| 1 | Composition optimized trimetallic PtNiRu dendritic nanostructures as I versatile and active electrocatalysts for alcohol oxidation显示文摘Platinum-based nano crystals are the most effective electrocatalysts for accelerati ng the chemical tran sformatio ns on the anode in direct alcohol fuel cells. To facilitate practical applications and overcome the drawbacks of diverse alcohols, it is significant to develop electrocatalysts with high activities and a wide fuel flexibility. Here, we demonstrate a practicable solution method for fabricating composition tun able trimetallic PtNiRu den dritic nano structures (DNSs) which can serve as versatile and active catalysts for electrooxidatio n of a variety of liquid alcohols. A series of trimetallic DNSs with tun able Pt/Ni/Ru atomic ratios were successfully syn thesized by simply adjusti ng the feeding of precursors. Detailed electrochemical test indicates that, among other compositions, the Pt66Ni27Ru7 DNSs present much superior electroactivity in catalyzing electrooxidation of liquid alcohols in acidic mediums. Specifically, the mass activity and specific activity on the Pt66Ni27Ru7 DNSs, for electrooxidation of methanol, ethanol, and ethylene glycol, are 4.57 and 4.34 times, 3.55 and 3.42 times, and 2.37 and 2.28 times that of the commercial Pt black, respectively. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and CO stripping studies reveal the adsorption of CO on these PtNiRu DNSs is much weaker than on pure Pt. Meanwhile, the surface Ru sites can provide neighbouring -OH groups to facilitate the oxidati on and removal of the adsorbed in termediates (-CO) on the surface Pt sites, effectively improvi ng the CO tolera nee of the catalysts. The PtNiRu DNSs also show effectively boosted capacity for breaking the C-C bond in C2-alcohols, showing great potential for fuel-flexible fuel cell applications. | Yan Lu Wei Wang Xiaowei Chen Yuhui Zhang Yanchen Han Yong Cheng Xue-Jiao Chen Kai Liu Yuanyuan Wang Qiaobao Zhang Shuifen Xie | 2019 | Nano Research2019,12,3: | 6 |
| 2 | Chronology and Geochemistry of the Berezitovoe Polymetallic Gold Deposit in Eastern Siberia, Russia and its Geological Significance显示文摘The Berezitovoe deposit is a large-sized Au-Ag-Zn-Pb deposit in the east of the SelengaStanovoi superterrane, Russia. Au-Ag orebodies are hosted by tourmaline-garnet-quartz-muscovite metasomatic rocks; Zn-Pb orebodies are hosted by granodiorites, porphyritic granites and tourmalinegarnet-quartz-muscovite metasomatic rocks. These orebodies are surrounded by wall rocks dominated by the Tukuringra Complex granodiorites, porphyritic granites, and gneissic granodiorites. The alteration includes silicification and garnet, sericitization chloritization, carbonatization and kaollinization. LA-ICP-MS U-Pb zircon dating indicates that the gold mineralization can be divided into two stages in the Berezitovoe polymetallic gold deposit(at 363.5 ± 1.5 Ma, and133.4± 0.5).Hornblende-plagioclase gneisses of the Mogocha Group in the study area underwent Paleoproterozoic metamorphism(at 1870 ± 7.8 and 2400 ± 13 Ma), gneissic granodiorite of the Tukuringra Complex yields a late Paleozoic magmatic age(at 379.2 ± 1.1 Ma),and subalkaline porphyritic granitoid of the Amudzhikan Complex yield late Mesozoic magmatic ages(133-139 and 150-163 Ma). Granodiorites of the Tukuringra Complex in the study area have high concentrations of SiO_2(average of 60.9 wt%), are aluminum-oversaturated(average A/CNK of 1.49), are enriched in the large ion lithophile elements(e.g.,K, Rb, and Ba), U, Th, and Pb, are depleted in high field strength elements(e.g., Ta, Nb, and Ti), and have slightly negative Eu and no Ce anomalies in chondrite-normalized rare earth element diagrams.Fluid inclusions from quartz veins include three types: aqueous two-phase, CO_2-bearing three-phase,and pure CO_2. Aqueous two-phase inclusions homogenize at 167℃-249℃ and have salinities of 4.32%-9.47% NaCl equivalent, densities of 0.86-0.95 g/cm^3, and formed at depths of 0.52-0.94 km. In comparison, the C0_2-bearing three-phase inclusions have homogenization temperatures of 265℃-346℃,salinities of 7.14%-11.57% NaCl equivalent, and total densities of 0.62-0.67 g/cm^3. The geochemical and zircon U-Pb data and the regional tectonic evolution of the study area, show that the Berezitovoe polymetallic gold deposit formed in an island arc or active continental margin setting, most probably related to late Paleozoic subduction of Okhotsk Ocean crust beneath the Siberian Plate. | ZHANG Guobin YANG Yanchen Alexander S.VAKH Vadim G. | 3 | Metallogenic model of the Shuangjianzishan Ag-Pb-Zn district,Northeast China:Revealed from integrated geophysical investigation显示文摘The Shuangjianzishan deposit in Inner Mongolia is a typical Ag-Pb-Zn deposit of the southern Great Xing’an Range.Proven reserves of Ag,Pb,and Zn in this deposit have reached the scale of super-large deposits, with favorable metallogenic conditions, strong prospecting signs, and high metallogenic potential. This paper reports a study involving integrated geophysical methods, including controlled-source audio-frequency magnetotelluric, gravity, magnetic, and shallow-seismic-reflection methods,to determine the spatial distribution of ore-controlling structures and subsurface intrusive rock for a depth range of<2000 m in the Shuangjianzishan ore district. The objective of this study is to construct a metallogenic model of the ore district and provide a scientific basis for the exploration of similar deposits in the deep and surrounding regions. We used three-dimensional inversion for controlled-source audio-frequency magnetotelluric data based on the limited memory quasi-Newton algorithm, and three-dimensional physical-property inversion for the gravity and magnetic data to obtain information about the subsurface distribution of ore-controlling structures and intrusive rocks.Under seismic reflection results, regional geology, petrophysical properties, and borehole information, the geophysical investigation shows that the Dashizhai group, which contains the main ore-bearing strata in the ore district,is distributed within a depth range of<1239 m,and is thick in the Xinglongshan ore block and the eastern part of the Shuangjianzishan ore block. The mineralization is spatially associated with a fault system characterized by NE-,NW-,and N-trending faults. The magnetic and electrical models identify large, deep bodies of intrusive rock that are inferred to have been involved in mineralization, with local shallow emplacement of some intrusions.Combining the subsurface spatial distributions of ore-bearing strata,ore-controlling faults, and intrusive rock,we propose two different metallogenic models for the Shuangjianzishan ore district, which provide a scientific basis for further prospecting in the deep regions of the ore district and surrounding areas. | Yihao Wu Jiangtao Han Yunhe Liu Guoqing Ma Fuxing Han Yanchen Yang Lijia Liu Lei Guo Ye Guan Yinghui Zhang Zhenyu Guo Qian Mu | 2022 | Geoscience Frontiers2022,13,2: | 0 |
