12018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents显示文摘Syncope belongs to the transient loss of consciousness(TLOC), characterized by a rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous complete recovery. It is common in children and adolescents, accounting for 1% to 2% of emergency department visits.Recurrent syncope can seriously affect children's physical and mental health, learning ability and quality of life and sometimes cardiac syncope even poses a risk of sudden death. The present guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was developed for guiding a better clinical management of pediatric syncope. Based on the globally recent development and the evidence-based data in China, 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was jointly prepared by the Pediatric Cardiology Society, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association(CMA)/Committee on Pediatric Syncope, Pediatricians Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Committee on Pediatric Cardiology, Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physicians, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Pediatric Cardiology Society, Beijing Pediatric Society, Beijing Medical Association(BMA). 3Systematic Identification of the Light-quality Responding Anthocyanin Synthesis-related Transcripts in Petunia Petals显示文摘Previous studies have shown that high light intensity can induce anthocyanin synthesis(AS)in petunia plants.To identifywhich kind of light quality plays a role in inducing such metabolic process,and what transcripts participate in controlling it,we carried out whole-transcriptome sequencing and analysis of petunia petals treated with different light-quality conditions.Among the red and white light treatments,a total of 2205 differentially expressed genes and 15,22,and 20 differentially expressed circRNAs,miRNAs,and lncRNAs,were identified respectively.The AS-related genes,including the structural genes CHSj,F3H,F35H,DFR,and ANS,and the regulatory genes AN4,DPL,PHZ and MYBx were found to be downregulated under red light condition compared with their levels under white light condition.Furthermore,the light photoreceptor Cryptochrome 3(CRY3)and a series of light-dependent genes,such as PIF,HY5,andBBXs,were also determined to respond to the light treatments.The anthocyanin contents in early petunia petals under red light were significantly lower than that under white and blue light.The results of qRT-PCR further confirmed the expression pattern of some AS-related and light-response genes in response to different light quality.Yeast two-hybrid results showed that the key elements in the light signal pathway,HY5 can interact with BBX19,BBX24 and BBX25.And PHZ,the important AS regulator can induce anthocyanin synthesis in response to blue light quality fromtransient expression analysis in petunia petals.These findings presented here not only deepen our understanding of how light quality controls anthocyanin synthesis,but also allow us to explore potential target genes for improving pigment production in petunia flower petals.Zhenzhu Fu Hongquan Shang Hui Jiang Jie Gao Xiaoyu Dong Huijuan Wang Yanmin Li Limin Wang Jing Zhang Qingyan Shu Yacong Chao Menglan Xu Rui Wang Liangsheng Wang Hechen Zhang 2020Horticultural Plant Journal2020,6,6:7
4Single-cell RNA sequencing of meiocytes and microspores reveals the involvement of the Rf4 gene in redox homeostasis of CMS-C maize显示文摘Normal microsporogenesis is determined by both nuclear and mitochondrial genes. In maize C-type cytoplasmic male sterility, it is unclear how the development of meiocytes and microspores is affected by the mitochondrial sterility gene and the nuclear restorer gene. In this study, we sequenced the transcriptomes of single meiocytes(tetrad stage) and early mononucleate microspores from sterile and restorer lines. The numbers of expressed genes varied in individual cells and fewer than half of the expressed genes were common to the same cell types. Four comparisons revealed 3379 differentially expressed genes(DEGs), with 277 putatively associated with mitochondria, 226 encoding transcription factors,and 467 possibly targeted by RF4. KEGG analysis indicated that the DEGs in the two lines at the tetrad stage were involved predominantly in carbon metabolism and in amino acid biosynthesis and metabolism, whereas the DEGs during the transition from the tetrad stage to the early mononucleate stage were associated mostly with regulation of protein metabolism, fatty acid metabolism, and anatomical structure morphogenesis. 5Preparation and properties of Nd,Yb:GGG polycrystalline nanopowders显示文摘Gadolinium gallium garnet(GGG)polycrystalline powders doped with Nd,Yb were prepared by co-precipitation method.The structure,phase and properties of powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS)and fluorescence spectroscopy.XRD analysis indicated that the crystallization of Nd,Yb:GGG powders occur at 900��.SEM analysis showed that the morphology of the powders was irregular and the average radius is 68.74 nm.FTIR analysis manifested that pure Nd,Yb:GGG powders were formed at 900��.The fluorescence spectrum revealed that the most strong emission of Nd,Yb:GGG powders was 1030 nm,which was attributed to 2F5/2��2F7/2 of Yb3+.The possible formation mechanism of Nd,Yb:GGG powders were preliminarily discussed.Yanmin DONG Jing SUN Wensheng YU Weihang LI Fei TENG 2012Journal of Advanced Ceramics2012,1,4:3
6Application of Grey Associative Analysis to the Assessment of Regional Water Security显示文摘The assessment of water security is an important content in the security management of water resources due to the fact that the state of water security directly affects both the sustainable development of regional economy and the improvement on the living quality of mankind. Grey associative analysis is introduced and applied to assessment of water security on the basis of grey characteristics of the assessment index system of water security. As a case study shows, grey associative analysis is used for evaluating water security of some provinces in China, and the satisfactory assessment results are obtained. The sequence of provinces in China with regard to water security from good to poor is obtained and, moreover, the water security level of each region is also confirmed. The results obtained accord with the actual state of each region. They are of practical significance and can be used to guide the management of regional water security and a sustainable development of the economy therein. 7Lightweight Design of Spaceborne CFRP Rigid Antenna Reflector显示文摘In order to overcome the shortcoming of space-borne rigid antenna reflector made of carbon fiber reinforced plastic(CFRP)skins with aluminum honeycomb sandwich(SAHS)structure,a new type of full CFRP skin plus rib(SPR)structure ring-focused parabolic surface antenna reflector with the size of 2.5 m×1.9 m is designed.Under the condition that the original caliber,surface type,and interface remain unchanged,the main influence factors are designed and controlled.First,from the perspective of high stiffness,lightweight,and easy to form,a finite element simulation software is used to analyze and optimize the layout of the rib,the cross-sectional shape of the rib,the size of the rib,and the matching of the size and the coefficients of thermal expansion(CTEs)of the rib and the skin.Second,two structures are prepared by the autoclave molding process.Third,the weight and the surface precision root mean square(RMS)value are measured.The results show that the fundamental frequency of the SPR structure is 142.2 Hz,which is 3.5 Hz higher;the number of the new structural parts is reduced by 40%,and the forming process is greatly simplified.The total weight of the new structure is 11.9 kg,lighter 42.5%,indicating that the weight loss is obvious.The RMS value is 0.15 mm,which is slightly lower 0.01 mm but satisfies the accuracy requirement not greater than 0.3 mm.It is proved that the SPR structure reflector is a superior structure of the lightweight spaceborne antenna reflector.ZHOU Tao LIANG Yanmin WU Wenping WU Xinrui YE Zhoujun DONG Bin 2022上海航天(中英文)2022,39,1:1

11Design and development of a five-axis machine tool with high accuracy,stiffness and efficiency for aero-engine casing manufacturing显示文摘In order to satisfy the machining requirements of aero-engine casing in modern aviation industry, this paper investigates three main issues during the design and development process of a five-axis machine tool with high accuracy, stiffness and efficiency, including whole structure design,key components design, and supporting stiffness design. First, an appropriate structure of five-axis machine tool is determined considering the processing characteristics of aero-engine casing. Then, a dual drive swing head and a compact motorized spindle are designed with enough drive capability and stiffness, and related structure, assembly method, cooling technology, and performance simulation are given in detail. Next, a design method of supporting stiffness of guide is proposed through the deformation prediction of the spindle end. Based on above work, a prototype of machine tool is developed, and some experiments are carried out, including performance tests of swing head and motorized spindle, and machining of a simulated workpiece of aero-engine casing. All experimental results show that the machine tool has satisfactory accuracy, stiffness and efficiency, which meets the machining requirements of aero-engine casing. 12Preparation of γ-Al2O3 via Hydrothermal Synthesis Using ρ-Al2O3 as Raw Material for Propane Dehydrogenation显示文摘γ-Al2O3 was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis usingρ-Al2O3 and urea as raw materials.In this work,the eff ects of the molar ratio of CO(NH2)2/Al and reaction temperature were investigated,and a Pt–Sn–K/γ-Al2O3 catalyst was prepared.The ammonium aluminum carbonate hydroxide(AACH),γ-Al2O3,and Pt–Sn–K/γ-Al2O3 were characterized by X-ray diff raction,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,N2 adsorption–desorption,thermogravimetry–differential thermal analysis,and NH3 temperature-programmed desorption techniques.The reactivity of Pt–Sn–K/γ-Al2O3 for propane dehydrogenation was tested in a micro-fixed-bed reactor.The results show thatγ-Al2O3 with a specific surface area of 358.1 m 2/g and pore volume of 0.96 cm 3/g was obtained when the molar ratio of CO(NH2)2/Al was 3:1 and the reaction temperature was 140℃.The alumina obtained by calcination of AACH has a higher specific surface area and larger pore volume than the industrial pseudo-boehmite does.The catalyst prepared from AACH as precursor showed high selectivity and conversion,which can reach 96.1%and 37.6%,respectively,for propane dehydrogenation.Hongguang Liu Xiaomin Dong Jiping Xia Xiaoyun Li Yanmin Sun Qi Cai 2020Transactions of Tianjin University2020,26,5:1

15Application of Wavelet Fractal Dimension Estimation Method on Flood Season Staged显示文摘Floodwater utilization is an important content in flood management. Controlling the limit water level of reservoir by stage is one of important contents in the management of multi-purpose reservoir’s floodwater utilization for the sake of more benefits, and reasonable division of stage in flood season is precondition of controlling the limit water level by stage. On the background of Three Gorges Reservoir floodwater utilization management and on the foundation of self-similarity of hydrological series, determining the number of flood season staged in base of conventional statistical method, choosing the Db4 wavelet and Mallat algorithm, the computation mode of wavelet fractal dimension estimation method is proposed and each stage’s fractal dimension is computed, then the final flood season staged is obtained. The results demonstrate the stages of Three Gorges Reservoir determined by using wavelet fractal dimension method are consistent with that from conventional method, but the fractal dimension results by former method are easier, more stable and objective which ensures the feasibility of the wavelet fractal dimension method applying in flood season staged. 16Pingxiao capsule(平消胶囊)inhibits lung metastasis of triple-negative breast cancer and sensitizes breast cancer to radiotherapy显示文摘OBJECTIVES: To investigate the anticancer effect of Pingxiao capsule(平消胶囊, PXC) on the treatment of breast cancer in vitro and in vivo. METHODS: The inhibition of PXC on cell viability and proliferation was determined by cell counting kit-8, EdU assay and colony formation assay, respectively. The effect of PXC on cell apoptosis was detected by using flow cytometry. The suppression of PXC on cell migration and invasion was investigated by chamber assay. To investigate the underlying molecular mechanisms, the expression of proteins related to epithelial to mesenchymal transition(EMT) was analyzed by Western blotting in breast cancer cells and by immunohistochemistry in tumor tissues. The anticancer effect of PXC in vivo was evaluated by using MDA-MB-231 xenograft model and 4T1 metastatic breast cancer model. RESULTS: Our results indicated that triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC) cell lines MDA-MB-231 and MDAMB-468 were sensitive to PXC. PXC potently inhibited the proliferation, colony formation, migration, and invasion of MDA-MB-231 and MDA-MB-468 cells in vitro. Then, in vivo MDA-MB-231 xenograft model depicted that PXC significantly reduced tumor size and weight compared with Control. 4T1 lung metastasis model showed that PXC significantly inhibited breast cancer cell spreading to lungs in mice. Mechanistically, PXC inhibited EMT process by reducing cadherin turnover in TNBC. Furthermore, PXC in combination with 8 Gy X-ray treatment obviously promoted the induction of apoptosis, and suppressed cell proliferation. CONCLUSION: PXC could inhibit the proliferation and invasion of TNBC both in vitro and in vivo, and exerted its anti-metastatic effect by regulating cadherin turnover, Furthermore, it sensitized the TNBC cells to radiotherapy. 17Analysis on the Bonding Failure Mechanism of High Modulus Carbon Fiber Composites显示文摘In order to explore the bonding failure mechanism of high modulus carbon fiber composite materials,the tensile experiment and finite element numerical simulation for single-lap and bevel-lap joints of unidirectional laminates are carried out,and the stress distributions,the failure modes,and the damage contours are analyzed. The analysis shows that the main reason for the failure of the single-lap joint is that the stress concentration of the ply adjacent to the adhesive layer is serious owing to the modulus difference,and the stress cannot be effectively transmitted along the thickness direction of the laminate. When the tensile stress of the ply exceeds its ultimate strength in the loading process,the surface fiber will fail. Compared with the single-lap joint,the bevel-lap joint optimizes the stress transfer path along the thickness direction,allows each layer of the laminate to share the load,avoids the stress concentration of the surface layer,and improves the bearing capacity of the bevel-lap joint. The improved bearing capacity of the bevellap joint is twice as much as that of the single-lap joint. 18The development process of a temperate montane peatland and its controlling factors since the middle Holocene显示文摘Peatlands are some of the largest carbon reservoirs in terrestrial ecosystems and play a key role in the global carbon cycle.Understanding peatland development,carbon accumulation processes,and the peatland response to varying forcing factors over different temporal and spatial scales helps reveal the underlying processes and general patterns of these ecosystems.To assess the role of climate and local conditions in peatland development,the basal samples from 23 peat cores and three well dated long peat cores were used to explore peatland initiation,lateral expansion,and carbon accumulation rate in the Baijianghe peatland located in the Changbai Mountains,Northeast China.Our results reveal that the Baijianghe peatland was initiated from forest conditions at 7.9 cal.kyr BP and then expanded laterally by paludification.The rapid expansion between 5 and4 cal.kyr BP likely resulted from high precipitation and gentle topography.The mean carbon accumulation rates of the three long peat cores were 36.3,39.1 and 48.4 g C m^(-2)yr^(-1),respectively,which are higher than rates from the northern peatlands.Both climate and local conditions have exerted an important influence on carbon accumulation rates in the Baijianghe peatland since the middle Holocene.The carbon accumulation patterns between 5 and 1.5 cal.kyr BP were probably linked to local conditions rather than climatic settings,including topography,hydrological conditions,and plant composition.The consistently decreasing carbon accumulation rate values at all locations within the BJH peatland over the last 1.5 cal.kyr BP suggests that climate is the primary control.This study highlights the varying primary controls on the process of peatland development and reveals the important role of local conditions in carbon accumulation.Yanmin DONG Hongkai LI Shengzhong WANG Hongshi HE 2023Science China Earth Sciences2023,66,3:0

20Lake regime shift from submerged macrophyte to phytoplankton affected phosphorus speciation in sediment and eutrophic state in Caohai Lake,Guizhou,China显示文摘To understand the effect of regime shift in Caohai Lake in Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau,SW China from submerged macrophyte dominance to phytoplankton dominance on the specification and distribution of phosphorus and on ecological and environmental states,changes in phosphorus specification in the sediments and water were studied.The form,composition,and distribution of phosphorus in sediment were sampled in July 2020(before regime shift)and July 2021(after regime shift)were analyzed.Results reveal that phosphorus content in sediment was lower than that those of Erhai Lake and Dianchi Lake,Yunnan,SW China,on the same plateau,and was lower than those of Taihu Lake,Chaohu Lake,and Poyang Lake in the middle-lower Changjiang(Yangtze)River Plain.Organic phosphorus(Or-P)was the main form(up to 60%),followed by inactive phosphorus(Ina-P),and the active phosphorus(Act-P),the least,which is opposite to those of Taihu Lake and Poyang Lake in the middle-lower Changjiang River Plain in the eastern China.Or-P content was high,indicating a high potential risk of phosphorous release.After the regime shift,the total phosphorus in sediment decreased from 0.87±0.13 to 0.70±0.13 g/kg.The proportion of Or-P and Act-P decreased from 68.23% to 65.32% and from 5.35% to 4.69%,respectively.In contrast,the proportion of Ina-P increased from 26.42% to 29.99%.The Moran’s I index revealed that the heterogeneity of the spatial distributions of the total phosphorus(S-TP)and Act-P in the sediments before regime shift was significant(P<0.1).However,the heterogeneity of the spatial distributions of S-TP and the various forms of phosphorus after regime shift was not significant(P>0.05).The regime shift aggravated the eutrophication of the lake,the trophic level index(TLI)increased from 48.42 to 54.49(P<0.01),and the previously mesotrophic lake became a mildly eutrophic lake.The results of this study revealed the impact of regime shift in the lake from submerged macrophyte dominance to phytoplankton dominance on the composition and spatial distribution of phosphorus in sediments and provided a basis for the restoration of eutrophicated and aquatic ecosystem degraded lakes.Jixing DONG Yanmin GUO Pinhua XIA Yuanbin TIAN Feifei ZHENG Anyan LI Tao LIN Ruiwen LI 2023Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2023,41,6:0
