1The boundary of palaearctic and oriental realms in western China显示文摘In the world-wide zoogeographic division, there has been no consentaneous understanding about the delimitation between palaearctic and oriental realms in western China. In this study, we will discuss the division based on amphibian distribution in Shaanxi, Gansu, Sichuan, Yunnan, and Tibet according to species coefficient similarity between each zoogeographic province. The results show that the northern border lies from Qinling Mountains–Feng Xian (Shaanxi)–Debu (Gansu)–Aba (Sichuan)–Batang–Bomi (Tibet), to Linzhi districts, and the southern border is from Taibai–Feng Xian in Shaanxi–Wen Xian (Gansu)–Songpan–Kangding–Daocheng (Sichuan), to Zhongdian–Gongshan in Yunnan, and westward to Motuo and Bomi district in Tibet.Ling Chen Yanling Song Shufang Xu 2008Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2008,18,7:5
2Construction and evaluation of nitric oxide generating vascular graft material loaded with organoselenium catalyst via layer-by-layer self-assembly显示文摘A new biomimetic material for artificial blood vessel with in situ catalytic generation of nitric oxide(NO) was prepared in this study. Organoselenium immobilized polyethyleneimine as NO donor catalyst and sodium alginate were alternately loaded onto the surface of electrospun polycaprolactone matrix via electrostatic layer-by-layer self-assembly. This material revealed significant NO generation when contacting NO donor S-nitrosoglutathione(GSNO). Adhesion and spreading of smooth muscle cells were inhibited on this material in the presence of GSNO, while proliferation of endothelial cells was promoted. In vitro platelet adhesion and arteriovenous shunt experiments demonstrated good antithrombotic properties of this material, with inhibited platelet activation and aggregation, and prevention of acute thrombosis. 3Application of fractal content-gradient method for delineating geochemical anomalies associated with copper occurrences in the Yangla ore field,China显示文摘Fractal and multi-fractal content area method finds application in a wide variety of geological,geochemical and geophysical fields.In this study,the fractal content-gradient method was used on1:10,000 scale to delineate geochemical anomalies associated with copper mineralization.Analysis of geochemical data from the Yangla super large Cu-Pb-Zn polymetallic ore district using the fractal content-gradient method,combined with other geological data from this area,indicates that oreprospecting in the ore district should focus on Cu as the main metal and Pb-Zn and Au as the auxiliary metals.The types of deposits include(in chronological order) re-formed sedimentary exhalative(SEDEX),skarns,porphyries,and hydrothermal vein-type deposits.Three ore-prospecting targets are divided on a S-N basis:(1) the Qulong exploration area,in which the targets are porphyry-type Cu deposits;(2) the Zongya exploration area,where the targets are porphyry-type Cu and hydrothermal vein-type Cu-Pb polymetallic deposits;and(3) the Zarelongma exploration area,characterized mainly skarn-type 'Yangla-style' massive sulfide Cu-Pb deposits.Our study demonstrates that the fractal content-gradient method is convenient,simple,rapid,and direct for delineating geochemical anomalies and for outlining potential exploration targets.Zhen Chen Jianping Chen Shufang Tian Bin Xu 2017Geoscience Frontiers2017,8,1:3

13COVID-19 vaccines: progress and understanding on quality control and evaluation显示文摘The outbreak of COVID-19 has posed a huge threat to global health and economy.Countermeasures have revolutionized norms for working,socializing,learning,and travel.Importantly,vaccines have been considered as most effective tools to combat with COVID-19.As of the beginning of 2021,>200 COVID-19 vaccine candidates,covering nearly all existing technologies and platforms,are being research and development(R&D)by multiple manufacturers worldwide.This has posed a huge obstacle to the quality control and evaluation of those candidate vaccines,especially in China,where five vaccine platforms are deployed in parallel.To accelerate the R&D progress of COVID-19 vaccines,the guidances on R&D of COVID-19 vaccine have been issued by National Regulatory Authorities or organizations worldwide.The Center for Drug Evaluation and national quality control laboratory in China have played a leading role in launching the research on quality control and evaluation in collaboration with relevant laboratories involved in the vaccine R&D,which greatly supported the progression of vaccines R&D,and accelerated the approval for emergency use and conditional marketing of currently vaccine candidates.In this paper,the progress and experience gained in quality control and evaluation of COVID-19 vaccines developed in China are summarized,which might provide references for the R&D of current and next generation of COVID-19 vaccines worldwide.Qunying Mao Miao Xu Qian He Changgui Li Shufang Meng Yiping Wang Bopei Cui Zhenglun Liang Junzhi Wang 2021Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,6:1

19Machine learning for adjoint vector in aerodynamic shape optimization显示文摘Adjoint method is widely used in aerodynamic design because only once solution of flow field is required for it to obtain the gradients of all design variables. However, the computational cost of adjoint vector is approximately equal to that of flow computation. In order to accelerate the solution of adjoint vector and improve the efficiency of adjoint-based optimization, machine learning for adjoint vector modeling is presented. Deep neural network (DNN) is employed to construct the mapping between the adjoint vector and the local flow variables. DNN can efficiently predict adjoint vector and its generalization is examined by a transonic drag reduction of NACA0012 airfoil. 20Incorporation ofγ-aminobutyric acid and cesium cations to formamidinium lead halide perovskites for highly efficient solar cells显示文摘The stability issue has become one of the main challenges for the commercialization of perovskite solar cells(PSCs).Formamidinium(FA)-based perovskites have shown great promise owing to their improved thermal and moisture stability.However,these perovskites are suffering from phase transition and separation.Here,a method of incorporating of γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA) and cesium cations into FAPbl_(3) is developed to improve the phase stability.It is demonstrated that the crystallinity of α-FAPbl_(3) phase is greatly improved and the phase transition temperature is significantly dropped.The resultant solar cell therefore obtains a champion power conversion efficiency(PCE) of 23.71%,which is one of the highest efficiencies for methylammonium-free PSCs.Furthermore,it shows an impressively enhanced stability under illumination,exhibiting the great potential of FA-based perovskites for efficient and stable solar cells.Yanqiang Hu Yansu Shan Zhaolei Yu Haojie Sui Ting Qiu Shufang Zhang Wei Ruan Qinfeng Xu Mengmeng Jiao Dehua Wang Yunyi Wu Chuanlu Yang Feng Xu 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,1:1
