| 1 | Assessment and sequencing of air target threat based on intuitionistic fuzzy entropy and dynamic VIKOR显示文摘In view of the fact that traditional air target threat assessment methods are difficult to reflect the combat characteristics of uncertain, dynamic and hybrid formation, an algorithm is proposed to solve the multi-target threat assessment problems. The target attribute weight is calculated by the intuitionistic fuzzy entropy(IFE) algorithm and the time series weight is gained by the Poisson distribution method based on multi-times data. | 4 | Comparative studies on histological and ultra-structure of the pituitary of different ploidy level fishes显示文摘The histological and ultra-structure of the pituitary in diploid red crucian carp(Carassius auratus red var.),triploid crucian carp and allotetraploid hybrids within and after the breeding season were comparatively studied.The result showed that there were six endocrine cell types in the pituitary of these three kinds of fishes,and there was an obvious difference in cell size among different ploidy level fishes.As for the same type of pituitary cells,the cell size was increased gradually with the in- creasing ploidy level.In the breeding season,the allotetraploid hybrids had higher proportion of go- nadotropin cells(GTH)than triploids,and the triploids had higher proportion of GTH than diploids.The results were related to the earlier sexual maturity of allotetraploid hybrids and sterility of triploid cru- cian carp.On the other hand,among the three kinds of fishes,the proportion of somatotropin(STH) cells in triploids crucian carp was the highest,whereas that in allotetraploid hybrids was the lowest. First, virtual physical models at multi-spatial scales (2 μm, 5 μm and 10 μm) were restructured by computerized microtomography technology and data. | 8 | Genetic analysis and fine mapping of an enclosed panicle mutant esp2 in rice (Oryza sativa L.)显示文摘The phenomenon of panicle enclosure in rice is mainly caused by the shortening of uppermost internode.Elucidating the molecular mechanism of panicle enclosure will be helpful for solving the problem of panicle enclosure in male sterile lines and creating new germplasms in rice.We acquired a monogenic recessive enclosed panicle mutant,named as esp2 (enclosed shorter panicle 2),from the tissue culture progeny of indica rice cultivar Minghui-86.In the mutant,panicles were entirely enclosed by flag leaf sheaths and the uppermost internode was almost completely degenerated,but the other internodes did not have obvious changes in length.Genetic analysis indicated that the mutant phenotype was controlled by a recessive gene,which could be steadily inherited and was not affected by genetic background.Apparently,ESP2 is a key gene for the development of uppermost internode in rice.Using an F 2 population of a cross between esp2 and a japonica rice cultivar Xiushui-13 as well as SSR and InDel markers,we fine mapped ESP2 to a 14-kb region on the end of the short arm of chromosome 1.According to the rice genome sequence annotation,only one intact gene exists in this region,namely,a putative phosphatidylserine synthase gene.Sequencing analysis on the mutant and the wild type indicated that this gene was inserted by a 5287-bp retrotransposon sequence.Hence,we took this gene as a candidate of ESP2.The results of this study will facilitate the cloning and functional analysis of ESP2 gene. | GUAN HuaZhong DUAN YuanLin LIU HuaQing CHEN ZhiWei ZHUO Ming ZHUANG LiJun QI WenMing PAN RunSen MAO DaMei ZHOU YuanChang WANG Feng WU WeiRen | 2011 | Chinese Science Bulletin2011,56,14: | 6 |

It is thus intensifying as an aerospace research focus on an international scale. Despite improving the frequency band,the conventional microwave communication technique has difficulty satisfying the increased demand for the enormous volume of scientific data returning to the Earth. With a carrier frequency that is several orders of magnitude higher than the microwave, free-space optical communication is a robust and promising method for achieving both high bit rates and long distances in deep space communication. In this article, the history of this technology is summarized and the objective laws are formulated, while key techniques and development trends are analyzed. | 10 | Effects of purified zearalenone on selected immunological measurements of blood in post-weaning gilts显示文摘Zearalenone(ZEA), an estrogenic mycotoxin, is produced mainly by Fusarium fungi. Previous studies have indicated that acute ZEA exposure induced various damages in different species; however, its transparent hematotoxicity in female piglets at dietary levels of 1.1 to 3.2 mg/kg has not been shown. The present study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary ZEA(1.1—3.2 mg/kg) on hematology, T lymphocyte subset, immunoglobulin, antibody titer, lymphocyte proliferation rate(LPR), and interleukin-2(IL-2) in peripheral blood of post-weaning gilts. A total of 20 female piglets(Landrace × Yorkshire × Duroc),weaned at 42 d with an average body weight of 10.36 ± 1.21 kg were used in the study. Female piglets were kept in a temperature controlled room, divided into four treatments, and fed a diet based on corn-soybean meal-fishmeal-whey, with an addition of 0, 1.1, 2.0, or3.2 mg/kg purified ZEA for 18 d ad libitum. Feed intake and refusal were measured daily and individual pigs were weighed weekly. Blood and serum samples were collected for selected immunological measurements. Female piglets fed different levels of dietary ZEA grew similarly with no difference in feed intake. Hematological values including leukocytes, platelets, lymphocytes, hematocrit, and mean corpuscular hemoglobin(MCH) decreased linearly(P < 0.05) as dietary ZEA increased. Female piglets fed diets containing 2.0 mg/kg ZEA or greater showed significantly decreased CD4+CD8+, CD4+, and CD4+/CD8^+ in comparison to the control(P < 0.05), whereas CD8^+ was significantly increased(P = 0.026) in the gilts which were fed the diet containing 3.2 mg/kg ZEA. Serum immunoglobulin G(IgG) and the antibody titer on d 18 were reduced linearly as dietary ZEA levels increased(P < 0.001). Linear decrease in LPR was observed(P < 0.05). Female piglets fed diets containing 2.0 mg/kg ZEA or more showed significantly decreased IL-2 in comparison to the control(P < 0.05). | 14 | Spacecraft angular velocity estimation method using optical flow of stars显示文摘Angular velocity is a crucial parameter for spacecraft navigation, which, at present, is mainly obtained by using gyroscopes. Several studies have been performed on angular velocity estimation using star sensors when data from gyroscopes are not available. Most of the previous angular velocity estimation methods using star sensors are based on information on the attitude or star vector measurements. In this paper,an angular velocity estimation method using the optical flow(OF) directly from the star images is proposed,which, unlike the previous methods, requires star coordinates in two consecutive images only. Because the procedure of star identification is eliminated, the corresponding high computation requirement is reduced.Simulations demonstrate that the proposed method has a robust performance in terms of computational cost and the number of stars in the field of view(FOV) compared with the previous methods. | 16 | Recursive adaptive filter using current innovation for celestial navigation during the Mars approach phase显示文摘Celestial navigation is a commonly used autonomous navigation technique for deep space navigation.A nonlinear filter such as the unscented Kalman filter(UKF) is typically applied in a celestial navigation system(CNS). However, on account of being subject to a number of factors, such as ephemeris errors and centroid determination, the measurement model error of a CNS cannot be accurately determined. The analysis conducted in this study also shows that the measurement model error is time-variant during the Mars approach phase.This implies that covariance matrix of the measurement error R is usually inaccurate, which may induce large estimation errors that even result in filter divergence. Some adaptive methods are able to address this issue.However, traditional adaptive filters, for scaling R, usually require a sequence of innovation and are affected by the statistic window size. A new recursive adaptive UKF(RAUKF) is proposed in this paper, which only uses current innovation to scale R. The navigation performance of the proposed RAUKF method is compared with some traditional adaptive filters through simulations.
