| 1 | Molecular cloning,characterization and expression analysis of Sox9a and Foxl2 genes in half-smooth tongue sole(Cynoglossussemilaevis)显示文摘Two transcription factors,Sox9a and Foxl2 were cloned from half-smooth tongue sole (Cynoglossus semilaevis).Sox9a is a new duplication of C.semilaevis Sox9 gene.The complete cDNA of Sox9a gene was 1 842 bp long coding for 487 amino acids and Foxl2 gene was 1 817 bp coding for 308 amino acids.Sox9a was expressed higher in male brain,pituitary and gonad and Foxl2 were higher in female brain,pituitary and gonad.The expression of Sox9a gene in gonads of neo-males was higher than that of normal females.Sox9a and Foxl2 were expressed higher in gastrula stage than in other stages.In the period of sex differentiation,the expression of Sox9a was first going up and then going down and Foxl2 was higher expressed at 37 dph.The highest expressions of Sox9a and Foxl2 genes occurred in nine-month and 12-month old gonad tissues,respectively.Sox9a gene was considered to have inevitable links with sex reversal,sex differentiation and cell differentiation of embryos and formation of spermatogenic cells.Foxl2 was considered to play a role in sex differentiation,cell differentiation of embryos but not to be necessary for sex determination and sex reversal. | DONG Xiaoli CHEN Songlin JI Xiangshan SHAO Changwei | 2011 | Acta Oceanologica Sinica2011，30，1： | 20 |
| 2 | CD4^(+)CD25^(+)but not CD4^(+)Foxp3^(+) T cells as a regulatory subset in primary biliary cirrhosis显示文摘Increasing evidence indicates a role for regulatory T cells(Tregs)in the immune response and in autoimmune diseases,but the role of Tregs and cytokines in autoimmune hepatic diseases remains largely unclear and controversial,especially in patients with primary biliary cirrhosis(PBC).This study was undertaken to investigate Tregs and different cytokines in the liver and peripheral blood of PBC patients.We found that these patients demonstrated a reduction of CD4^(+)CD25^(+) T cells but elevated CD4^(+)Foxp3^(+) T cells in peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs)and CD41 T cells.The percentage of CD4^(+)CD25^(+) T cells in PBMCs was negatively correlated with elevated plasma interferon(IFN)-c levels.A liver-specific analysis showed that the frequency of Foxp31 Tregs,transforming growth factor(TGF)-b1 and IFN-c were increased in PBC patients.Our findings suggest that an imbalance between CD4^(+)CD25^(+) Tregs and cytotoxic cytokines plays a crucial role in the pathogenesis of PBC while the role of Foxp3 needs further investigation. | Dandan Wang Huayong Zhang Jun Liang Zhifeng Gu Qiang Zhou Xiangshan Fan Yayi Hou Lingyun Sun | 2010 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2010，7，6： | 9 |
| 3 | Application of T2~*-weighted first-pass perfusion imaging in the diagnosis of breast tumors显示文摘Objective:To study the diagnostic value of T2*-weighted first-pass perfusion imaging in breast tumors.Methods: We analyzed the magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)information along with the pathological and immunohistochemistry re- sults.Magnetic resonance imaging was performed in 28 patients with breast tumor.The time to signal intensity curves were generated according to the T2*-weighted first-pass perfusion imaging.The curve’s maximal signal intensity drop rate and maximal signal intensity decrease time were analyzed and compared with the pathological diagnoses after surgery.Results: Malignant breast lesions showed higher maximal signal intensity drop rate(44.69%±17.07 vs.17.22%±7.49,P<0.001) than benign lesions,but there was no significant difference of maximal signal decrease time between those two lesions(23.94 s±4.92 vs.20.02 s±6.83,P>0.05).Conclusion:The T2*-weighted first-pass perfusion imaging has enough sensitivity and specificity in breast tumor diagnosis. | Xiaoming Zhuang Bing Zhang Bin Zhu Min Xie Xiangshan Fan Fanqing Meng | 2007 | The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2007，6，4： | 4 |
| 4 | Synthesis and Crystal Structure of Ethyl (2-Amino-4-(2-chlorophenyl)-4H-benzo-[h]-chromene-2-yl) Formate显示文摘The title compound ethyl (2-amino-4-(2-chlorophenyl)-4H-benzo-[h]-chromene-2-yl) formate (C22H18ClNO3, Mr = 379.82) was synthesized and characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 25.168(4), b = 9.584(1), c = 16.503(3) ? b = 111.14(1), Z = 8, V = 3713(1) 3, Dc = 1.359 g/cm3, m(MoKa) = 0.228 mm-1, F(000) = 1584, R = 0.0565 and wR = 0.1320 for 1749 observed reflections (I > 2s(I)). X-ray analysis reveals that the C(1), C(2), C(3), C(4), C(5) and O(1) atoms form a six-membered ring which adopts a boat conformation. In this ring, the bond distances of C(1)C(2) and C(4)C(5) are 1.356(4) and 1.357(4) ? respectively, indicating they are C=C double bonds.
