| 1 | Effects of Rainfall Change on Agricultural Non-point Source Pollution in Liangping County显示文摘[Objective] The study aimed to discuss the impact of rainfall change on agricultural non-point source pollution in Liangping County. [Method]Based on daily precipitation data of Liangping from 1955 to 2011,changes of precipitation and frequency of heavy rain in Liangping during a year were analyzed firstly,and then the risk of surface runoff caused by rainfall to agricultural non-point source pollution was studied,finally changing trends of annual average precipitation and frequency during 1955-2011 were discussed using Mann-Kendal method. [Result]Total precipitation of heavy rain in Liangping mainly concentrated from late May to early September,especially in early and middle July as well as early September. Meanwhile,fertilizer and pesticide were applied to main crops in Liangping in the periods above,so agricultural non-point source pollution became more serious. In recent 57 years,annual average precipitation and frequency of heavy rain in Liangping showed an increasing trend respectively, and surface runoff rose with the increase of the precipitation,thereby probably enlarging agricultural pollution area. | 2 | Effects of seasonal climatic variability on several toxic contaminants in urban lakes: Implications for the impacts of climate change显示文摘Climate change is supposed to have influences on water quality and ecosystem.However,only few studies have assessed the effect of climate change on environmental toxic contaminants in urban lakes.In this research,response of several toxic contaminants in twelve urban lakes in Beijing,China,to the seasonal variations in climatic factors was studied.Fluorides,volatile phenols,arsenic,selenium,and other water quality parameters were analyzed monthly from2009 to 2012.Multivariate statistical methods including principle component analysis,cluster analysis,and multiple regression analysis were performed to study the relationship between contaminants and climatic factors including temperature,precipitation,wind speed,and sunshine duration.Fluoride and arsenic concentrations in most urban lakes exhibited a significant positive correlation with temperature/precipitation,which is mainly caused by rainfall induced diffuse pollution.A negative correlation was observed between volatile phenols and temperature/precipitation,and this could be explained by their enhanced volatilization and biodegradation rates caused by higher temperature.Selenium did not show a significant response to climatic factor variations,which was attributed to low selenium contents in the lakes and soils.Moreover,the response degrees of contaminants to climatic variations differ among lakes with different contamination levels.On average,temperature/precipitation contributed to 8%,15%,and 12%of the variations in volatile phenols,arsenic,and fluorides,respectively.Beijing is undergoing increased temperature and heavy rainfall frequency during the past five decades.This study suggests that water quality related to fluoride and arsenic concentrations of most urban lakes in Beijing is becoming worse under this climate change trend. | Qiong Wu Xinghui Xia Xinli Mou Baotong Zhu Pujun Zhao Haiyang Dong | 2014 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2014,26,12: | 1 |
| 3 | Evaluation on Heavy Metal Content in Soil of Rural Landfill in Chongqing显示文摘To understand heavy metal content in soil of rural landfill in Chongqing,samples were collected at 10 sampling sites of different counties.Zn,Cr,Cu,Cd and Pb contents were analyzed,and their pollution degrees were evaluated by single-factor evaluation and index of geoaccumulation. Results displayed that there was no Cr pollution in soil of rural landfill in Chongqing,but Cd pollution was very serious. Pb,Zn and Cu showed spatial difference in different counties. | 5 | Evaluation of the Agricultural Non-point Source Pollution in Chongqing Based on PSR Model显示文摘Through a series of exploration based on PSR framework model,for the purpose of building a suitable Chongqing agricultural nonpoint source pollution evaluation index system model framework,combined with the presence of Chongqing specific agro-environmental issues,we build a agricultural non-point source pollution assessment index system,and then study the agricultural system pressure,agro-environmental status and human response in total 3 major categories,develope an agricultural non-point source pollution evaluation index consisting of 3 criteria indicators and 19 indicators. | 6 | Changes in Climatic Factors Influencing the Growth Period of Corn in Fengjie County显示文摘Under the background of global climate change,we analyze the change tendency of average temperature and amount of precipitation influencing the corn's growth period. The results show that from March to August,the monthly temperatures show an upward trend,but the rise is different in different months,and the maximum temperature rise is in May. Precipitation in different months has different trends. | 7 | Study on Temporal-spatial Distribution of Heavy Rain and Rainstorm in Different Functional Areas of Chongqing显示文摘To discuss response ability of five functional areas to rainstorm flood in Chongqing,by taking 8 districts( counties) as research object,monthly occurrence times of heavy rain and rainstorm in different functional areas over the years and appearance month of the maximum rainfall were conducted statistics. Results showed that frequency distribution of heavy rain in whole year in different functional areas was different,but it was similar in the same functional zone. Temporal-spatial distribution of rainstorm was more independent,and there were different performances in various districts of each functional area. In urban functional core area and urban functional expansion area,rainstorm times was more,and the maximum precipitation was larger. In urban development new district,rainstorm times and the maximum precipitation were relatively smaller in whole Chongqing. In ecological conservation development area of northeast Chongqing,rainstorm duration was longer,and we needed prevention and control during June- September. Results showed that climate tendency rate of crop water requirement during growth period of rice was only- 0. 007 mm /10 a; climate tendency rate of rainfall was- 0. 06 mm /10 a,but interannual change was relatively larger; climate tendency rate of net irrigation water requirement was 0. 011 mm /10 a. In the years when drought occurred,such as 2006 and 2011,both rice water requirement and net irrigation water requirement in Liangping were greatly higher than means over the years. | 9 | Accounting Research about Soot Emission Caused by Coal Combustion in Chongqing显示文摘As rapid development of economy and acceleration of urbanization process,air pollution problem in Chongqing was more and more prominent. By referring to statistical yearbook and investigating energy usage and economy activity levels of various industrial sectors of Chongqing,basic data( activity level,energy production and consumption situation) of various economic sectors of Chongqing during 2007-2012 were obtained. Using emission coefficient method,soot emission inventory in Chongqing during 2007-2012 was established. Meanwhile,input-output model containing environmental factor was established to study relationship between economy development and environmental protection and number relationship between economy development and pollutant emission.
