1One-step synthesis of Fe-Ni hydroxide nanosheets derived from bimetallic foam for efficient electrocatalytic oxygen evolution and overall water splitting显示文摘The research of superior water oxidation electrodes is essential for the green energy in the form of hydrogen by way of electrolytic water splitting, and still remains challenging. Based upon dealloying foam, Fe-Ni hydroxide nanosheets network structure is designed on the surface of Fe-Ni alloy foam. The ratio of Ni/Fe elements was adjusted to realize the optimal catalytic activities for oxygen evolution reaction(OER) and hydrogen evolution reaction(HER). The obtained electrode of Fe-Ni hydroxide nanosheets/Fe-Ni alloy foam-60% Fe(FN LDH/FNF-60, 60 is the percentage of Fe content) possess low overpotential of 261 mV to reach 10 mA/cm^2, small Tafel slope(85.5 mV/dec), and superior long-term stability(remaining 10 mA/cm^2 for over 14 h without attenuation) toward OER in 1.0 mol/L KOH.Moreover, an alkaline water electrolyzer is constructed with the FN LDH/FNF-60 as anode and Ni(OH)_2/Fe-Ni alloy foam-25% Fe(Ni(OH)_2/FNF-25) as cathode, which displays superior electrolytic performance(affording 10 mA/cm^2 at 1.62 V) and lasting durability.Lili Zeng Linjing Yang Jia Lu Jin Jia Jiayuan Yu Yunqie Deng Mingfei Shao Weijia Zhou 2018Chinese Chemical Letters2018,29,12:7
2WSe2 2D p-type semiconductor-based electronic devices for information technology:Design,preparation,and applications显示文摘The pioneering exfoliation of monolayer tungsten diselenide has greatly inspired researchers toward semiconducting applications.WSe2 belongs to a family of transition-metal dichalcogenides.Similar to graphene,WSe2 and analogous dichalcogenides have layered structures with weak van der Waals interactions between two adjacent layers.First,the readers are presented with the fundamentals of WSe2,such as types,morphologies,and properties.Here,we report the characterization principles and practices such as microscopy,spectroscopy,and diffraction.Second,the methods for obtaining high-quality WSe2,such as exfoliation,hydrothermal and chemical vapor deposition,are briefly listed.With advantages of light weight,flexibility,and high quantum efficiency,2D materials may have a niche in optoelectronics as building blocks in p-n junctions.Therefore,we introduce a state-of-the-art demonstration of heterostructure devices employing the p-type WSe2 semiconductor.The device architectures include field-effect transistors,photodetectors,gas sensors,and photovoltaic solar cells.Due to its unique electronic,optical,and energy band properties,WSe2 has been increasingly investigated due to the conductivity of the p-type charge carrier upon palladium contact.Eventually,the dynamic research on WSe2 and van der Waals heterostructures is summarized to arouse the passion of the 2D research community.Qilin Cheng Jinbo Pang Dehui Sun Jingang Wang Shu Zhang Fan Liu Yuke Chen Ruiqi Yang Na Liang Xiheng Lu Yanchen Ji Jian Wang Congcong Zhang Yuanhua Sang Hong Liu Weijia Zhou 2020InfoMat2020,2,4:5
3Aberrant Resting-State Functional Connectivity in the Default Mode Network in Pediatric Bipolar Disorder Patients with and without Psychotic Symptoms显示文摘Mood disorders/psychosis have been associated with dysfunctions in the default mode network(DMN).However,the relative contributions of DMN regions to state and trait disturbances in pediatric bipolar disorder(PBD)remain unclear.The aim of this study was to investigate the possible mechanisms of PBD through brain imaging and explore the influence of psychotic symptoms on functional alterations in PBD patients.Twenty-nine psychotic and 26 non-psychotic PBD patients,as well as 19 age-and sex-matched healthy controls underwent a restingstate functional MRI scan and the data were analyzed by independent component analysis.The DMN component from the fMRI data was extracted for each participant.Spearman's rank correlation analysis was performed between aberrant connectivity and clinical measurements.The results demonstrated that psychotic PBD was characterized by aberrant DMN connectivity in the anterior cingulate cortex/medial prefrontal cortex,bilateral caudate nucleus,bilateral angular gyri,and left middle temporal gyrus,while non-psychotic PBD was not,suggesting further impairment with the development of psychosis.In summary,we demonstrated unique impairment in DMN functional connectivity in the psychotic PBD group.These specific neuroanatomical abnormalities may shed light on the underlying pathophysiology and presentation of PBD.Yuan Zhong Chun Wang Weijia Gao Qian Xiao Dali Lu Qing Jiao Linyan Su Guangming Lu 2019Neuroscience Bulletin2019,35,4:5
4Enhanced oil recovery mechanisms of polymer flooding in a heterogeneous oil reservoir显示文摘Taking reservoir rocks and fluids of the Daqing,Dagang and Changqing oilfields as research objects,the EOR mechanisms and technical approach of polymer flooding were discussed.By comparing the displacement performances of ordinary polymer,glycerol,polymer in'sheet-net'structure and heterogeneous weak gel at the same viscosity and concentration,the relationship between the viscosity of polymer displacement agents and displacement performance was demonstrated,and the method of improving polymer flooding effect was worked out.The main mechanism of polymer flooding to increase oil recovery is the swept volume expansion of water injection due to polymer retention in porous media.The viscosity of polymer agents has no positive correlation with polymer flooding effect.Although polymer of'sheet-net'structure has strong capacity in increasing viscosity,it has poor compatibility with pore throat structure of reservoir rock,low injectivity and low shear resistance.Heterogeneous weak gel system has higher adsorption and capture capacity in porous media,which is easy to retain in porous media,and can effectively establish seepage resistance in high permeability layers(zones).Compared with polymer solutions with the same viscosity or concentration,it has stronger ability to expand swept volume.Long term injection of polymer flooding agents will inevitably lead to fluid entry profile reversal,and thus worsening of polymer flooding effect.Alternate injection of high retention and low or non-retention displacement agents can further improve the displacement effect of polymer flooding agents.LU Xiangguo CAO Bao XIE Kun CAO Weijia LIU Yigang ZHANG Yunbao WANG Xiaoyan ZHANG Jie 2021Petroleum Exploration and Development2021,48,1:4

6Connectivity in finite ad-hoc networks显示文摘Research on ad-hoc network connectivity has mainly focused on asymptotic results in the number of nodes in the network. For a one-dimensional ad-hoc network G1, assuming all the nodes are independently uniform distributed in a closed interval [0,Z](z ∈ R+), we derive a generic formula for the probability that the network is connected. The finite connected ad-hoc networks is analyzed. And we separately suggest necessary conditions to make the ad-hoc network to be connected in one and two dimensional cases, facing possible failed nodes (f-nodes). Based on the necessary condition and unit-disk assumption for the node transmission, we prove that the nodes of the connected two-dimensional ad-hoc networks (G2) can be divided into at most five different groups. 7Safety,tolerability,and pharmacokinetics of BAT8001 in patients with HER2-positive breast cancer:An open-label,dose-escalation,phase I study显示文摘Background:The introductions of anti-human epidermal growth factor receptor-2(HER2)agents have significantly improved the treatment outcome of patients with HER2-positive breast cancer.BAT8001 is a novel antibodydrug conjugate targeting human epidermal growth factor receptor-2(HER2)-expressing cells composed of a trastuzumab biosimilar linked to the drug-linker Batansine.This dose-escalation,phase I study was designed to assess the safety,tolerability,pharmacokinetics,and preliminary anti-tumor activity of BAT8001 in patients with HER2-positive locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer.Methods:This trial was conducted in subjects with histologically confirmed HER2-positive breast cancer(having evaluable lesions and an Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status of 0 or 1)using a 3+3 design of escalating BAT8001 doses.Patients received BAT8001 intravenously in a 21-day cycle,with dose escalation in 5 cohorts:1.2,2.4,3.6,4.8,and 6.0 mg/kg.The primary objective was to evaluate the safety and tolerability of BAT8001.Preliminary activity of BAT8001 was also assessed as a secondary objective.Results:Between March 2017 to May 2018,29 HER2-positive breast cancer patients were enrolled.The observed dose-limiting toxicities were grade 4 thrombocytopenia and grade 3 elevated transaminase.The maximum tolerated dose was determined to be 3.6 mg/kg.Grade 3 or greater adverse events(AEs)occurred in 14(48.3%)of 29 patients,including thrombocytopenia in 12(41.4%)patients,aspartate aminotransferase increased in 4(13.8%)patients,γ-glutamyl transferase increased in 2(6.9%)patients,alanine aminotransferase increased in 2(6.9%)patients,diarrhea in 2(6.9%)patients.Objective response was observed in 12(41.4%,95%confidence interval[CI]=23.5%-61.1%)and disease control(including patients achieving objective response and stable disease)was observed in 24(82.8%,95%CI=64.2%-94.2%)patients.Conclusions:BAT8001 demonstrated favorable safety profiles,with promising anti-tumor activity in patients with HER2-positive locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer.BAT8001 has the potential to provide a new therapeutic option in patients with metastatic HER2-positive breast cancer.Ruoxi Hong Wen Xia Liye Wang Kaping Lee Qianyi Lu Kuikui Jiang Shengfeng Li Jinquan Yu Jin Wei Weijia Tang Danyang Zhou Xin An Jiajia Huang Cong Xue Xiwen Bi Yanxia Shi Zhongyu Yuan Fei Xu Shusen Wang 2021Cancer Communications2021,41,2:2

20Joint Effects of Heat Stress and PM_(2.5) Exposure on Glucose Metabolism and Hepatic Insulin Signaling显示文摘Background:Heatwave events occur more frequently,accompanied by a significant increase in the ambient concentration of fine particulate matter(PM 2.5).Epidemiological and experimental studies have suggested that heat stress or PM 2.5 exposure would impair glucose homeostasis and insulin sensitivity.Objective:To explore the joint effects of heat stress and PM 2.5 exposure on glucose metabolism and hepatic insulin pathway.Methods:C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into filtered air(FA)group,fine particulate matter(PM)group,filtered air combined with heat stress(FH)group,and PM combined with heat stress(PH)group.Mice were exposed to PM for a total of 6 weeks,and heat stress combined with PM exposure was applied at the 5th and 6th weeks via a whole-body exposure system.Systemic glucose homeostasis,insulin sensitivity,and circulating inflammatory cytokines were examined.HSP72 expression and insulin signaling in the liver were measured.Results:Glucose tolerance and insulin sensitivity were impaired in response to heat stress,accompanied by less-ened hepatic GLUT2 expression and inhibited insulin signaling pathway.No synergistic effects of heat stress and PM 2.5 exposure on glucose homeostasis were observed,while heat-upregulated HSP72 expression was attenuated with accumulated TNF��induced by further PM 2.5 exposure.Conclusion:Heat stress combined with PM 2.5 exposure induced TNF��,which could inhibit heat-elevated hepatic HSP72 expression.Elevated circulating TNF��impaired hepatic insulin signaling and GLUT2 expression.Then,glucose homeostasis was perturbed,and insulin action was impaired.Weijia Gu Ziwei Cai Ruiqing Wang Mianhua Zhong Lung-Chi Chen Lu Zhang Rucheng Chen Ran Li Li Qin Qinghua Sun Cuiqing Liu 2023Clinical Complementary Medicine and Pharmacology2023,3,2:0
