| 1 | Community structure and elevational diversity patterns of soil Acidobacteria显示文摘Acidobacteria is one of the most dominant and abundant phyla in soil,and was believed to have a wide range of metabolic and genetic functions. Relatively little is known about its community structure and elevational diversity patterns. We selected four elevation gradients from 1000 to 2800 m with typical vegetation types of the northern slope of Shennongjia Mountain in central China. The vegetation types were evergreen broadleaved forest,deciduous broadleaved forest,coniferous forest and sub-alpine shrubs. We analyzed the soil acidobacterial community composition,elevational patterns and the relationship between Acidobacteria subdivisions and soil enzyme activities by using the 16 S rRNA meta-sequencing technique and multivariate statistical analysis. The result found that 19 known subdivisions as well as an unclassified phylotype were presented in these forest sites,and Subdivision 6 has the highest number of detectable operational taxonomic units(OTUs). A significant single peak distribution pattern(P < 0.05) between the OTU number and the elevation was observed. The Jaccard and Bray–Curtis index analysis showed that the soil Acidobacteria compositional similarity significantly decreased(P < 0.01) with the increase in elevation distance. Mantel test analysis showed the most of the soil Acidobacteria subdivisions had the significant relationship(P < 0.01) with different soil enzymes. Therefore,soil Acidobacteria may be involved in different ecosystem functions in global elemental cycles. | 2 | TEHL analysis of high-speed and heavy-load roller bearing with quasi-dynamic characteristics显示文摘In this paper, the aero-engine mainshaft roller bearing D1842926 under typical operating conditions is taken as a case study, a new integrated numerical algorithm of quasi-dynamics and thermal elastohydrodynamic lubrication(TEHL) is put forward, which can complete the bearing lubricated analysis from global dynamic performance to local TEHL state and break out of the traditional analysis way carried out independently in their own field.The 3-D film thickness distributions with different cases are given through integrated numerical algorithm, meanwhile the minimum film thickness of quasi-dynamic analysis, integrated numerical algorithm and testing are compared, which show that integrated numerical results have good agreements with the testing data, so the algorithm is demonstrated available and can judge the lubrication state more accurately.The parameter effects of operating and structure on pv value, cage sliding rate, TEHL film pressure, thickness and temperature are researched, which will provide an important theoretical basis for the structure design and optimization of aero-engine mainshaft roller bearing. | Shi Xiujiang Wang Liqin | 2015 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2015,28,4: | 3 |

[Method]The growth development and reproductive performance of 100 pigs from six towns in central fragrance pig producing area and Congjiang fragrance pig stock seed farm were measured,and further compared with the data in Guizhou Livestock and Poultry Breeds 1986. | 15 | The Assembly of C60 in Semicrystalline PLLA Matrix显示文摘It has increasingly become a research focus to build higher structure composed of C60. However, there has been very few reports on the influence of polymer addition on the self-assembling behavior of fullerene in organic solvents. In this research, big needle-like C60 assemblings have been obtained in the form of PLLA/C60 composites. The largest C60 needles can be observed by naked eyes. The amount of C60 in the composite influences the length of C60 needles to some extent. DSC results indicate C60 accelerates the crystallization and lift the relative crystallinity of PLLA matrix. the results also imply the addition of semicrystalline PLLA influence the assembling behavior of C60. i.e., the crystallization of PLLA accelerated by C60 also act a driving force for the enriching and the linear assembling of C60 in PLLA matrix via Van der Waals force. | Li Chen Xiujiang Pang | 2012 | Nano-Micro Letters2012,4,1: | 0 |
