1Movement and strain conditions of active blocks in the Chinese mainland显示文摘The definition of active block is given from the angles of crustal deformation and strain. The movement and strain parameters of active blocks are estimated according to the unified velocity field composed of the velocities at 1598 GPS stations obtained from GPS measurements carried out in the past years in the Chinese mainland and the surrounding areas. The movement and strain conditions of the blocks are analyzed. The active blocks in the Chinese mainland have a consistent E-trending movement component, but its N and S components are not consistent. The blocks in the western part have a consistent N-trending movement and the blocks in the eastern part have a consistent S-trending movement. In the area to the east of 90°E, that is the area from Himalayas block towards NE, the movement direction of the blocks rotates clockwisely and the movement rates of the blocks are different. Generally, the movement rate is large in the west and south and small in the east and north with a difference of 3 to 4 times between the rates in the west and east. The distributions of principal compressive strain directions of the blocks are also different. The principal strain of the blocks located to the west of 90oE is basically in the SN direction, the principal compressive strain of the blocks in the northeastern part of Qingzang plateau is roughly in the NE direction and the direction of principal compressive strain of the blocks in the southeastern part of Qingzang plateau rounds clockwisely the east end of Himalayas structure. In addition, the principal strain and shear strain rates of the blocks are also different. The Himalayas and Tianshan blocks have the largest principal compressive strain and the maximum shear strain rate. Then, Lhasa, Qiangtang, Southwest Yunnan (SW Yunnan), Qilian and Sichuan-Yunan (Chuan-Dian) blocks followed. The strain rate of the blocks in the eastern part is smaller. The estimation based on the stain condition indicates that Himalayas block is still the area with the most intensive tectonic activity and it shortens in the NS direction at the rate of 15.2±1.5 mm/a. Tianshan block ranks the second and it shortens in the NS direction at the rate of 10.1±0.9 mm/a. At present, the two blocks are still uprising. It can be seen from superficial strain that the Chinese mainland is predominated by superficial expansion. Almost the total area in the eastern part of the Chinese mainland is expanded, while in the western part, the superficial compression and expansion are alternatively distributed from the south to the north. In the Chinese mainland, most EW-trending or proximate EW-trending faults have the left-lateral or left-lateral strike-slip relative movements along both sides, and most NS-trending faults have the right-lateral or right-lateral strike-slip relative movements along both sides. According to the data from GPS measurements the left-lateral strike-slip rate is 4.8±1.3 mm/a in the central part of Altun fault and 9.8±2.2 mm/a on Xianshuihe fault. The movement of the fault along the block boundary has provided the condition for block movement, so the movements of the block and its boundary are consistent, but the movement levels of the blocks are different. The statistic results indicate that the relative movement between most blocks is quite significant, which proves that active blocks exist. Himalayas, Tianshan, Qiangtang and SW Yunnan blocks have the most intensive movement; China-Mongolia, China-Korea (China-Korea), Alxa and South China blocks are rather stable. The mutual action of India, Pacific and Philippine Sea plates versus Eurasia plate is the principal driving force to the block movement in the Chinese mainland. Under the NNE-trending intensive press from India plate, the crustal matter of Qingzang plateau moves to the NNE and NE directions, then is hindered by the blocks located in the northern, northeastern and eastern parts. 3NNR constraint in ITRF2000 and the new global plate motion model NNR-ITRF2000VEL显示文摘There are 54 sites employed by ITRF2000 for ITRF2000 orientation. The deficiencies are obvious. First, these sites cannot well represent the rotation rate of the earth crust because there is no selected site in five out of fourteen tectonic plates and three of fourteen plates only have one site each. Second, the total angular momentum of the crust is non-vanishing in ITRF2000, even though it is declared that No Net Rotation (NNR) with respect to NNR-NUVEL1A is imposed on ITRF2000 construction according to the documentations of ITRF2000. So the NNR condition in conventional terrestrial reference system (CTRS) realization cannot be satisfied in ITRF2000. 5From borophosphate to fluoroborophosphate:a rational design of fluorine-induced birefringence enhancement显示文摘The introduction of oxofluoride anion into anionic group assists to tune optical properties owing to the change of coordination,electronegativity,and according anionic framework.Here,we proposed a rational design of new compounds by fluorine-driven structure and optical property evolution.A new borophosphate Ba_(2)BP_(3)O_(11)with the monoclinic space group P2_(1/c) has been synthesized in the sealed system.Ba_(2)BP_(3)O_(11)exhibits a rare P-O-P bridge formation,which is the first example in alkaline-earth metal borophosphates.By further substituting[BO_(4)]^(3-)with[BO_(3)F]^(4-),the first alkaline-earth metal/lead fluoroborophosphates M_(2)BP_(2)O_(8)F(M=Ba and Pb)with the same space group were designed.Since the scissors effect of fluorine,in M_(2)BP_(2)O_(8)F(M=Ba and Pb),a BO_(3)F tetrahedron corner-sharing with three PO_(4)tetrahedra forms 1D chains along the b-axial direction,which are filled by MO_(n)(M=Ba/Pb,n=5,6,8)distorted polyhedra.The first principles calculation shows that the borophosphate Ba_(2)BP_(3)O_(11)has a birefringence about 0.013@1,064 nm,while the fluoroborophosphates M_(2)BP_(2)O_(8)F(M=Ba and Pb)have the values of 0.035 and 0.043@1,064 nm,respectively.Such an apparent enhancement in birefringence is derived from synergies of the oxyfluoride and cation.The introduction of fluorine-containing heteroanionic groups provides a feasible strategy to design novel promising optical materials.Wenyao Zhang Zhizhong Zhang Wenqi Jin Ruonan Zhang Meng Cheng Zhihua Yang Shilie Pan 2021Science China Chemistry2021,64,9:1

9Sodium Superionic Conductors(NASICONs)as Cathode Materials for Sodium‑Ion Batteries显示文摘Sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)have developed rapidly owing to the high natural abundance,wide distribution,and low cost of sodium.Among the various materials used in SIBs,sodium superion conductor(NASICON)-based electrode materials with remarkable structural stability and high ionic conductivity are one of the most promising candidates for sodium storage electrodes.Nevertheless,the relatively low electronic conductivity of these materials makes them display poor electrochemical performance,significantly limiting their practical application.In recent years,the strategies of enhancing the inherent conductivity of NASICON-based cathode materials have been extensively studied through coating the active material with a conductive carbon layer,reducing the size of the cathode material,combining the cathode material with various carbon materials,and doping elements in the bulk phase.In this paper,we review the recent progress in the development of NASICON-based cathode materials for SIBs in terms of their synthesis,characterization,functional mechanisms,and performance validation/optimization.The advantages and disadvantages of such SIB cathode materials are analyzed,and the relationship between electrode structures and electrochemical performance as well as the strategies for enhancing their electrical conductivity and structural stability is highlighted.Some technical challenges of NASICON-based cathode materials with respect to SIB performance are analyzed,and several future research directions are also proposed for overcoming the challenges toward practical applications.Qingbo Zhou Linlin Wang Wenyao Li Kangning Zhao Minmin Liu Qian Wu Yujie Yang Guanjie He Ivan P.Parkin Paul R.Shearing Dan J.L.Brett Jiujun Zhang Xueliang Sun 2021Electrochemical Energy Reviews2021,4,4:1

13Vapor Phase Polymerization Deposition Conducting Polymer Nanocomposites on Porous Dielectric Surface as High Performance Electrode Materials显示文摘We report chemical vapor phase polymerization(VPP) deposition of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)(PEDOT) and PEDOT/graphene on porous dielectric tantalum pentoxide(Ta_2O_5) surface as cathode films for solid tantalum electrolyte capacitors. The modified oxidant/oxidant-graphene films were first deposited on Ta_2O_5 by dip-coating, and VPP process was subsequently utilized to transfer oxidant/oxidant-graphene into PEDOT/PEDOT-graphene films. The SEM images showed PEDOT/PEDOT-graphene films was successfully constructed on porous Ta_2O_5 surface through VPP deposition, and a solid tantalum electrolyte capacitor with conducting polymer-graphene nano-composites as cathode films was constructed. The high conductivity nature of PEDOT-graphene leads to resistance decrease of cathode films and lower contact resistance between PEDOT/graphene and carbon paste. This nano-composite cathode films based capacitor showed ultralow equivalent series resistance(ESR) ca. 12 m? and exhibited excellent capacitance-frequency performance, which can keep 82% of initial capacitance at 500 KHz. The investigation on leakage current revealed that the device encapsulation process has no influence on capacitor leakage current, indicating the excellent mechanical strength of PEDOT/PEDOT-gaphene films. 15Re-Discussion on Motion of Shanghai VLBI Station Relative to Eurasian Plate From VLBI显示文摘By using the results of changing rate of the baseline lengths from Shanghai VLBI station to 13 international VLBI stations, respectively, the vertical and horizontal velocities of Shanghai VLBI station are re estimated by means of the Least Square Fit method based on the international VLBI station velocities of ITRF96, and the Euler vectors of Eurasian tectonic plate of Sillard et al (1998). The results are such the vertical velocity: -1 86±0 84 mm/yr, horizontal velocity and its local azimuth: 14 24±0 97 mm/yr, E -12° 49±2° 98 S. If the NNR NUVEL 1A model is used instead of the Euler vectors of Sillard et al., the corresponding results are such -1 86±0 84 mm/yr, 10 56±0 96 mm/yr, E -16° 07±4° 06 S. 17The As-surface of an iron-based superconductor CaKFe_(4)As_(4)显示文摘As a new type of iron-based superconductor, CaKFe_(4)As_(4) has recently been demonstrated to be a promising platform for observing Majorana zero modes (MZMs). The surface of CaKFe_(4)As_(4) plays an important role in realizing the MZM since it hosts superconducting topological surface states. However, due to the complicated crystal structure, the terminal surface of CaKFe_(4)As_(4) has not been determined yet. Here, by using scanning tunneling microscopy/spectroscopy (STM/S), we find that there are two types of surface structure in CaKFe_(4)As_(4). Bias-dependent atomic resolution images show an evolvement from 2–√×2–√ superstructure with respect to the As lattice into 1 × 1 when the tip is brought close to the surface, revealing the sublattice of missing As atoms. Together with the first-principles calculations, we show that the surface As layer has a buckled structure. 18Identifying the potential transcriptional regulatory network in Hirschsprung disease by integrated analysis of microarray datasets显示文摘Objective Hirschsprung disease(HSCR)is one of the common neurocristopathies in children,which is associated with at least 20 genes and involves a complex regulatory mechanism.Transcriptional regulatory network(TRN)has been commonly reported in regulating gene expression and enteric nervous system development but remains to be investigated in HSCR.This study aimed to identify the potential TRN implicated in the pathogenesis and diagnosis of HSCR.Methods Based on three microarray datasets from the Gene Expression Omnibus database,the multiMiR package was used to investigate the microRNA(miRNA)-target interactions,followed by Gene Ontology(GO)and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)enrichment analyses.Then,we collected transcription factors(TFs)from the TransmiR database to construct the TF-miRNA-mRNA regulatory network and used cytoHubba to identify the key modules.Finally,the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was determined and the integrated diagnostic models were established based on machine learning by the support vector machine method.Results We identified 58 hub differentially expressed microRNAs(DEMis)and 16 differentially expressed mRNAs(DEMs).The robust target genes of DEMis and DEMs mainly enriched in several GO/KEGG terms,including neurogenesis,cell-substrate adhesion,PI3K-Akt,Ras/mitogen-activated protein kinase and Rho/ROCK signaling.Moreover,2 TFs(TP53and TWIST1),4 miRNAs(has-miR-107,has-miR-10b-5p,has-miR-659-3p,and has-miR-371a-5p),and 4 mRNAs(PIM3,CHUK,F2RL1,and CA1)were identified to construct the TF-miRNA-mRNA regulatory network.ROC analysis revealed a strong diagnostic value of the key TRN regulons(all area under the curve values were more than 0.8).Conclusion This study suggests a potential role of the TF-miRNA-mRNA network that can help enrich the connotation of HSCR pathogenesis and diagnosis and provide new horizons for treatment.Wenyao Xu Hui Yu Dian Chen Weikang Pan Weili Yang Jing Miao Wanying Jia Baijun Zheng Yong Liu Xinlin Chen Ya Gao Donghao Tian 2023World Journal of Pediatric Surgery2023,6,2:0
19Prevention of osteoporotic fracture:from skeletal and non-skeletal perspectives显示文摘With the global population aging,especially in China,the prevention and management of osteoporotic fragility fractures has become increasingly important.Bone mineral density(BMD)is an important index of osteoporotic fracture risk,which has become aroutine measurement inclinical practice and thus formed the cornerstone in monitoring treatment efficacy of osteoporosis.In the past 30 years,several pharmacologic therapies have been developed to increase BMD and reduce osteoporotic fractures,especially vertebral fractures.However,the management of nonvertebral fractures and hip fractures remains challenging as low BMD is only one of the multi-factors for these conditions.Hip fractures mainly result from a fall and its incidence is higher in the frigid zone due to low temperature affecting neuromuscular function and high latitude with less sunlight,the conditions rendering less active vitamin D conversion,apart from increased falling.In this paper,we focus on two therapeutic strategies targeting both skeletal and non-skeletal factors,that is,Tai Chi(TC)exercise for improving balance and'kidney-tonifying'traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)against muscle atrophy.TC is a mind-body exercise that has the potential as an effective and safe intervention for preventing fall-related fractures in the elderly.This makes it a promising and feasible physical activity for the elderly in frigid zone to prevent osteoporotic fractures.Several TCM formula popular in northeast of China within frigid zone are also introduced.They are reportedly effective in maintaining or improving BMD and muscle strength with the potential of reducing osteoporotic fracture.However,more rationally designed vigorous basic investigations and prospective clinical trials are highly desired to validate and consolidate the preliminary observations in the future.Xinluan Wang Wenyao Yang Ling Qin 2022Frigid Zone Medicine2022,2,4:0
20Analysis on Therapeutic Potential and Action Mechanism of Folium Pyrrosiae Based on Biolabel Pattern显示文摘[Objectives]The therapeutic potential and action mechanism of Folium Pyrrosiae were analyzed based on the biolabel pattern.[Methods]The chemical components of Folium Pyrrosiae were analyzed by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS).Ten databases,including Pubchem,CTD,BindingDB,HERB,TCMIP,ETCM,SwissTargetPrediction,SuperPred webserver,TargetNet and SEA,were used in turn to retrieve the targets of related components,and key components were obtained according to the enrichment degree of targets.The obtained targets were imported into the STRING database to obtain PPI information and screen out core targets.The DAVID database was employed to analyze KEGG pathways of core targets and obtain key pathways.A key component-core target-key pathway network of Folium Pyrrosiae was constructed by Cytoscape3.10.1 software.The obtained KEGG pathways were input into the CTD database to predict corresponding diseases,and discussion and analysis were carried out.[Results]Ten key components,30 potential targets and 10 key pathways were screened out,and they participated in many diseases,of which five diseases were mainly analyzed.[Conclusions]Folium Pyrrosiae had the characteristic of multi-component,multi-target and multi-pathway synergistic effect in the treatment of lung cancer,type 2 diabetes,atherosclerosis,liver cancer,prostate cancer and other diseases,and the therapeutic potential and action mechanism of Folium Pyrrosiae were analyzed through the biolabel pattern.This study provides a research basis for further developing new functions of Folium Pyrrosiae.Zhentao LYU Wenyao ZOU Shuai DOU Mingxing WEI Wenya TANG Xuzhao LI Wude YANG 2023Agricultural Biotechnology2023,12,6:0
