1Studies of Primary Angle Qosure Glaucoma in China显示文摘The resent researches on primary angle closure glaucoma (PACG) in China were reviewed. The prevalence of PACG (0.41%) in chinese is between the Caucasian and Eskimos, and chronic type is the dominant type in PACG. However, with the economic development and medical care improvements, the prevalence condition of PACG may change; several researches discovered that the mechanism of PACG, especially the chronic type, is not only because of pupil-blocking but also closely related to the mechanism of crowding of peripheral iris and the anterior location of the ciliary body. We supposed that PACG can be divided into several subtypes based on this machnism. Also, we believe that the use of ultrasound biomicroscopy (UBM) and ophthalmic laser in China has promoted the research of PACG and improved the level of prevention and treatment of PACG. 2Quantitative Real Time Measurement of Iris Configuration in Human Eyes显示文摘Purpose: To evaluate intraobserver and interobserver reproducibility of real time measurement of iris morphology in living human eyes.Methods: Base on the platform of software (Autocad, version 12), we developed an ultrasound biomicroscopy (UBM) image asisstant measuring system. By using the system, we can perform the iris configuration quantitative measurement in living eyes. The measuring parameters including: iris rest length,radius of iris curvature,and the thickness in different parts of iris. Ten anterior segment images of one normal individual were obtained by a single operator to evaluate the intraobserver reproducibility of image capture, and ten times measurement of one image were performed by a single operator to assess the reproducibilityof image measurement. The measurement of three independent observers were compared to investigate interobserver reproducibility in quantitative measurement. 3Discovering small molecules as Wnt inhibitors that promote heart regeneration and injury repair显示文摘There are intense interests in discovering pro regenerative medicine leads that can promote cardiac differentiation and regeneration,as well as repair damaged heart tissues.We have combined zebrafish embryo-based screens with cardiomyogenesis assays to discover selective small molecules that modulate heart development and regeneration with minimal adverse effects.Two related compounds with novel structures,named as Cardiomogen 1 and 2(CDMG1 and CDMG2),were identified for their capacity to promote myocardial hyperplasia through expansion of the cardiac progenitor cell population.We find that Cardiomogen acts as a Wnt inhibitor by targeting p-catenin and reducing Tcf/Lef-mediated transcription in cultured cells.CDMG treatment of amputated zebrafish hearts reduces nuclear p-catenin in injured heart tissue,increases cardiomyocyte(CM)proliferation,and expedites wound healing,thus accelerating cardiac muscle regeneration.Importantly,Cardiomogen can alleviate the functional deterioration of mammalian hearts after myocardial infarction.Injured hearts exposed to CDMG1 display increased newly formed CMs and reduced fibrotic scar tissue,which are in part attributable to the^-catenin reduction.Our findings indicate Cardiomogen as a Wnt inhibitor in enhancing injury-induced CM proliferation and heart regeneration,highlighting the values of embryo-based small molecule screens in discovery of effective and safe medicine leads.Shuying Xie Wenbin Fu Guangju Yu Xueli Hu Kaa Seng Lai Xiangwen Peng Yating Zhou Xuejiao Zhu Ptamen Christov Leah Sawyer Terri T.Ni Gary A.Sulikowski Zhongzhou Yang Ethan Lee Chunyu Zeng Wei E.Wang Tao P.Zhong 2020Journal of Molecular Cell Biology2020,12,1:4
42D and 3D Shape Sensing Based on 7-Core Fiber Bragg Gratings显示文摘A fiber-optic shape sensing based on 7-core fiber Bragg gratings(FBGs)is proposed and experimentally demonstrated.The investigations are presented for two-dimensional(2D)and three-dimensional(3D)shape reconstruction by distinguishing bending and twisting of 7-core optical fiber with FBGs.The curvature and bending orientation can be calculated by acquiring FBG wavelengths from any two side cores among the six outer cores.And the shape sensing in 3D space is computed by analytic geometry theory.The experiments corresponding of 2D and 3D shape sensing are demonstrated and conducted to verify the theoretical principles.The resolution of curvature is about 0.1 m^(-1) for 2D measuring.The error of angle in shape reconstruction is about 1.89°for 3D measuring.The proposed sensing technique based on 7-core FBGs is promising of high feasibility,stability,and repeatability,especially for the distinguishing ability on the bending orientation due to the six symmetrical cores on the cross-section.Tianting LAI Pu CHENG Congliao YAN Chi LI Wenbin HU Minghong YANG 2020Photonic Sensors2020,10,4:2
5Stable perovskite solar cells with efficiency of 22.6%via quinoxaline-based polymeric hole transport material显示文摘Poor stability of spiro-OMe TAD hole transport materials(HTMs)with dopant is a major obstacle for the commercialization of perovskite solar cells(pero-SCs).Herein,we demonstrate a series of quinoxaline-based D-A copolymers PBQ5,PBQ6 and PBQ10 as the dopant-free polymer HTMs for high performance pero-SCs.The D-A copolymers are composed of fluorothienyl benzodithiophene(BDTT)as D-unit,difluoroquinoxaline(DFQ)with different side chains as A-unit,and thiophene asπ-bridge,where the side chains on the DFQ unit are bi-alkyl for PBQ5,bi-alkyl-fluorothienyl for PBQ6,and alkoxyl for PBQ10.All the three copolymers are adopted as the dopant-free HTM in the pero-SCs.The planar n-i-p structured pero-SCs based on(FAPb I_(3))_(0.98)(MAPb Br_(3))_(0.02)with PBQ6 HTM demonstrated the high power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 22.6%with Vocof1.13 V and FF of 80.8%,which is benefitted from the suitable energy level and high hole mobility of PBQ6.The PCE of 22.6%is the highest efficiency reported in the n-i-p structured pero-SCs based on dopant-free D-A copolymer HTM.In addition,the peroSCs show significantly enhanced ambient,thermal and light-soaking stability compared with the devices with traditional spiroOMe TAD HTM.Chenxing Lu Can Zhu Lei Meng Chenkai Sun Wenbin Lai Shucheng Qin Jinyuan Zhang Wenchao Huang Jiaqi Du Yiyang Wang Yongfang Li 2021Science China Chemistry2021,64,11:2

11Chlorinated polymerized small molecule acceptor enabling ternary all-polymer solar cells with over 16.6% efficiency显示文摘Recently,all-polymer solar cells(all-PSCs) based on polymerized small molecule acceptors(PSMAs) have achieved significant progress.Ternary blending has proven to be an effective strategy to further boost the power conversion efficiency(PCE) of the all-PSCs.Herein,a new A-DA′D-A small-molecule acceptor-based PSMA(named as PYCl-T) was designed and synthesized,which possesses similar polymer backbone with the widely used PY-IT,but with chlorine substitution on the A-end groups in the A-DA′D-A structure.PYCl-T was then employed as the third component into the PM6:PY-IT system and the ternary all-PSCs based on PM6:PY-IT:PYCl-T demonstrated a high PCE of 16.62%(certified value of 16.3%).Moreover,the PCE of 15.52% was realized in the enlarged ternary all-PSCs with effective area of 1 cm^(2),indicating the great potential in large-scale applications.Moreover,the optimized ternary blend films of PM6:PY-IT:PYCl-T show excellent thermal stability at 150 ℃.This work demonstrates that the utilization of a ternary blend system involving two well-compatible PSMA polymer acceptors is an effective strategy to boost the performance of the all-PSCs.Ke Hu Jiaqi Du Can Zhu Wenbin Lai Jing Li Jingming Xin Wei Ma Zhanjun Zhang Jinyuan Zhang Lei Meng Yongfang Li 2022Science China Chemistry2022,65,5:1

20Non-equivalent D-A copolymerization strategy towards highly efficient polymer donor for polymer solar cells显示文摘D-A copolymerization is a broadly utilized molecular design strategy to construct high efficiency photovoltaic materials for polymer solar cells(PSCs),and all the D-A copolymer donors reported till now are the alternate D-A copolymers with equal D-and A-units.Here,we first propose a non-equivalent D-A copolymerization strategy with unequal D-and A-units,and develop three novel non-equivalent D-A copolymer donors(PM6-D1,PM6-D2 and PM6-D3 with D/A unit ratio of 1.1:0.9,1.2:0.8 and1.3:0.7,respectively)by inserting more D units into the alternate D-A copolymer PM6 backbone to finely tune the physicochemical and photovoltaic properties of the polymers.The three non-equivalent D-A copolymers show the down-shifted highest occupied molecular orbital(HOMO)energy levels,higher hole mobility,higher degree of molecular self-assembly and higher molecular crystallinity with the increase of D-unit ratio in comparison with the alternate D-A copolymer PM6.As a result,all the three non-equivalent D-A copolymer-based PSCs with Y6 as acceptor achieve improved power conversion efficiency(PCE)with higher V_(oc),larger J_(sc)and higher FF simultaneously.Particularly,the PM6-D1:Y6 based PSC achieved a high PCE of17.71%,which is significantly higher than that(15.82%)of the PM6:Y6 based PSC and is one of the highest performances in the binary PSCs.Ziya Shang Liuyang Zhou Chenkai Sun Lei Meng Wenbin Lai Jinyuan Zhang Wenchao Huang Yongfang Li 2021Science China Chemistry2021,64,6:0
