data-rate increase through cooperative relaying.To find the Nash bargaining solution(NBS) of the game,a low-complexity numerical particle swarm optimizer(PSO) algorithm is also developed.Simulation results indicate that the NBS of the game is efficient,in that both users could experience better performance than they work independently,and fair,in that the degree of cooperation of a user node only depends on how much contribution its partner can make to improve its own performance.ZHANG GuoPeng YANG Kun DING EnJie 2010Science China(Information Sciences)2010,53,9:9
4Energy efficient resource allocation in non-cooperative multi-cell OFDMA systems显示文摘A non-cooperative game is proposed to perform the sub-carrier assignment and power allocation for the multi-cell orthogonal frequency division multiple access(OFDMA) system.The objective is to raise the spectral efficiency of the system and prolong the life time of user nodes.This paper defines a game player as a cell formed by the unique base station and the served users.The utility function considered here measures the user's achieved utility per power.Each individual cell's goal is to maximize the total utility of its users.To search the Nash equilibrium(NE) of the game,an iterative and distributed algorithm is presented.Since the NE is inefficient,the pricing of user's transmission power is introduced to improve the NE in the Pareto sense.Simulation results show the proposed game outperforms the water-filling algorithm in terms of fairness and energy efficiency.Moreover,through employing a liner pricing function,the energy efficiency could be further improved.Guopeng Zhang Peng Liu Enjie Ding 2011Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2011,22,1:5
5A bargaining game theoretic method for virtual resource allocation in LTE-based cellular networks显示文摘In this paper, we study the virtual resource(VR) allocation problem in LTE-based wireless network virtualization(WNV). A practical network scenario, where multiple virtual wireless service providers(WSPs)request the VR from a unique mobile network operator(MNO) is considered. Our objective is two folds. The first is to guarantee the minimum rate requirements of the MNO and the WSPs. The second is to distribute the system rate among the MNO and the WSPs in the Pareto optimal manner. To this end, an efficient VR allocation scheme based on bargaining game theory is proposed, and the Nash bargaining solution(NBS) method is used to solve the proposed game problem. The proposed game problem is proved to be a convex optimization problem. By using standard convex optimization method, the global optimal NBS of the game is obtained in closed form. 6Using full duplex relaying in device-to-device(D2D)based wireless multicast services:a two-user case显示文摘D2D communication has been proposed as an important supplement to the existing centralized cellular networks which allows two physically adjacent cellular user equipments(UEs) to communicate directly.This paper concerns using D2 D to improve wireless multicast services in cellular networks. Specially, we consider a D2 D transmitter UE can act as a full-duplex(FD) relay to assist a cellular multicast from a base station(BS) to a group of two UEs. And a new scheme which allows an intra-cell D2 D retransmission to underlay a cellular multicast is proposed. Under the constraint of the minimum signal-to-interference-and-noise ratio(SINR) required by each of the receiver UEs, the aim of the scheme is to select the best UE in a multicast group to perform the D2 D retransmission with the serving BS. Thus, the aggregate transmit power consumed at the BS and at the selected UE can be minimized. 7A suboptimal joint bandwidth and power allocation for cooperative relay networks:a cooperative game theoretic approach显示文摘In commercial networks, user nodes operating on batteries are assumed to be selfish to consume their resources (i.e., bandwidth and power) solely maximizing their own benefits (e.g., the received signal-to-noise ratios (SNRs) and datarates). In this paper, a cooperative game theoretical framework is proposed to jointly perform the bandwidth and power allocation for selfish cooperative relay networks. To ensure a fair and efficient resource sharing between two selfish user nodes, we assume that either node can act as a source as well as a potential relay for each other and either node is willing to seek cooperative relaying only if the datarate achieved through cooperation is not lower than that achieved through noncooperation (i.e., direct transmission) by consuming the same amount of bandwidth and power resource. Define the cooperative strategy of a node as the number of bandwidth and power that it is willing to contribute for relaying purpose. The two node joint bandwidth and power allocation (JBPA) problem can then be formulated as a cooperative game. Since the Nash bargaining solution (NBS) to the JBPA game (JBPAG) is computationally difficult to obtain, we divide it into two subgames, i.e., the bandwidth allocation game (BAG) and the power allocation game (PAG). We prove that both the subgames have unique NBS. And then the suboptimal NBS to the JBPAG can be achieved by solving the BAG and PAG sequentially. Simulation results show that the proposed cooperative game scheme is efficient in that the performance loss of the NBS result to that of the maximal overall data-rate scheme is small while the maximal-rate scheme is unfair. 8Accelerated evolution of an Lhx2 enhancer shapes mammalian social hierarchies显示文摘Social hierarchies emerged during evolution,and social rank influences behavior and health of individuals.However,the evolutionary mechanisms of social hierarchy are still unknown in amniotes.Here we developed a new method and performed a genome-wide screening for identifying regions with accelerated evolution in the ancestral lineage of placental mammals,where mammalian social hierarchies might have initially evolved.Then functional analyses were conducted for the most accelerated region designated as placental-accelerated sequence 1(PAS1,P=3.15 × 10^-18).Multiple pieces of evidence show that PAS1 is an enhancer of the transcription factor gene Lhx2 involved in brain development.PAS1s isolated from various amniotes showed different c/s-regulatory activity in vitro,and affected the expression of Lhx2 differently in the nervous system of mouse embryos.PAS1 knock-out mice lack social stratification.PAS1 knock-in mouse models demonstrate that PAS1s determine the social dominance and subordinate of adult mice,and that social ranks could even be turned over by mutated PAS1.All homozygous mutant mice had normal huddled sleeping behavior,motor coordination and strength.Therefore,PAS1-Lhx2 modulates social hierarchies and is essential for establishing social stratification in amniotes,and positive Darwinian selection on PAS1 plays pivotal roles in the occurrence of mammalian social hierarchies.Yuting Wang Guangyi Dai Zhili Gu Guopeng Liu Ke Tang Yi-Hsuan Pan Yujie Chen Xin Lin Nan Wu Haoshan Chen Su Feng Shou Qiu Hongduo Sun Qian Li Chuan Xu Yanan Mao Yong Edward Zhang Philipp Khaitovich Yan-Ling Wang Qunxiu Liu Jing-Dong Jackie Han Zhen Shao Gang Wei Chun Xu Naihe Jing Haipeng Li 2020Cell Research2020,30,5:4

10Orthogonal resource sharing scheme for device-to-device communication overlaying cellular networks: a cooperative relay based approach显示文摘In this paper, we propose a device-to-device(D2D) communication scheme to improve local services in cellular networks. By employing cooperative relay(CR) technology, D2 D and cellular communications can operate in orthogonal resource sharing(ORS) mode with the aim of optimizing the data rates for local D2 D users while fulfilling the minimum rate requirements for prioritized cellular users. In the proposed CR-based ORS scheme, we consider a cellular communication that is willing to share part of the occupied bandwidth resource with some D2 D communications. Hence, the newly-obtained resource can be used by a D2 D communication for the following two purposes, i.e., to compensate the rate loss of the cellular communication through cooperative relaying and to communicate its own information so as to increase its own rate. We formulated this CR-based ORS problem as a non-convex optimization problem. Hence, a global maximizer may not exist for the problem.To find the optimal solution for the problem, an effective heuristic algorithm is developed. 11Vacuum-tuned-atmosphere induced assembly of Au@Ag core/shell nanocubes into multi-dimensional superstructures and the ultrasensitive IAPP proteins SERS detection显示文摘Utilizing vacuum-tuned-atmosphere induced dip coating method,we achieve the cross-dimensional macroscopic diverse self-assemblies by using one building block with one chemical functionality.Coordinated modulating the vacuum degree,colloid concentration and evaporation atmosphere,Au@Ag core/shell nanocubes (NCs) can controllably assemble into diverse multi-dimensional superstructures.Under 0.08 MPa,we obtained the two-dimensional (2D) stepped superstructures with continuously tunable step width.In addition,we generated a series of tailorable nanoscale-roughened 2D Au@Ag NCs superstructures at 0.04 MPa,which exhibited the label-free ultrasensitive SERS detection for the different mutants of IAPP8-37 proteins.Under 0.01 MPa,we obtained the cross-dimensional tailorable Au@Ag NCs assemblies from random to macroscale 2D and three-dimensional (3D) densest superstructures by adjusting the capping ligand-environmental molecule interactions.This is a flexible method to generate as-prepared Au@Ag core/shell NCs into well-defined macroscopic diverse superstructures and to promote the exploitation into biological applications.Meng Xu Guopeng Tu Muwei Ji Xiaodong Wan Jiajia Liu Jia Liu Hongpan Rong Yanlian Yang Chen Wang Jiatao Zhang 2019Nano Research2019,12,6:3

13Combustion performance of pulverized coal and corresponding kinetics study after adding the additives of Fe_(2)O_(3) and CaO显示文摘Combustion performance of pulverized coal(PC)in blast furnace(BF)process is regarded as a criteria parameter to assess the prop-er injection dosage of PC.In this paper,effects of two kinds of additives,Fe_(2)O_(3) and CaO,on PC combustion were studied using the thermo-gravimetric method.The results demonstrate that both the Fe_(2)O_(3) and CaO can promote combustion performance index of PC including igni-tion index(C_(i)),burnout index(D_(b)),as well as comprehensive combustibility index(S_(n)).The S_(n) increases from 1.37×10^(−6) to 2.16×10^(−6)%2·min^(−2)·℃^(−3) as the Fe_(2)O_(3) proportion increases from 0 to 5.0wt%.Additionally,the combustion kinetics of PC was clarified using the Coats-Redfern method.The results show that the activation energy(E)of PC combustion decreases after adding the above additives.For instance,the E decreases from 56.54 to 35.75 kJ/mol when the Fe_(2)O_(3) proportion increases from 0 to 5.0wt%,which supports the improved combustion per-formance.Moreover,it is uneconomic to utilize pure Fe_(2)O_(3) and CaO in production.Based on economy analysis,we selected the iron-bearing dust(IBD)which contains much Fe_(2)O_(3) and CaO component to investigate,and got the same effects.Therefore,the IBD is a potential option for catalytic PC combustion in BF process.Qiangjian Gao Guopeng Zhang Haiyan Zheng Xin Jiang Fengman Shen 2023International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2023,30,2:2

17Pareto optimal time-frequency resource allocation for selfish wireless cooperative multicast networks显示文摘In selfsh wireless cooperative multicast networks(WCMNs),a source node wants to achieve the optimal beneft(i.e.,rate gain),while the relaying nodes are willing to get fairness rewards(i.e.,rate gains)from the source for the cooperative relaying.In this paper,we implement these two diferent objectives for the source and the relays through the Pareto optimal resource allocation.Defne the cooperative strategy of a node as the fraction of a data-frame that it is willing to contribute to its cooperative partners.Consider the rational decision made by one node will defnitely afect its cooperative partners’choice.Then,we can formulate this resource sharing problem as a Nash bargaining problem(NBP),and the Nash bargaining solution(NBS)to the NBP encapsulates the Pareto optimality naturally.Finally,to enable the nodes to be capable of computing the NBS cooperative strategies rapidly as the wireless channel changes,we propose a fast particle swarm optimizer(PSO)algorithm to search for the NBS.Simulation results show that the two specifed objectives of the source and the relays can be implemented in the Pareto optimal sense,i.e.,the source can achieve a signifcant performance gain in comparison with direct multicast and the relays can get a fair reward by the source according to the level of contribution it has made to improve the performance of the source.ZHANG GuoPeng LIU Peng DING EnJie 2013Science China(Information Sciences)2013,56,12:1
18Bioactive constituents of animal-derived traditional Chinese medicinal materials for breast cancer:opportunities and challenges显示文摘Breast cancer is globally the most common invasive cancer in women and remains one of the leading causes of cancer-related deaths.Surgery,radiotherapy,chemotherapy,immunotherapy,and endocrine therapy are currently the main treatments for this cancer type.However,some breast cancer patients are prone to drug resistance related to chemotherapy or immunotherapy,resulting in limited treatment efficacy.Consequently,traditional Chinese medicinal materials(TCMMs)as natural products have become an attractive source of novel drugs.In this review,we summarized the current knowledge on the active components of animal-derived TCMMs,including Ophiocordyceps sinensis-derived cordycepin,the aqueous and ethanolic extracts of O.sinensis,norcantharidin(NCTD),Chansu,bee venom,deer antlers,Ostrea gigas,and scorpion venom,with reference to marked anti-breast cancer effects due to regulating cell cycle arrest,proliferation,apoptosis,metastasis,and drug resistance.In future studies,the underlying mechanisms for the antitumor effects of these components need to be further investigated by utilizing multi-omics technologies.Furthermore,large-scale clinical trials are necessary to validate the efficacy of bioactive constituents alone or in combination with chemotherapeutic drugs for breast cancer treatment.Chaochao YU Yi LI Guopeng CHEN Chaoyan WU Xiuping WANG Yingwen ZHANG 2022Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2022,23,7:1
