2High-PSRR High-Order Curvature-Compensated CMOS Bandgap Voltage Reference显示文摘A high-PSRR high-order curvature-compensated CMOS bandgap voltage reference( BGR),which has the performances of high power supply rejection ratio( PSRR) and low temperature coefficient,is designed in SMIC 0. 18 μm CMOS process. Compared to the conventional curvature-compensated BGR which adopted a piecewise-linear current,the temperature characterize of the proposed BGR is effectively improved by adopting two kinds of current including a piecewise-linear current and a current proportional 1. 5 party to the absolute temperature T. By adopting a low dropout( LDO) regulator whose output voltage is the operating supply voltage of the proposed BGR core circuit instead of power supply voltage VDD,the proposed BGR with LDO regulator achieves a well PSRR performance than the BGR without LDO regulator. Simulation results show that the proposed BGR with LDO regulator achieves a temperature coefficient of 2. 1 × 10-6/ ℃ with a 1. 8 V power supply voltage and a line regulation of 4. 9 μV / V at 27 ℃. 3Performance of CO_2 absorption in a diameter-varying spray tower显示文摘The application of spray towers for CO_2 capture is a development trend in recent years. However, most of the previous jobs were conducted in a cylindrical tower by using a single spray nozzle, whose configuration and performance is not good enough for industrial application. To solve this problem, the present work proposed a diameter-varying spray tower and a new spray mode of dual-nozzle opposed impinging spray to enhance the heat and mass transfer of CO_2 absorption process. Experiments were performed to investigate the mass transfer performance (in terms of the CO_ 2 removal rate (η) and the overall mass transfer coefficient (K_Ga_e)) of the improved spray tower under various operating conditions. Experimental results showed that the liquid to gas ratio and mole ratio of MEA to CO_2 are major factors, which affect the absorption performance and the maximums of η and (K_Ga_e that are 94.0% and 0.574 kmol·m^(-3)·h^(-1)·kP a^(-1), respectively, under the experimental conditions. 5Pooled Plasmid Sequencing Reveals the Relationship Between Mobile Genetic Elements and Antimicrobial Resistance Genes in Clinically Isolated Klebsiella pneumoniae显示文摘Plasmids remain important microbial components mediating the horizontal gene transfer(HGT)and dissemination of antimicrobial resistance.To systematically explore the relationship between mobile genetic elements(MGEs)and antimicrobial resistance genes(ARGs),a novel strategy using single-molecule real-time(SMRT)sequencing was developed.This approach was applied to pooled conjugative plasmids from clinically isolated multidrug-resistant(MDR)Klebsiella pneumoniae from a tertiary referral hospital over a 9-month period.The conjugative plasmid pool was obtained from transconjugants that acquired antimicrobial resistance after plasmid conjugation with 53 clinical isolates.The plasmid pool was then subjected to SMRT sequencing,and 82 assembled plasmid fragments were obtained.In total,124 ARGs(responsible for resistance to b-lactam,fluoroquinolone,and aminoglycoside,among others)and 317 MGEs[including transposons(Tns),insertion sequences(ISs),and integrons]were derived from these fragments.Most of these ARGs were linked to MGEs,allowing for the establishment of a relationship network between MGEs and/or ARGs that can be used to describe the dissemination of resistance by mobile elements.Key elements involved in resistance transposition were identified,including IS26,Tn3,IS903 B,ISEcp1,and ISKpn19.As the most predominant IS in the network,a typical IS26-mediated multi-copy composite transposition event was illustrated by tracing its flanking 8-bp target site duplications(TSDs).The landscape of the pooled plasmid sequences highlights the diversity and complexity of the relationship between MGEs and ARGs,underpinning the clinical value of dominant HGT profiles.Yan Jiang Yanfei Wang Xiaoting Hua Yue Qu Anton Y.Peleg Yunsong Yu 2020Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2020,18,5:1

10Characterizing the catalyst fluidization with field synergy to improve the amine absorption for CO2 capture显示文摘There are great interests to capture the CO2 to control the greenhouse gas emission.Amine absorption of CO2 is being taken as an effective way to capture CO2 in industry.However,the amine absorption of CO2 is cost-ineffective due to great energy consumption and solution consumption.In order to reduce the capture cost,catalyst fluidization is proposed here to intensify the mass transfer and heat transfer.Catalyst fluidization with field synergy and DFT model is developed by incorporating the effects of catalyst reaction kinetics,drag force and multi-field into the mass transfer,heat transfer,fluid flow and catalyst collision.Experiments with an improved distributor are performed well to validate the model.The reaction kinetics is determined by the DFT simulation and experiment.The mass transfer coefficient in the fluidized reactor is identified as 17%higher than the conventional packed reactor.With the field synergy of catalyst fluidization,the energy consumption for CO2 desorption is reduced by 9%.Stepwise operation and inclination reactor are used to improve catalyst fluidization process.Yunsong Yu Chen Zhang Zaoxiao Zhang Geoff Wang 2019Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2019,27,7:1

13Highly efficient cobalt-doped carbon nitride polymers for solvent-free selective oxidation of cyclohexane显示文摘Selective oxidation of saturated hydrocarbons with molecular oxygen has been of great interest in catalysis, and the development of highly efficient catalysts for this process is a crucial challenge. A new kind of heterogeneous catalyst, cobalt-doped carbon nitride polymer(g-C_3N_4),was harnessed for the selective oxidation of cyclohexane. X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectra and high resolution transmission electron microscope revealed that Co species were highly dispersed in g-C_3N_4 matrix and the characteristic structure of polymeric g-C_3N_4 can be retained after Co-doping, although Co-doping caused the incomplete polymerization to some extent. Ultraviolet-visible, Raman and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy further proved the successful Co doping in g-C_3N_4 matrix as the form of Co(Ⅱ)-N bonds. For the selective oxidation of cyclohexane, Co-doping can markedly promote the catalytic performance of g-C_3N_4 catalyst due to the synergistic effect of Co species and gC_3N_4 hybrid. Furthermore, the content of Co largely affected the activity of Co-doped g-C_3N_4 catalysts, among which the catalyst with 9.0 wt%Co content exhibited the highest yield(9.0%) of cyclohexanone and cyclohexanol, as well as a high stability. 14Small extracellular vesicles with nanomorphology memory promote osteogenesis显示文摘Nanotopographical cues endow biomaterials the ability to guide cell adhesion, proliferation, and differentiation. Cellular mechanical memory can maintain the cell status by retaining cellular information obtained from past mechanical microenvironments. Here, we propose a new concept “morphology memory of small extracellular vesicles (sEV)” for bone regeneration. We performed nanotopography on titanium plates through alkali and heat (Ti8) treatment to promote human mesenchymal stem cell (hMSC) differentiation. Next, we extracted the sEVs from the hMSC, which were cultured on the nanotopographical Ti plates for 21 days (Ti8-21-sEV). We demonstrated that Ti8-21-sEV had superior pro-osteogenesis ability in vitro and in vivo. RNA sequencing further confirmed that Ti8-21-sEV promote bone regeneration through osteogenic-related pathways, including the PI3K-AKT signaling pathway, MAPK signaling pathway, focal adhesion, and extracellular matrix-receptor interaction. Finally, we decorated the Ti8-21-sEV on a 3D printed porous polyetheretherketone scaffold. The femoral condyle defect model of rabbits was used to demonstrate that Ti8-21-sEV had the best bone ingrowth. In summary, our study demonstrated that the Ti8-21-sEV have memory function by copying the pro-osteogenesis information from the nanotopography. 16Bautype: Capsule and Lipopolysaccharide Serotype Prediction for Acinetobacter baumannii Genome显示文摘Acinetobacter baumannii has three clusters of genes for polysaccharide synthesis.Capsular polysaccharides and lipopolysaccharides are major virulence determinants in many Gram-negative bacteria,and play key roles in the overall fitness and virulence in A.baumannii,meanwhile poly-beta-1-6-N-acetylglucosamine was critical for biofilm formation.A variety of studies have been conducted which focused on the surveillance of antimicrobial resistance genes and clones in A.baumannii.However,a tool to perform serotype prediction in A.baumannii is still lacking.Here we present Bautype,a tool for whole genome sequencingbased K and O locus typing in A.baumannii.Using Bautype,users can upload and analyze the genome assembled in a web browser,with the results being displayed in a tabular or graphical format.We demonstrated the high accuracy of predicting K and O locus diversity using Bautype when analyzing more than 3000 A.baumannii genomes.Using our software,we were able to analyze K and O locus diversity among 593 genomes belonging to ST208(3 K and 8 O).These diverse loci can serve as epidemiological markers for Multi-drug Resistance(MDR)strain subtyping.We also identified 45 novel O locus types.Our findings highlight the importance in monitoring the capsule type and LOS of A.baumannii strains for which Bautype is a tailored clinical software.Bautype is available at http://gffzzf27235bfe84f4a38h5xf66f596kbn6fqf.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn.Xiaoting Hua Qian Liang Li Fang Jintao He Meixia Wang Wenjie Hong Sebastian Leptihn Hengliang Wang Yunsong Yu Huan Chen 2020Infectious Microbes & Diseases2020,2,1:0

18The molecular epidemiological study of colistin-only-sensitive strains in multi-drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii显示文摘This paper reported the epidemiology of the colistin-only-sensitive Acinetobacter baumannii(COS-AB)in a tertiary teaching hospital in China.We analyzed the clinical data of 136 COS-AB isolates from June 2004 to May 2005 and collected 66 A.baumannii isolates in which 33 strains were COS-AB,and the rest were non-COS-AB.Random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD)analysis(primer ERIC2 and 272)showed that all COS-AB were identical,while pulsed-field gel electrophotesis(PFGE)analysis showed two separate genotypes of these COS-AB which were distinctly different from that of non-COS-AB.The COS-AB from burn wards showed the identical PFGE pattern which was distinguished from the genotype of COS-AB in other departments,mainly surgical systems.The cross-infection was severe and strict methods of disinfection and sterilization should be implemented.Meanwhile,the epidemiology of COS-AB in environment and patients should be closely monitored.The PFGE analysis is a reliable method of A.baumannii typing.YANG Li HAN Lizhong SUN Jingyong YU Yunsong NI Yuxing 2007Frontiers of Medicine2007,1,4:0
