3Liquid crystal-templated chiral nanomaterials: from chiral plasmonics to circularly polarized luminescence显示文摘Chiral nanomaterials with intrinsic chirality or spatial asymmetry at the nanoscale are currently in the limelight of both fundamental research and diverse important technological applications due to their unprecedented physicochemical characteristics such as intense light-matter interactions, enhanced circular dichroism, and strong circularly polarized luminescence. Herein, we provide a comprehensive overview of the state-of-the-art advances in liquid crystal-templated chiral nanomaterials. The chiroptical properties of chiral nanomaterials are touched, and their fundamental design principles and bottom-up synthesis strategies are discussed. Different chiral functional nanomaterials based on liquid-crystalline soft templates, including chiral plasmonic nanomaterials and chiral luminescent nanomaterials, are systematically introduced, and their underlying mechanisms, properties, and potential applications are emphasized. This review concludes with a perspective on the emerging applications, challenges, and future opportunities of such fascinating chiral nanomaterials. 4New flame retardant epoxy resins based on cyclophosphazene-derived curing agents显示文摘To obtain high-efficiency flame retardancy of epoxy resins,a cyclophosphazene derivative tri-(ohenylenediamino)cyclotriphosphazene(3 ACP)was successfully synthesized and used as a curing agent for the thermosetting of an epoxy resin system.The flame retardant properties,thermal stability,and pyrolysis mechanism of the resultant thermosets were investigated in detail.The experiments indicated that the synthesized thermoset achieved a UL-94 V-0 rate under a vertical burning test as well as a limiting oxygen index(LOI)of 29.2%,which was able to reach V-0 even when a small amount of 3 ACP was incorporated.Scanning electronic microscopic observation demonstrated that the char residue of the thermosets was extremely expanded after the vertical flame test.Thermal analysis showed that the samples had a lower initial decomposition temperature when 3 ACP was introduced into the epoxy resin systems.This indicates that the carbonization ability of the thermosets was significantly improved at elevated temperatures.In addition,the incorporation of 3 ACP can effectively suppress the release of combustible gases during the pyrolysis process,and the decomposition of E-44/DDS-3 ACP curing systems also promotes the formation of polyphosphoramides charred layer in the condensed phase.The investigation on the chemical structures of both the gaseous and condensed phase pyrolysis process confirmed the flame-retardant mechanism of the 3 ACP-cured epoxy resins.Therefore,the nonflammable halogen-free epoxy resin developed in this study has potential applications in electric and electronic fields for environment protection and human health.Zhenwei Miao Dongpeng Yan Xiaodong Wang Xinfang Zhang Wenqi Zhou Munan Qiu Fan Yang Zhanpeng Wu 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,8:3

7Efficient transfer and expression of human clotting factor IX cDNA in neonatal hemophilia B mice mediated by VSV-G pseudotyped retrovi-rus显示文摘The feasibility of in vivo gene therapy for hemophilia B by VSV-G pseudotyped retroviral vector was introduced. The novel packaging cell line 293GPG was used to produce VSV-G/G1NaBAIX pseudotyped virus with the highest liters up to 8.5×108cfu .mL-1. In contrast to the conventional retrovirus, VSV-G pseudotyped virus was more resistant to inactivation by serum complements (P<0.001). Our results also demonstrated that VSV-G pseudotyped virus was more stable in neonatal mice serum than in adult mice serum (P<0.01). After intraperitoneal injection of different doses of virus, hFIX antigen was detected and lasted for more than 120 d, the highest level reached (72.5+6.1) ng- mL11. Moreover, the functional activity was improved to some extent in all hFIX-treated mice, the most remarkable improvement was observed in the mice treated with higher dose of virus whose clotting activity increased to (3.4±1.5)% and APTT (activated partial thromboplastin time) reduced to (43.2±7.2) s. 8Tracking Your Browser with High-Performance Browser Fingerprint Recognition Model显示文摘As the cyber security has attracted great attention in recent years,and with all kinds of tools’(such as Network Agent,VPN and so on)help,traditional methods of tracking users like log analysis and cookie have been not that effective.Especially for some privacy sensitive users who changed their browser configuration frequently to hide themselves.The Browser Fingerprinting technology proposed by Electronic Frontier Foundation(EFF)gives a new approach of tracking users,and then our team designed an enhanced fingerprint dealing solution based on browser fingerprinting technology.Our enhanced solution plays well in recognizing the similar fingerprints,but it is not that efficient.Nowadays we improve the algorithm and propose a high-performance,efficient Browser Fingerprint Recognition Model.Our new model reforms the fingerprint items set by EFF and propose a Fingerprint Tracking Algorithm(FTA)to deal with collected data.It can associate users with some browser configuration changes in different periods of time quickly and precisely.Through testing with the experimental website built on the public network,we prove the high-performance and efficiency of our algorithm with a 20%time-consuming decrease than ever.Wei Jiang Xiaoxi Wang Xinfang Song Qixu Liu Xiaofeng Liu 2020China Communications2020,17,3:2
9Patterns of leaf N:P stoichiometry along climatic gradients in sandy region, north of China显示文摘Aims Biological and environmental factors determine geographic patterns of plant nutrient stoichiometry jointly.Unraveling the distribution pattern and the potential drivers of nutrient stoichiometry is therefore critical for understanding the adaptive strategies and biogeochem-istry cycling.Aimed to determine how leaf nitrogen(N):phosphorus(P)stoichiometry is linked to biological and environmental factors,we investigated the patterns of psammophyte leaf N:P stoichiometry in sandy region,northern China,and the potential factors affecting leaf N:P stoichiometry were explored.Methods Based on 10 m×10 m quadrates survey,the leaves of 352 dominant psammophyte samples belonging to 167 species were collected cross a 3000 km east-west transect in sandy environments,north-ern China.The samples were further classified into the following groups on the basis of plant life forms and functional groups(pho-tosynthesis pathways and nitrogen fixation).The structural equation modeling was employed to clarify the importance of biological and environmental factors on leaf N:P stoichiometry.Important Findings Generally,the higher leaf N and P concentrations,but lower N:P ratio were found in psammophyte compared with other ecosystems.Mean annual temperature(MAT)influenced the leaf N,P concentra-tions negatively,while mean annual precipitation(MAP)did posi-tively.MAP played greater influence on leaf N,P concentrations than MAT did.MAP affected leaf N,P concentrations directly or indirectly through phylogeny,while MAT only shown direct effect on leaf N concentration.The psammophyte was more limited by N,rather P,in sandy region of northern China.These results suggest that phylogeny of psammophyte and climate jointly influence leaf N:P stoichiometry,and the results could be helpful in modeling bio-geochemical nutrients cycling in vulnerable ecosystems like sandy environment.Lifang Zhang Lilong Wang Wenliang He Xinfang Zhang Lizhe An Shijian Xu 2018Journal of Plant Ecology2018,11,2:2

19The ubiquitin ligase Pelil inhibits ICOS and thereby Tfh-mediated immunity显示文摘T follicular helper(Tfh)cells are crucial for regulating autoimmune inflammation and protective immunity against viral infection.However,the molecular mechanism controlling Tfh cell differentiation is poorly understood.Here,through two mixed bone marrow chimeric experiments,we identified Peli1,a T cell-enriched E3 ubiquitin ligase,as an intrinsic regulator that inhibits Tfh cell differentiation.Peli1 deficiency significantly promoted c-Rel-mediated inducible T-cell costimulator(ICOS)expression,and PELI1 mRNA expression was negatively associated with ICOS expression on human CD4^(+)T cells.Mechanistically,increased ICOS expression on Peli1-KO CD4^(+)T cells enhanced the activation of PI3K-AKT signaling and thus suppressed the expression of Klf2,a transcription factor that inhibits Tfh differentiation.Therefore,reconstitution of Klf2 abolished the differences in Tfh differentiation and germinal center reaction between WT and Peli1-KO cells.As a consequence,Peli1-deficient CD4^(+)T cells promoted lupus-like autoimmunity but protected against H1N1 influenza virus infection in mouse models.Collectively,our findings established Peli1 as a critical negative regulator of Tfh differentiation and indicated that targeting Peli1 may have beneficial therapeutic effects in Tfhrelated autoimmunity or infectious diseases.Xinfang Huang Shumeng Hao Junli Liu Yuanyuan Huang Manman Liu Chunyuan Xiao Yan Wang Siyu Pei Tao Yu Jing Xu Haikun Wang Dongfang Dai Xiao Su Yichuan Xiao 2021Cellular & Molecular Immunology2021,18,4:1
