1Allosteric inhibition reveals SHP2-mediated tumor immunosuppression in colon cancer by single-cell transcriptomics显示文摘Colorectal cancer(CRC), a malignant tumor worldwide consists of microsatellite instability(MSI) and stable(MSS) phenotypes. Although SHP2 is a hopeful target for cancer therapy, its relationship with innate immunosuppression remains elusive. To address that, single-cell RNA sequencing wasperformed to explore the role of SHP2 in all cell types of tumor microenvironment(TME) from murine MC38 xenografts. Intratumoral cells were found to be functionally heterogeneous and responded significantly to SHP099, a SHP2 allosteric inhibitor. The malignant evolution of tumor cells was remarkably arrested by SHP099. Mechanistically, STING-TBK1-IRF3-mediated type I interferon signaling was highly activated by SHP099 in infiltrated myeloid cells. Notably, CRC patients with MSS phenotype exhibited greater macrophage infiltration and more potent SHP2 phosphorylation in CD68;macrophages than MSI-high phenotypes, suggesting the potential role of macrophagic SHP2 in TME. 2Preparation of high concentration polyaluminum chloride with high content of Al_b or Al_c显示文摘A novel membrane distillation concentration method was used to prepare high concentration polyaluminum chloride (PACl) with high content of Alb or Alc. 2.52 mol/L PACl1 with 88% Alb and 2.38 mol/L PACl2 with 61% Alc were successfully prepared. Three coagulants, AlCl3, PACl1 and PACl2 were investigated on their hydrolysis behavior and speciation under different conditions. The effects of pH and dilution ratio on Al species distribution were investigated by ferron assay. Experimental result showed that pH had a significant effect on Al species distribution for the three coagulants. Dilution ratio had little effects on Alb and Alc distribution in whole dilution process except the beginning for PACl1 and PACl2. The results indicated that transformation of Al depends largely on their original composition. AlCl3 was the most unstable coagulant among these three coagulants during hydrolysis process. 4Just-in-Time Human Gesture Recognition Using WiFi Signals显示文摘In-air gesture recognition using wireless signals acts as a key enabler for various applications including smart homes, remote healthcare, shared autopilot, etc. Although researchers have conducted extensive research on Wi Fi-based gesture recognition, it remains an open question of providing accurate, robust, and in-time recognition system with the commodity WiFi infrastructure. We present Fa See, a just-in-time Wi Fibased gesture recognition system by identifying the fine-grained Channel state information(CSI) features upon off-the-shelf WiFi devices. The core of Fa See is essentially a novel hybrid recognition algorithm, which combines the classical K-Means algorithm with Dynamic time warping(DTW) together, to transform the feature matching in traditional gesture recognition schemes into a hierarchical manner, thereby significantly improving the recognition efficiency. 6Clean and effective removal of Cl(-I)from strongly acidic wastewater by PbO_(2)显示文摘Recycling strongly acidic wastewater as diluted H_(2)SO_(4) after contaminants contained being removed was previously proposed,however,Cl(-I),a kind of contaminant contained in strongly acidic wastewater,is difficult to remove,which severely degrades the quality of recycled H_(2)SO_(4).In this study,the removal of Cl(-I)using PbO_(2) was investigated and the involved mechanisms were explored.The removal efficiency of Cl(-I)reached 93.38%at 50℃ when PbO_(2)/Cl(-I)mole ratio reached 2:1.The identification of reaction products shows that Cl(-I)was oxidized to Cl_(2),and PbO_(2) was reduced to PbSO_(4).Cl_(2) was absorbed by NaOH to form NaClO,which was used for the regeneration of PbO_(2) from the generated PbSO_(4).Cl(-I)was removed through two pathways,i.e.,surface oxidation and•OH radical oxidation.•OH generated by the reaction of PbO_(2) and OH−plays an important role in Cl(-I)removal.The regenerated PbO_(2) had excellent performance to remove Cl(-I)after six-time regeneration.This study provided an in-depth understanding on the effective removal of Cl(-I)by the oxidation method.Jinmin Zhao Linghao Kong Xingyun Hu Xianjia Peng 2022Journal of Environmental Sciences2022,34,10:0
