| 1 | Li intercalation in an MoSe_(2) electrocatalyst:In situ observation and modulation of its precisely controllable phase engineering for a high-performance flexible Li-S battery显示文摘Sophisticated efficient electrocatalysts are essential to rectifying the shuttle effect and realizing the high performance of flexible lithium-sulfur batteries(LSBs).Phase transformation of MoSe_(2) from the 2H phase to the 1T phase has been proven to be a significant method to improve the catalytic activity.However,precisely controllable phase engineering of MoSe_(2) has rarely been reported.Herein,by in situ Li ions intercalation in MoSe_(2),a precisely controllable phase evolution from 2H-MoSe_(2) to 1T-MoSe_(2) was realized.More importantly,the definite functional relationship between cut-off voltage and phase structure was first identified for phase engineering through in situ observation and modulation methods.The sulfur host(CNFs/1T-MoSe_(2))presents high charge density,strong polysulfides adsorption,and catalytic kinetics.Moreover,Li-S cells based on it display capacity retention of 875.3mAh g^(-1) after 500 cycles at 1 C and an areal capacity of 8.71mAh cm^(-2) even at a high sulfur loading of 8.47mg cm^(-2).Furthermore,the flexible pouch cell exhibiting decent performance will endow a promising potential in the wearable energy storage field.This study proposes an effective strategy to precisely control the phase structure of MoSe_(2),which may provide the reference to fabricate the highly efficient electrocatalysts for LSBs and other energy systems. | Yunke Wang Yige Zhao Kangli Liu Shaobin Wang Neng Li Guosheng Shao Feng Wang Peng Zhang | 2023 | Carbon Energy2023,5,2: | 2 |

| 6 | Direct-writing Process and in vivo Evaluation of Prevascularized Composite Constructs for Muscle Tissue Engineering Application显示文摘Tissue engineered skeletal muscle is expected to treat muscle defects caused by trauma and disease.However,designing and manufacturing thick and complex tissue engineered skeletal muscle requires vascularization to ensure its internal cell viability and nutrient supply in vitro.In this article,we developed a set of Direct-Writing(DW)bio-printing procedure to manufacture a prevascularized composite construct with Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cell(HUVEC)and C2C12 cells for muscle tissue engineering application.We put the cells into the construct during the DW process to obtain the prevascularization and intend to promote its vascularization in vivo later.The constructs with cells or without cells were implanted respectively into nude mice back for 3 weeks,after which the mice healthily live for all the time and all the implants are tightly bonded to the host.From immunohistochemical analysis,CD31-positive blood vessels existed in the implanted samples with cells are more substantial than those without cells,but the implanted samples with HUVEC and C2C12 cells have much more number of small blood vessels distributing evenly.Moreover,the implants with cells,especially that with HUVEC and C2C12 cells,are able to get better fusion with the host skin and subcutaneous tissues.Histological analysis demonstrates that our DW-based constructs have the potential to be getting to vascularize the tissue engineered muscle. | Qin Lian Tingze Zhao Tian Jiao Yige Huyan Heng Gu Lin Gao | 2020 | Journal of Bionic Engineering2020,17,3: | 1 |

| 18 | Will Coal Price Fluctuations Affect Renewable Energy Substitution and Carbon Emission? | 20 | GCH1 variants contribute to the risk and earlier age-at-onset of Parkinson's disease:a two-cohort case-control study显示文摘Background:Common and rare variants of guanosine triphosphate cyclohydrolase 1(GCH1)gene may play important roles in Parkinson's disease(PD).However,there is a lack of comprehensive analysis of GCH1 genotypes,especially in non-coding regions.The aim of this study was to explore the genetic characteristics of GCH1,including rare and common variants in coding and non-coding regions,in a large population of PD patients in Chinese mainland,as well as the phenotypic characteristics of GCH1 variant carriers.Methods:In the first cohort of this case-control study,we performed whole-exome sequencing in 1555 patients with early-onset or familial PD and 2234 healthy controls;then in the second cohort,whole-genome sequencing was performed in sporadic late-onset PD samples(1962 patients),as well as 1279 controls.Variants at target GCH1 regions were extracted,and then genetic and detailed phenotypic data were analyzed using regression models and the sequence kernel association test.We also performed a meta-analysis to correlate deleterious GCH1 variants with age at onset(AAO)in PD patients.Results:For coding variants,we identified a significant burden of GCH1 deleterious variants in early-onset or familial PD cases compared to controls(1.2%VS 0.1%,P<0.0001).In the analysis of possible regulatory variants in GCH1 non-coding regions,rs12323905(P=0.001,odds ratio=1.19,95%CI 1.07-1.32)was significantly associated with PD,and variant sets in untranslated regions and intron regions,GCH1 brain-specific expression quantitative trait loci,and two possible promoter/enhancer(GH14J054857 and GH14J054880)were suggestively associated with PD.Genotype phenotype correlation analysis revealed that the carriers of GCH1 deleterious variants manifested younger AAO(P<0.0001),and had milder motor symptoms,milder fatigue symptoms and more autonomic nervous dysfunctions.Meta-analysis of six studies demonstrated 6.4-year earlier onset in GCH1 deleterious variant carriers(P=0.0009).Conclusions:The results highlight the importance of deleterious variants and non-coding variants of GCH1 in PD in Chinese mainland and suggest that GCH1 mutation can influence the PD phenotype,which may help design experimental studies to elucidate the mechanisms of GCH1 in the pathogenesis of PD. | Hong-xu Pan Yu-wen Zhao Jun-pu Mei Zheng-huan Fang Yige Wang Xun Zhou Yang-jie Zhou Rui Zhang Kai-lin Zhang Li Jiang Qian Zeng Yan He Zheng Wang Zhen-hua Liu Qian Xu Qi-ying Sun Yang Yang Ya-cen Hu Ya-se Chen Juan Du Li-fang Lei Hai-nan Zhang Chun-yu Wang Xin-xiang Yan Lu Shen Hong Jiang Jie-qiong Tan Jin-chen Li Bei-sha Tang Ji-feng Guo | 2020 | Translational Neurodegeneration2020,9,3: | 0 |
