1Review of operational management in intelligent agriculture based on the Internet of Things显示文摘This review aims to gain insight into the current research and application of operational management in the area of intelligent agriculture based on the Internet of Things(IoT),and consequently,identify existing shortcomings and potential issues.First,we use the Java application CiteSpace to analyze co-citation networks in the literature related to the operational management of IoT-based intelligent agriculture.From the literature analysis results,we identify three major fields:(1)the development of agricultural IoT(Agri-IoT)technology,(2)the precision management of agricultural production,and(3)the traceability management of agricultural products.Second,we review research in the three fields separately in detail.Third,on the basis of the research gaps identified in the review and from the perspective of integrating and upgrading the entire agricultural industry chain,additional research directions are recommended from the following aspects:The operational management of agricultural production,product processing,and product sale and after-sale service based on Agri-IoT.The theoretical research and practical application of combining operational management theories and IoT-based intelligent agriculture will provide informed decision support for stakeholders and drive the further development of the entire agriculture industry chain.Xiangpei HU Lijun SUN Yaxian ZHOU Junhu RUAN 2020Frontiers of Engineering Management2020,7,3:4

3Exploration of the shared gene signatures and molecular mechanisms between periodontitis and inflammatory bowel disease:evidence from transcriptome data显示文摘Background:Periodontitis disease(PD)is associated with a systemic disorder of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD).The immune response is the common feature of the two conditions,but the more precise mechanisms remain unclear.Methods:Differential expressed genes(DEGs)analysis and weighted gene co-expression network analysis(WGCNA)were performed on PD and Crohn’s disease(CD)data sets to identify crosstalk genes linking the two diseases.The proportions of infiltrating immune cells were calculated by using Single-sample Gene Set Enrichment Analysis.In addition,a data set of isolated neutrophils from the circulation was performed via WGCNA to obtain PD-related key modules.Then,single-cell gene set enrichment scores were computed for the key module and grouped neutrophils according to score order in the IBD scRNA-seq data set.Single-cell gene enrichment analysis was used to further explore the biological process of the neutrophils.Results:A total of 13 crosstalk genes(IL1B,CSF3,CXCL1,CXCL6,FPR1,FCGR3B,SELE,MMP7,PROK2,SRGN,FCN1,TDO2 and CYP24A1)were identified via DEGs analysis and WGCNA by combining PD and CD data sets.The enrichment analysis showed that these genes were involved in interleukin-10 signaling and inflammatory response.The immune infiltration analysis showed a significant difference in the proportion of neutrophils in PD and CD compared with healthy patients.Neutrophils were scored based on the expression of a periodontitis-related gene set in the scRNA-seq data set of IBD.The enrichment analysis demonstrated that inflammatory response,TNFa signaling via NF-jB and interferon-gamma response were upregulated in the high-score group,which expressed more pro-inflammatory cytokines and chemokines compared with the low-score group.Conclusions:This study reveals a previously unrecognized mechanism linking periodontitis and IBD through crosstalk genes and neutrophils,which provides a theoretical framework for future research.Chi Zhan Zhaocai Zhou Yaxian Huang Shuheng Huang Zhengmei Lin FengHe Zhi Song 2023Gastroenterology Report2023,11,1:0

5Parton energy loss in hot and dense QCD medium显示文摘Induced gluon radiation and energy loss of heavy quark in hot and dense QCD media are discussed. Using the light-cone path integral ap- proach, an analytical formula of the energy loss of heavy quark is derived. The results show that the quark energy loss obviously depends on the mass of quark, i. e. a remarkable suppression occurs in the case of heavy quark comparing to a light one. The radiative energy loss of energetic quark is propor- tional to L2, where L is the length of the medium. 7Morphological and phylogenetical analysis reveals that a new tapeworm species (Cestoda: Hymenolepididae) from whooper swan belongs to Cloacotaenia not Hymenolepis显示文摘During a helminthological study of waterfowl in China,a new species(Cloacotaenia cygnimorbus sp.nov.)of hymenolepidid cestodes(tapeworm)was found in the small intestine of whooper swan(Cygnus cygnus,Linnaeus,1758).The rudimentary rostellum and four unarmed muscular suckers,proglottids with distinct craspedote and three spherical testes were coincident with the characters of Cloacotaenia or Hymenolepis,but phylogenetic analysis of 28S rRNA and cox1 gene revealed that the new species is Cloacotaenia rather than Hymenolepis.Its morphology was also clearly diff erentiated from C.megalops in the arrangement of its testes in a triangle instead of in line and the cirrus unarmed rather than spined.Compared with C.megalops,the new species has more elongated neck,much larger mature proglottids and much smaller testes,cirrus sac,ovary,vitellarium and uterine proglottid.In addition,it infected the host intestine not the cloacae.Phylogenetic analysis of cox1 gene of the new species shows that it had a level of sequence variation(10.52–23.06%)with the sequences of C.megalops.The considerable morphological and molecular diff erences between those two parasites support C.cygnimorbus sp.nov.as a new species.Zhijun Hou Lei Han Ying Sun Dongdong Shen Zhiwei Peng Lixin Wang Qian Zhai Yanqiang Zhou Yaxian Lu Liwei Teng Hongliang Chai 2020Journal of Forestry Research2020,31,6:0
