1Methane and nitrous oxide emissions in rice-crab culture systems of northeast China显示文摘Rice-crab integrated ecosystem has been confirmed to improve the ecological environment and brought greater economic benefits.In order to know greenhouse gases methane(CH_(4))and nitrous oxide(N_(2)O)emissions in ricecrab system,they were quantified from a flooding rice field in northeast China,as affected by integrated ricecrab cultivation.Three treatments with three replications each were given:(1)RC1-rice with crab(megalopa),(2)RC2-rice with crab(juvenile),(3)RM-rice only.Seasonal CH_(4) and N_(2)O fluxes were measured by closed chamber method.Compared with RM treatment,RC1 and RC2 treatments greatly enhanced the cumulative seasonal CH_(4) emissions(by 36.8%and 29.2%,respectively),and reduced the cumulative seasonal N_(2)O emissions(by 28.2%and 19.7%,respectively).Across treatments,CH_(4) represented over 97%of total global warming potential(GWP)and as a result,RC1 and RC2 treatments significantly increased the GWP than RM treatment.Although the GWP was highest in RC1 treatment,it provided highest rice yield(8780 kg/ha)and net ecosystem economic budget(NEEB,23,159 Yuan/ha)over RM(7668 kg/ha,15,130 Yuan/ha)and RC2(8042 kg/ha,18,713 Yuan/ha)treatments.To summarize,cultivation of megalopa in rice field is a better strategy to optimize the economic and environmental benefits in northeast China.Ang Wang Xuzhou Ma Jing Xu Weiqun Lu 2019Aquaculture and Fisheries2019,4,4:6
2On the error analyses of polarization measurements of the white-light coronagraph aboard ASO-S显示文摘The Advanced Space-based Solar Observatory(ASO-S) mission aims to explore the two most spectacular eruptions on the Sun: solar flares and coronal mass ejections(CMEs), and their magnetism.For the study of CMEs, the payload Lyman-alpha Solar Telescope(LST) has been proposed. It includes a traditional white-light coronagraph and a Lyman-alpha coronagraph which opens a new window to CME observations. Polarization measurements taken by white-light coronagraphs are crucial for deriving fundamental physical parameters of CMEs. To make such measurements, there are two options for a Stokes polarimeter which have been applied by existing white-light coronagraphs for space missions. One uses a single or triple linear polarizer, the other involves both a half-wave plate and a linear polarizer. We find that the former option is subject to less uncertainty in the derived Stokes vector propagating from detector noise.The latter option involves two plates which are prone to internal reflections and may have a reduced transmission factor. Therefore, the former option is adopted as our Stokes polarimeter scheme for LST. Based on the parameters of the intended linear polarizer(s) colorPol provided by CODIXX and the half-wave plate 2-APW-L2-012 C by Altechna, it is further shown that the imperfect maximum transmittance of the polarizer significantly increases the variance amplification of Stokes vector by at least about 50% when compared with the ideal case. The relative errors of Stokes vector caused by the imperfection of colorPol polarizer and the uncertainty due to the polarizer assembly in the telescope are estimated to be about 5%. 5Acute salinity and temperature challenges during early development of zebrafish:Differential gene expression of PTHs,PTHrPs and their receptors显示文摘Parathyroid hormone(pth),parathyroid hormone-related peptide(pthrp)and their receptors are involved in the regulation of calcium homeostasis in all vertebrates.To further understand the role of these genes in teleosts during development,we investigated the expression pattern of pth1,pth2,pthrp1,pthrp2,and their receptors pth1r,pth2r,pth3r,and their response to acute salinity and temperature challenge during early development of zebrafish,Danio rerio.The results revealed that pth1,pth2,pthrp1,pthrp2,pth1r,pth2r,pth3r were differentially expressed during early development,and pth1,pthrp1,pth1r,pth2r mRNA were detected from 0 hpf.pth2 and pth3r mRNA were detected after fertilization.Exposure of zebrafish embryos and larvae to acute osmotic(30)stress for 15 min failed to modify the expression levels of pthrp2 mRNA from levels in control fish.However,salinity challenge significantly(P<0.01)modified pth1,pth2,pth3r at 3 dpf,pthrp1(P<0.01)and pth1r(P<0.05)were both significantly modified at 5 dpf,and pth2r was significantly(P<0.01)modified at 4 dpf and 5 dpf.Exposure of embryos and larvae to a cold(18℃)stress generally up-regulated mRNA levels of pth1,pth2,pthrp1,pthrp2 and pth3r from 2 dpf to 5 dpf,while a hot(38℃)stress generally down-regulated mRNA levels of these genes.After acute temperature challenge,expression levels of pth receptors were greatly influenced except pth2r.The results indicate that the contribution of pth1,pth2,pthrp1,pthrp2,pth1r,pth2r and pth3r genes to the stress response in zebrafish may be stressor-specific during early development.Overall,the results from this study provide a basis for further research into the developmental and stressor-specific role of pth1,pth2,pthrp1,pthrp2,pth1r,pth2r and pth3r in zebrafish.Yingying Jin Zhaohui Lan Gege Zhu Weiqun Lu 2017Aquaculture and Fisheries2017,2,2:0
