Both experimentalgroups were detected by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI),digital subtraction angiography (DSA) and morphologic assay.RESULTS: Hypointensity on T1WI and homogenous highsignal intensity on T2WI in MRI, and ring-like abnormal stainon DSA were found in implanted cancer. Induced cancersappeared as homogeneous or heterogeneous hypointensityon T1WI (10 cases), and equal or slight high intensity onT2WI (8 cases), but some as hypointensity on T2WI (2 cases).CONCLUSION: The imaging features of implanted cancerswere similar to that of human liver metastases. | 3 | Endoscopic management of biliary complications after orthotopic liver transplantation显示文摘BACKGROUND: Biliary complications are a serious problem in patients after liver transplantation and often require reoperation. This study was conducted to summarize the endoscopic diagnosis and management of biliary complications after orthotopic liver transplantation (OLT). METHODS: From December 2000 to November 2003, twelve endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatographies(ERCPs) were performed in 7 patients after OLT at Digestive Endoscopic Center of Changhai Hospital in Shanghai, China. The therapeutic maneuvers included endoscopic sphincterotomy (EST), biliary stent placement, balloon and basket extraction, irrigation, and nasobiliary tube placement. A retrospective study was made to determine the types of biliary tract complications after OLT. The success of ERCP and therapeutic maneuvers was also evaluated. RESULTS: Biliary tract complications including biliary stricture, biliary leak, biliary sludge, and stump leak of the cyst duct were treated respectively by endoscopic sphincterotomy with sludge extraction, stricture dilation or endoscopic retrograde biliary drainage. Two of the 3 patients with proximal common bile duct stricture were successfully treated with ERCP and stent placement. Four patients with anastomotic stricture and/without bile leak were treated successfully by dilation and stent placement or endoscopic nosobiliary drainage. No severe ERCP-related complications occurred. | 4 | Ultraselective carbon molecular sieve membrane for hydrogen purification显示文摘Hydrogen is a green clean fuel and chemical feedstock. Its separation and purification from hydrogencontaining mixtures is the key step in the production of hydrogen with high purity(>99.99%). In this work, carbon molecular sieve(CMS) membranes with ultrahigh permselectivity for hydrogen purification were fabricated by high-temperature(700–900 ℃) pyrolysis of polymeric precursor of phenolphthaleinbased cardo poly(arylene ether ketone)(PEK-C). The evolution of the microstructural texture and ultramicroporous structure and gas separation performance of the CMS membrane were characterized via TG-MS, FT-IR, XRD, TEM, CO2 sorption analysis and gas permeation measurements. CMS membranes prepared at 700 ℃ exhibited amorphous turbostratic carbon structures and high H2 permeability of 5260 Barrer with H2/CH4, H2/N2 and H2/CO selectivities of 311, 142, 75, respectively. When carbonized at900 ℃, the CMS membrane with ultrahigh H2/CH4 selectivity of 1859 was derived owing to the formation of the dense and ordered carbon structure. | 7 | Coupling Relationship Analysis on Households′ Production Behaviors and Their Influencing Factors in Nature Reserves:A Structural Equation Model显示文摘A households′production behavior directly influences the quality of the environment and determines the successful development of nature reserves.Meanwhile,the households′production behaviors are complicated by interrelated factors,such as protection attitudes,resource endowment,and family wealth.This research evaluated households near the Crested Ibis National Nature Reserve in Shaanxi Province,acquiring data from 436 households around Yang County and Ningshan County in the south slope of Qinling Mountains,China.Based on the collected data,we developed a structural equation model to evaluate the coupling relationships among households′ protection attitudes,production behaviors,resource endowment,and family wealth.The results showed that:1) households with great resource endowment had more negative attitudes,probably due to their greater protection costs;2) the households with higher education levels had worse protection attitudes;3) the households with more family wealth were likely to use fewer fertilizers,pesticides,and firewood;4) the households with more resource endowment showed less production and management behaviors;5) the enhancement of households' attitudes improved production behaviors to protection the environment,but the effects were not statistically significant.Our results provide a basis for the government's protection policy making,exploring the effective management measures that are beneficial for both nature reserve management and community development. | WANG Changhai WEN Yali DUAN Wei HAN Feng | 2013 | Chinese Geographical Science2013,23,4: | 6 |

Subsequently, g-C_3N_4 film was hydrothermally grown on TNTAs via the hydrogen-bonded cyanuric acid melamine supramolecular complex. | 10 | Effects of Changtai granules, a traditional compound Chinese medicine, on chronic trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid-induced colitis in rats显示文摘AIM: To study the effects of Changtai granules (CTG), a traditional compound Chinese medicine, on chronic trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid-induced colitis in rats. METHODS: Healthy adult Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats of both sexes, weighing 250-300 g, were employed in the present study. The rat colitis models were induced by 2, 4,6-trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid (TNBS) enemas at a concentration of 100 mg/kg in 50% ethanol. The experimental animals were randomly divided into dexamethasone (DX) treatment, CTG treatment, and model control groups, which were intracolicly treated daily with DX (0.2 mg/kg), CTG at doses of 2.9, 5.7 and 11.4 g crude drug/kg, and the equal amount of saline respectively from 6 h following induction of the colitis in rats inflicted with TNBS to the end of study. A normal control group of rats treated without TNBS but saline enema was also included in the study. After 3 wk of treatment, the animals were assessed for colonal inflammatory and ulcerative responses with respect to mortality, frequency of diarrhea, histology and myeloperoxidase activity (MPO).RESULTS: The therapeutic effect of CTG on ulcerative colitis (UC) was better than DX. CTG effectively inhibited the activity of granulocytes, macrophages and monocytes in a dosedependent manner. Also it reduced MPO and formation of inflammation in colonic mucosal tissue. | 11 | Tectonic Evolution of Southeast Central Asian Orogenic Belt: Evidence from Geochronological Data and Paleontology of the Early Paleozoic Deposits in Inner Mongolia显示文摘In this study, we present detrital zircon U-Pb dating and paleontological data for the newly identified Ayadeng Formation in the northern margin of the North China Block(NCB) and Xibiehe Formation(molasse) in the Bainaimiao arc belt(BAB), which could provide strong evidence indicating the affinity of the BAB and the evolution of the southeast Central Asian orogenic belt(CAOB). Zircon U-Pb data of siltstone samples and paleontological data indicate the Ayadeng Formation dates back to the Early Ordovician. Although its location is near the NCB, its zircon age spectra and paleontology share a closer affinity with those of Tarim and NE Gondwana, as the U-Pb data suggest an age range of 490–2 192 Ma(peak age=629, 788, 965 and 1 935 Ma), and similar gastropod fossils are found in Tarim and NE Gondwana. The U-Pb ages of meta-sandstone samples in the Xuniwusu Formation indicate a shared inheritance with the Ayadeng Formation(before 440 Ma), and the U-Pb ages of sandstone samples in the Xibiehe Formation are concentrated, with age peaks centered at ca. 420 Ma. Fossil corals occur in these two formations, and their age components also indicate a collisional setting. Therefore, it is speculated that the BAB drifted away from Tarim or NE Gondwana during the Ordovician and became attached to northern NCB between 440–420 Ma as an exotic terrane. First, the aforementioned passive localization problem is transferred to the DSMRTLS problem by deriving a multiplicative structure for both the observation matrix and the observation vector. Second, the corresponding optimization problem of the DSMRTLS problem without constraint is derived, which can be approximated as the generalized Rayleigh quotient minimization problem. Then, the localization solution which is globally optimal and asymptotically unbiased can be got by generalized eigenvalue decomposition. | 13 | Detrital Zircon U–Pb Geochronology and Provenance of Bayan Obo Group, Northern Margin of North China Craton: New Implications for the Position of NCC in Rodinia显示文摘The paleoposition of North China Craton in Rodinia has long been in controversial. This paper mainly focuses on the U-Pb geochronological studies of detrital zircons obtained from Bayan Obo Group exposed in the Shangdu area, Inner Mongolia, aiming to provide more information for interprating this problem. Based on the acquired data, this paper comes to the following conclusions. Firstly, the depositional age of Bayan Obo Group might be from Meso- to Neoproterozoic according to the zircons U-Pb dating results. The lower succession of this group, namely Dulahala and Jianshan formations deposited between 1800 and 1650 Ma. The Halahuogete and Bilute formations deposited between 1500 and 1350 Ma. For Baiyinbaolage and Hujiertu formations, their depositional age was 1250-900 Ma. Secondly, for the provenance of Bayan Obo Group, this paper believes detrital zircons with age of 2.51-2.71 Ga and 2.00-2.48 Ga were from Guyang, Xi Ulanbulang and Zhuozi area;the Khondalite Belt provided detrital zircons with age of 1.95-1.80 Ga;zircons with age of 1.60-1.75 Ga might come from granitic rocks in Miyun Area. The magmatism after 1.60 Ga was rarely recorded in the NCC, therefore those zircons with ages younger than 1.60 Ga might come from outside of NCC. The magmatism with the same age existed in Baltic, Amazonia and Laurentia. Based on previous paleomagnetic researches, this paper proposes that NCC might receive detritus from Baltic during 1560-1350 Ma and had affinity with Laurentia and Amazonia at ~0.9 Ga in Rodinia. | 14 | Highly stable and selective Ru/NiFe2O4 catalysts for transfer hydrogenation of biomass-derived furfural to 2-methylfuran显示文摘Spinel ferrites NiFe_2O_4 supported Ru catalysts have been prepared via a simple sol–gel route and applied for converting biomass-derived furfural to 2-methylfuran. The as-prepared catalysts were characterized by thermogravimetric analysis(TG), N_2 adsorption–desorption, X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electronic microscopy(SEM), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS). Results showed that the catalysts had well-dispersed Ru active sites and large surface area for calcination temperature ranging from 300 to 500 ℃. The conversion of biomass-derived furfural into 2-methylfuran was conducted over Ru/NiFe_2O_4 through catalytic transfer hydrogenation in liquid-phase with 2-propanol as the hydrogen source. A significantly enhanced activity and increased 2-methylfuran yield have been achieved in this study. Under mild conditions(180 ℃ and 2.1 MPa N_2), the conversion of furfural exceeds 97% and 2-methylfuran yield was up to 83% over the catalyst containing 8 wt% Ru. After five repeated uses, the catalytic activity and the corresponding product yield remained almost unchanged. | 15 | Multi-dimensional overall regulatory modes and threshold values for water cycle of the Haihe River Basin显示文摘In this study, a multi-dimensional critical regulatory criteria and decision-making mechanism based on the scientific cognition of multi-dimensional attributes and characteristics of the water cycle was proposed. This system was functioned by deeply discriminating the nature-society binary characteristics of the five-dimensional characteristics of the water cycle system of the Haihe River Basin (water resources, economy, society, ecology, and environment) under the influence of high-intensity human activities and hydrological changes and by analyzing the organic interactive relationships between the five dimensions and their overall effect on the water cycle. A GDP calculation model was constructed in this study by adjusting the water environment for water resources, after which five-dimensional normalization objective functions were established for multi-objective analysis to carry out trade-off analysis of multi-dimensional regulatory indexes. In addition, synergetic theory, entropy theory and dissipation structure theory were introduced to construct an evaluation model for multi-dimensional regulatory schemes. A water cycle multi-dimensional critical overall regulatory model system was also established. This system consisted of a multi-objective macroeconomic model (DAMOS), water resource allocation model based on rules (ROWAS), evaluation model for WEDP (EMW) and multi-dimensional regulatory scheme evaluation model (SEAMUR) as the main body. | 18 | Preliminary experimental results by the prototype of Sanya Incoherent Scatter Radar显示文摘In the past decades,the Incoherent Scatter Radar(ISR)has been demonstrated to be one of the most powerful instruments for ionosphere monitoring.The Institute of Geology and Geophysics at the Chinese Academy of Sciences was founded to build a state-ofthe-art phased-array ISR at Sanya(18.3°N,109.6°E),a low-latitude station on Hainan Island,named the Sanya ISR(SYISR).As a first step,a prototype radar system consisting of eight subarrays(SYISR-8)was built to reduce the technical risk of producing the entire large array.In this work,we have summarized the preliminary experimental results based on the SYISR-8.The amplitude and phase among 256 channels were first calibrated through an embedded internal monitoring network.The mean oscillation of the amplitude and phase after calibration were about 1 dB and 5°,respectively,which met the basic requirements.The beam directivity was confirmed by crossing screen of the International Space Station.The SYISR-8 was further used to detect the tropospheric wind profile and meteors.The derived winds were evaluated by comparison with independent radiosonde and balloon-based GPS measurements.The SYISR-8 was able to observe several typical meteor echoes,such as the meteor head echo,range-spread trail echo,and specular trail echo.These results confirmed the validity and reliability of the SYISR-8 system,thereby reducing the technical risk of producing the entire large array of the SYISR to some extent. | XinAn Yue WeiXing Wan Han Xiao LingQi Zeng ChangHai Ke BaiQi Ning Feng Ding BiQiang Zhao Lin Jin Chen Li MingYuan Li JunYi Wang HongLian Hao Ning Zhang | 2020 | Earth and Planetary Physics2020,4,6: | 3 |
| 19 | 腹主动脉瘤发病机理的实验研究 Ⅱ.基质金属蛋白酶-9在大鼠腹主动脉瘤模型中的动态表达显示文摘目的 :检测MMP 9在大鼠正常动脉及动脉瘤模型组织中的动态表达 ,以探讨其在腹主动脉瘤发病机制中的作用。方法 :Wistar大鼠 5 4只 ,随机均分为 1组正常对照组、4组灌注对照组和 4组实验组。实验组腹主动脉灌注弹力蛋白酶 (2 5U ml) 2ml,灌注对照组灌注生理盐水 2ml,分别于术前、术后即刻、2d、7d、14d测量腹主动脉直径 ,并采用免疫组织化学和分子原位杂交技术动态检测腹主动脉组织中MMP 9的表达。结果 :正常及灌注对照组腹主动脉组织中均未发现MMP 9,而实验组弹力蛋白酶灌注后2~ 14dMMP 9均有不同程度升高 ,第 7d达到高峰 ,第 14d有所回落。结论 :MMP 9分泌的增加可能与炎症反应有关 ,且为腹主动脉瘤形成中不可或缺的一步。 | WANG Hao,JING Zai ping,Institute of Vascular Surgery of PLA,Department of Vascular Surgery,Changhai Hospital,The Second Military Medical University(Shanghai 200433,China) | 2002 | 中国现代普通外科进展2002,5,4: | 3 |
| 20 | Exergy Analysis of Electric Vehicle Heat Pump Air Conditioning System with Battery Thermal Management System显示文摘The exergy analysis of an electric vehicle heat pump air conditioning system(HPACS) with battery thermal management system was carried out by studying the exergy loss of each component. The results indicate that the compressor is the main source of system exergy loss in all operation conditions. The exergy loss distribution of HPACS is almost the same when the battery thermal management system integrated into the HPACS in cabin and battery mixed cooling mode and the system exergy loss was linearly related to the compressor speed in cooling modes. The performance of the HPACS is better than that of the positive temperature coefficient(PTC) heater in cabin heating mode. The degree of exergy efficiency improvement of the alternative mode was discussed at all operation conditions in cabin heating mode.
