| 1 | Working Mechanism of a Kind of Non-resonant Linear Piezoelectric Motor with Flexible Driving End显示文摘A non-resonant piezoelectric linear motor with a flexible driving end,which has an extensive working frequency range and good operation stability,is studied theoretically and experimentally.Based on the microscopic vibration characteristics of the motor stator,the longitudinal vibration model is established for the whole motor system.According to the Coulomb friction model and the motor vibration model,the friction mechanism of the nonresonant piezoelectric linear motor is investigated by dynamical analysis of the whole motor system.Furthermore,the vibration characteristics and mechanical output characteristics of the stator are simulated and experimentally studied on the basis of the friction drive mechanism model.Finally,both the simulation and experimental results show that this kind of motor remain stable in the frequency domain from 2.2 kHz to 3.5 kHz and that when the pre-stress is 4 Nand the driving voltage is 90 V,the maximum velocity of the motor is above 4 mm/s and the maximum thrust is nearly 0.5 N. | Chen Xifu Huang Weiqing Lu Qian Li Ming Ren Yaoqing | 2018 | Transactions of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics2018,35,5: | 2 |

| 4 | Ufl1 deficiency causes kidney atrophy associated with disruption of endoplasmic reticulum homeostasis显示文摘The UFMylation modification is a novel ubiquitin-like conjugation system,consisting of UBA5(E1),UFC1(E2),UFL1(E3),and the conjugating molecule UFM1.Deficiency in this modification leads to embryonic lethality in mice and diseases in humans.However,the function of UFL1 is poorly characterized.Studies on Ufl1 conditional knockout mice have demonstrated that the deletion of Ufl1 in cardiomyocytes and in intestinal epithelial cells causes heart failure and increases susceptibility to experimentally induced colitis,respectively,suggesting an essential role of UFL1 in the maintenance of the homeostasis in these organs.Yet,its physiological function in other tissues and organs remains completely unknown.In this study,we generate the nephron tubules specific Ufl1 knockout mice and find that the absence of Ufl1 in renal tubular results in kidney atrophy and interstitial fibrosis.In addition,Ufl1 deficiency causes the activation of unfolded protein response and cell apoptosis,which may be responsible for the kidney atrophy and interstitial fibrosis.Collectively,our results have demonstrated the crucial role of UFL1 in regulating kidney function and maintenance of endoplasmic reticulum homeostasis,providing another layer of understanding kidney atrophy. | You Zhou Xifu Ye Chenlu Zhang Jiabao Wang Zeyuan Guan Juzhen Yan Lu Xu Ke Wang Di Guan Qian Liang Jian Mao Junzhi Zhou Qian Zhang Xiaoying Wu Miao Wang Yu-Sheng Cong Jiang Liu | 2021 | Journal of Genetics and Genomics2021,48,5: | 1 |
| 5 | Magnetic resonance imaging characteristics of postoperative intracranial dissemination of recurrent gliomas显示文摘Ten intracranial gliomas cases, that had postoperative intracranial dissemination, underwent magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examinations, including T1 weighted imaging, fat-suppressed T1 weighted imaging, T2 weighted imaging and fluid attenuated inversion recovery (FLAIR). Results showed that tumor metastasis had occurred via the cerebrospinal fluid, the brain white matter fibers and the surgical access site alone. On the plain MRI scans, 1/7 cases were linearly thickened with isointensity and 5/7 cases exhibited nodular foci on T1 weighted imaging; the cerebral sulci and cisterns in 2/7 cases had become shallow and five cases had nodular foci on T2 weighted imaging. FLAIR imaging revealed that the cerebral sulci and cisterns in 2/7 cases had become shallow and that six cases had affected nodular foci. The contrast-enhanced MRI scans revealed linear thickening in seven cases, nodules in seven cases, similarities to 'mould-like' signs in six cases and hydrocephalus in six cases. | 9 | Revealing the real-time diversity and abundance of small mammals by using an Intelligent Animal Monitoring System(IAMS)显示文摘It is challenging to reveal the real-time spatio-temporal change of diversity and abundance of animals in natural systems by using traditional methods.The rapid advancement of new technologies such as the Internet of Things,artificial intelligence,and big-data processing,provide opportunities for developing novel technologies for moni-toring biodiversity and population abundance of animals with high efficacy and accuracy.In this study,by using a recently developed Intelligent Animal Monitoring System,named“Vector Intelligent Monitoring System(VIMS)”,we investigated the real-time diversity and abundance of small mammals in the Banruosi forest,Dujiangyan region,southwest China.To make a comparison of the VIMS with traditional methods,we also surveyed the diversity and abundance of small mammals using wired live traps.Compared to live traps,the VIMS has several advantages such as automatic data collection,intelligent identification of species,data visualization,whole-day and all-weather op-eration,little disturbance to animals,real-time monitoring,and is capable of revealing more small mammal species.However,the VIMS also has several disadvantages over live traps such as lower trapping efficiency and being more expensive than live traps.Our results suggest that the VIMS can be a complementary method to traditional ones in monitoring the real-time spatio-temporal change of diversity and abundance of small mammals(especially rare species).In addition,the VIMS is useful in monitoring other small animals like small carnivores,birds,amphibians,and reptiles. | Xifu YANG Liliang HAN Yong WANG Cong GUO Zhibin ZHANG | 2022 | Integrative Zoology2022,17,6: | 1 |
