2Real-time drogue recognition and 3D locating for UAV autonomous aerial refueling based on monocular machine vision显示文摘Drogue recognition and 3D locating is a key problem during the docking phase of the autonomous aerial refueling(AAR). To solve this problem, a novel and effective method based on monocular vision is presented in this paper. Firstly, by employing computer vision with red-ring-shape feature, a drogue detection and recognition algorithm is proposed to guarantee safety and ensure the robustness to the drogue diversity and the changes in environmental conditions, without using a set of infrared light emitting diodes(LEDs) on the parachute part of the drogue. Secondly, considering camera lens distortion, a monocular vision measurement algorithm for drogue 3D locating is designed to ensure the accuracy and real-time performance of the system,with the drogue attitude provided. Finally, experiments are conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. 3Aberrant DNA methylation in 5′ regions of DNA methyltransferase genes in aborted bovine clones显示文摘High rate of abortion and developmental abnormalities is thought to be closely associated with inefficient epigenetic reprogramming of the transplanted nuclei during bovine cloning. It is known that one of the important mechanisms for epigenetic reprogramming is DNA methylation. DNA methylation is established and maintained by DNA methyltransferases (DNMTs), therefore, it is postulated that the inefficient epigenetic reprogramming of transplanted nuclei may be due to abnormal expression of DNMTs. Since DNA methylation can strongly inhibit gene expression, aberrant DNA methylation of DNMT genes may disturb gene expression. But presently, it is not clear whether the methylation abnormality of DNMT genes is related to developmental failure of somatic cell nuclear transfer embryos. In our study, we analyzed methylation patterns of the 5′ regions of four DNMT genes including Dnmt3a, Dnmt3b, Dnmt1 and Dnmt2 in four aborted bovine clones. Using bisulfite sequencing method, we found that 3 out of 4 aborted bovine clones (AF1, AF2 and AF3) showed either hypermethylation or hypomethylation in the 5′ regions of Dnmt3a and Dnmt3b, indicating that Dnmt3a and Dnmt3b genes are not properly reprogrammed. However, the individual AF4 exhibited similar methylation level and pattern to age-matched in vitro fertilized (IVF) fetuses. Besides, we found that the 5′ regions of Dnmt1 and Dnmt2 were nearly completely unmethylated in all normal adults, IVF fetuses, sperm and aborted clones. 4Enabling an intrinsically safe and high-energy-density 4.5 V-class Li-ion battery with nonflammable electrolyte显示文摘Developing nonflammable electrolyte with a wide electrochemical window has become an urgent demand for high-energy-density and high-safe lithium-ion batteries(LIBs).Herein,a fluorinated nonflammable phosphate electrolyte is developed to construct a safe 4.5 V-class LIB(Si-SiC-C/0.35Li2MnO3-0.65LiNi0.5Mn0.5O2).The proposed fluorinated phosphate electrolyte,0.8 M LiPF6/tris(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)phosphate(TFEP)+5 vol%fluoroethylene carbonate(FEC)+5 vol%vinylene carbonate(VC),is not only completely nonflammable but also exhibits excellent oxidative/reductive stability on 0.35Li2MnO30.65LiNi0.5Mn0.5O2 cathode and Si-SiC-C anode.The in situ differential electrochemical mass spectrometry and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy proved that TFEP-based electrolyte does not decompose into gases but forms a high-quality electrode-electrolyte interface on cathode surface at high working potential.The 4.5 V-class LIBs using 0.8 M LiPF6 TFEP-based nonflammable electrolyte shed some light on potential application for high-safe and low-cost larger-scale energy storage.Ziqi Zeng Xingwei Liu Xiaoyu Jiang Zhenjie Liu Zhangquan Peng Xiangming Feng Weihua Chen Dingguo Xia Xinping Ai Hanxi Yang Yuliang Cao 2020InfoMat2020,2,5:6

6Fabrication of porous lithium titanate self-supporting anode for high performance lithium-ion capacitor显示文摘Lithium titanate has unique 'zero-strain' characteristics, which makes it promising for rapid energy storage lithium-ion capacitors. However, extremely low electronic conductivity and lithium ion diffusion coefficient severely limit its performance at high rate. Herein, we have constructed in situ clusters of porous lithium titanate nanoparticles on self-supporting carbon nanotube film by combining iron oxide hard template method and F127 soft template method. Due to the nano-structured particle size and the penetrating lithium ion transmission channel, a greatly improved lithium ion diffusion coefficient has been achieved, which brings significantly better electrochemical performance than dense lithium titanate. By assembling with a durable graphene foam cathode, a lithium-ion capacitor with an energy density of up to 101.8 Wh kg-1 was realized(at a power density of 436.1 W kg-1). And its capacitance retention reaches 84.8% after 5000 cycles. 10Multi‑omics reveals that the host‑microbiome metabolism crosstalk of differential rumen bacterial enterotypes can regulate the milk protein synthesis of dairy cows显示文摘Background Dairy cows’lactation performance is the outcome of the crosstalk between ruminal microbial metabo-lism and host metabolism.However,it is still unclear to what extent the rumen microbiome and its metabolites,as well as the host metabolism,contribute to regulating the milk protein yield(MPY).Methods The rumen fluid,serum and milk of 12 Holstein cows with the same diet(45%coarseness ratio),parity(2–3 fetuses)and lactation days(120–150 d)were used for the microbiome and metabolome analysis.Rumen metabolism(rumen metabolome)and host metabolism(blood and milk metabolome)were connected using a weighted gene co-expression network(WGCNA)and the structural equation model(SEM)analyses.Results Two different ruminal enterotypes,with abundant Prevotella and Ruminococcus,were identified as type1 and type2.Of these,a higher MPY was found in cows with ruminal type2.Interestingly,[Ruminococcus]gauvreauii group and norank_f_Ruminococcaceae(the differential bacteria)were the hub genera of the network.In addition,differential ruminal,serum and milk metabolome between enterotypes were identified,where the cows with type2 had higher L-tyrosine of rumen,ornithine and L-tryptophan of serum,and tetrahydroneopterin,palmitoyl-L-carnitine,S-lactoylglutathione of milk,which could provide more energy and substrate for MPY.Further,based on the identi-fied modules of ruminal microbiome,as well as ruminal serum and milk metabolome using WGCNA,the SEM analysis indicated that the key ruminal microbial module1,which contains the hub genera of the network([Ruminococcus]gauvreauii group and norank_f_Ruminococcaceae)and high abundance of bacteria(Prevotella and Ruminococcus),could regulate the MPY by module7 of rumen,module2 of blood,and module7 of milk,which contained L-tyrosine and L-tryptophan.Therefore,in order to more clearly reveal the process of rumen bacterial regulation of MPY,we established the path of SEM based on the L-tyrosine,L-tryptophan and related components.The SEM based on the metabolites suggested that[Ruminococcus]gauvreauii group could inhibit the energy supply of serum tryptophan to MPY by milk S-lactoylglutathione,which could enhance pyruvate metabolism.Norank_f_Ruminococcaceae could increase the ruminal L-tyrosine,which could provide the substrate for MPY.Conclusion Our results indicated that the represented enterotype genera of Prevotella and Ruminococcus,and the hub genera of[Ruminococcus]gauvreauii group and norank_f_Ruminococcaceae could regulate milk protein synthesis by affecting the ruminal L-tyrosine and L-tryptophan.Moreover,the combined analysis of enterotype,WGCNA and SEM could be used to connect rumen microbial metabolism with host metabolism,which provides a fundamental understanding of the crosstalk between host and microorganisms in regulating the synthesis of milk composition.Chenguang Zhang Mengya Wang Huifeng Liu Xingwei Jiang Xiaodong Chen Tao Liu Qingyan Yin Yue Wang Lu Deng Junhu Yao Shengru Wu 2023Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2023,14,6:1
11Transparent flexible ZnO/MWCNTs/PBMA ternary nanocomposite film with enhanced mechanical properties显示文摘Functional organic-inorganic nanocomposites with high transparency show significant potential application in many fields.However, it is still a great challenge to prepare flexible transparent nanocomposites due to the intrinsic stiffness of the nanoparticles and the poor interaction between nanoparticles and organic matrices. In this work, a transparent ternary nanocomposite film with enhanced mechanical performance is fabricated by two-steps. First, the transparent ternary ZnO/MWCNTs/n-butyl methacrylate(BMA) nanodispersion is prepared by mixing the ZnO/BMA and MWCNTs/BMA dispersions directly. Then, the ternary nanocoposites film is fabricated via in-situ bulk polymerization of the above nanodispersions. As a result, the tensile strength of the ZnO/MWCNTs/poly-n-butyl methacrylate(PBMA) ternary film is enhanced by 42% and the elongation at break is three times that of ZnO/PBMA nanocomposite. The hardness of the film increases from 5B to 1H with 40 wt% ZnO. These results indicate that ZnO and MWCNTs can improve the mechanical properties of the composite significantly. Importantly, the ternary nanocomposite film still remains high transparency and exhibit excellent UV-shielding performance. 14Design of 3D-printed Cable Driven Humanoid Hand Based on Bidirectional Elastomeric Passive Transmission显示文摘Motion control of the human hand is the most complex part of the human body.It has always been a challenge for a good balance between the cost,weight,responding speed,grasping force,finger extension,and dexterity of prosthetic hand.To solve these issues,a 3D-printed cable driven humanoid hand based on bidirectional elastomeric passive transmission(BEPT)is designed in this paper.A semi-static model of BEPT is investigated based on energy conservation law to analyze the mechanical properties of BEPT and a dynamical simulation of finger grasping is conducted.For a good imitation of human hand and an excellent grasping performance,specific BEPT is selected according to human finger grasping experiments.The advantage of BEPT based humanoid hand is that a good balance between the price and performance of the humanoid hand is achieved.Experiments proved that the designed prosthetic hand’s single fingertip force can reach 33 N and the fastest fingertip grasping speed realized 0.6 s/180°.It also has a good force compliance effect with only 430g’s weight.It can not only grab fragile objects like raw eggs and paper cup,but also achieve strong grasping force to damage metal cans.This humanoid hand has considerable application prospects in artificial prosthesis,human-computer interaction,and robot operation.Teru Chen Xingwei Zhao Guocai Ma Bo Tao Zhouping Yin 2021Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2021,34,4:1

19Poly(I:C)preconditioning protects the heart against myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury through TLR3/PI3K/Akt-dependent pathway显示文摘Emerging evidence suggests that Toll-like receptors(TLRs)ligands pretreatment may play a vital role in the progress of myocardial ischemia/reperfusion(I/R)injury.As the ligand of TLR3,polyinosinic-polycytidylic acid(poly(I:C)),a synthetic double-stranded RNA,whether its preconditioning can exhibit a cardioprotective phenotype remains unknown.Here,we report the protective effect of poly(I:C)pretreatment in acute myocardial I/R injury by activating TLR3/PI3K/Akt signaling pathway.Poly(I:C)pretreatment leads to a significant reduction of infarct size,improvement of cardiac function,and downregulation of inflammatory cytokines and apoptotic molecules compared with controls.Subsequently,our data demonstrate that phosphorylation of TLR3 tyrosine residue and its interaction with PI3K is enhanced,and protein levels of phospho-PI3K and phospho-Akt are both increased after poly(I:C)pretreatment,while knock out of TLR3 suppresses the cardioprotection of poly(I:C)preconditioning through a decreased activation of PI3K/Akt signaling.Moreover,inhibition of p85 PI3K by the administration of LY294002 in vivo and knockdown of Akt by siRNA in vitro significantly abolish poly(I:C)preconditioning-induced cardioprotective effect.In conclusion,our results reveal that poly(I:C)preconditioning exhibits essential protection in myocardial I/R injury via its modulation of TLR3,and the downstream PI3K/Akt signaling,which may provide a potential pharmacologic target for perioperative cardioprotection.Erya Chen Chan Chen Zhendong Niu Lu Gan Qiao Wang Ming Li XingWei Cai Rui Gao Sruthi Katakam Hai Chen Shu Zhang Ronghua Zhou Xu Cheng Yanhua Qiu Hai Yu Tao Zhu Jin Liu 2020Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2020,5,1:1
