On the U-Pb concordia diagram data of three samples yield up-per intercept ages of 1948-1917 Ma. Thus, these basement gneisses are of Paleoproterozoic. Rock association of these basement gneisses includes tonalite, syenite and paragneiss, not belonging to a sedimentary package. | 3 | Application of Smith Predictor Based on Single Neural Network in Cold Rolling Shape Control显示文摘Flatness is one of the most important criterion factors to evaluate the quality of the steel strip. To improve the strip’s flatness quality, the most frequently used methodology is to employ the closed-loop automatic shape control system. However, in the shape control system, the shape-meter is always installed at the down way of the exit of the cold rolling mill and can not sense the changes of the strip flatness in the rolling gap directly. This kind of installation results in the delay of the feedback in the control system. Therefore, the stability and response performance of the system are strongly affected by the delay. At present, there is still no mature way to design controllers for systems with time delay. Although the conventional PID controller used in most practical applications has the capability to compensate the delay, the effect of the compensation is limited, especially for the systems with long time delay. Smith predictor, as a compensator for solving this problem, is now widely used in industry systems. However, the request of highly precise model of the system and the poor adaptive performance to the changes of related parameters limit the application of the Smith predictor in practice. In order to overcome the drawbacks of the Smith predictor, a new Smith predictor based on single neural network PID (SNN-PID) is proposed. Because the single neural network is employed into the Smith predictor to improve the controller’s self-adaptability, the adaptive capability to the varying parameters of the system is improved. Meanwhile, for the purpose of solving the problems such as time-consuming and complicated calculation of the neural networks in real time, the learning coefficient of neural network is divided into several stages as usually done in expert control system. Therefore, the control system can obtain fast response due to the improved calculation speed of the neural networks. In order to validate the performance of the proposed controller, the experiment is conducted on the shape control system in a 300 mm four-high reversing cold rolling mill. | 9 | Risk factors and a prediction model for sepsis: A multicenter retrospective study in China显示文摘Background:Sepsis is typically associated with poor outcomes.There are various risk factors and predictive mod-els for sepsis based on clinical indicators.However,these models are usually predictive of all critical patients.This study explored the risk factors for 28-day outcomes of patients with sepsis and developed a prognosis prediction model.Methods:This was a multicenter retrospective analysis of sepsis patients hospitalized in three intensive care units(ICUs)from September 1st 2015,to June 30th 2020.Demographic,clinical history,and laboratory test data were extracted from patient records.Investigators explored the risk factors affecting 28-day sepsis prognosis by univariate analysis.The effects of confounding factors were excluded by multivariate logistic regression analysis,and new joint predictive factors were calculated.A model predicting 28-day sepsis prognosis was constructed through data processing analysis.Results:A total of 545 patients with sepsis were included.The 28-day mortality rate was 32.3%.Risk factors including age,D-dimer,albumin,creatinine,and prothrombin time(PT)were predictive of death from sepsis.The goodness-of-fit value for this prediction model was 0.534,and the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve was 0.7207.Further analysis of the immune subgroups(n=140)revealed a significant decrease in CD3+,CD4+CD8-,and CD4+CD29+memory effector T lymphocytes and an increase in CD56+natural killer(NK)cells in the hypoalbuminemia group compared with the normal albumin group(65.5 vs.58.3,P=0.005;41.2 vs.32.4,P=0.005;21.8 vs.17.1,P=0.029;12.6 vs.17.6,P=0.004).Conclusions:Risk factors for 28-day sepsis mortality include age,D-dimer,creatinine,PT,and albumin.A decrease in albumin level may exacerbate immunosuppression in patients with sepsis.This study establishes a prediction model based on these indicators,which shows a good degree of calibration and differentiation.This model may provide good predictive value for clinical sepsis prognosis. | Ming Li Peijie Huang Weiwei Xu Zhigang Zhou Yun Xie Cheng Chen Yihan Jiang Guangqing Cui Qi Zhao Ruilan Wang | 2022 | Journal of Intensive Medicine2022,2,3: | 1 |

| 18 | Comparison of two end-member styles of epithermal Au-(Cu)deposits显示文摘EPITHERMA Au-(Cu) deposits occur largely in volcano-plutonic arcs (island arcs as well as continentalarcs) associated with subduction zones, with ages similar to those of volcanism. These deposits form atshallow depth,<1 km, and are hosted mainly by volcanic rocks. Modern volcanic-hydrothermal systems provide an analogue to the environment for the ancient intrusion-related and volcanic epithermal deposits. | 19 | Systematic review on the adverse reactions of oral administration of Indigo Naturalis and its preparations显示文摘Objective:This article systematically analyses the effects of adverse drug events/adverse drug reactions(ADEs/ADRs)of oral Indigo Naturalis(Qingdai)preparations in order to provide references for its rational clinical application.Methods:All clinical studies reporting ADE/ADR related to the oral administration of Qingdai preparations were searched through electronic databases,including PubMed,the Cochrane Library,Embase,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),China Biology Medicine disc(CBM),VIP Information Chinese Journal Service Platform(VIP),and Wanfang database,from inception to September 27,2020.Information were extracted from these literatures,including primary disease,type of adverse reactions,dose,treatment,outcomes and so on.Incidence of ADE/ADR was estimated,as well as distribution of primary diseases and victim organs and systems were analyzed.Results:A total of 682 articles were included,with 651 clinical population studies and 31 case reports.Among them,604 detailed ADR/AE involving 33459 patients using oral Qingdai preparations,and a total of 5061 cases were found to present adverse events,including 2827 cases of digestive system(abdominal pain,diarrhea,etc.),469 cases of blood system damage(thrombocytopenia,leukopenia,anemia,etc.),313 cases of liver damage(abnormal liver function,liver toxicity,elevated liver enzymes,etc.),327 cases of nervous system reactions(headache,dizziness,poor sleep,etc.)and 1186 cases of other systems and organs.Severe adverse events(SAEs)mainly were liver damage,and could be relived after symptomatic treatment.Conclusion:From the systematic information retrieval and analysis,it is found that oral Qingdai preparations application may clinically cause ADEs/ADRs in terms of gastrointestinal tract and liver damage.Therefore,when using oral Qingdai preparations,liver and stomach protection should be done.At the same time,pay close attention to various biochemical indicators and the patient's drug response during the treatment process,and,if necessary,deal with it in time so as not to deteriorate the condition.Moreover,active surveillance system should be conducted to monitor ADE/ADR,so as to establish a clearer causal relationship between the drug and the adverse event. | Xueyi Deng Rui Lan Qianwen Xie Jingmin Xiao Jiaqi Lai Jing Chen Yihan He Shaonan Liu Lihong Yang Xinfeng Guo | 2021 | TMR Modern Herbal Medicine2021,4,1: | 0 |
