1影响颅内动脉瘤破裂风险的患者个体特征(英文)显示文摘BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE Knowledge about risk factors contributes to understanding the pathophysiological mechanisms that cause intracranial aneurysm rupture and helps to develop possible treatment strategies.We aimed to study lifestyle and personal characteristics as risk factors for the rupture of intracranial aneurysms.METHODS We performed a case-control study with 250 patients with an aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage and 206 patients with an unruptured intracranial aneurysm.All patients with an aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage and patients with a unruptured intracranial aneurysm were asked to fill in a structured questionnaire about their lifestyle and medical history.For patients with an unruptured intracranial aneurysm,we also collected data on the indication for imaging.With logistic regression analysis,we identified independent risk factors for aneurysmal rupture.RESULTS Reasons for imaging in patients with an unruptured intracranial aneurysm were atherosclerotic disease(23%),positive family history(18%),headache(8%),preventive screening(3%),and other(46%).Factors that increased risk for aneurysmal rupture were smoking(odds ratio,1.9;95% confidence interval,1.2-3.0) and migraine(2.4;1.1-5.1);hypercholesterolemia decreased this risk(0.4;0.2-1.0),whereas a history of hypertension did not independently influence the risk.CONCLUSIONS Smoking,migraine and,inversely,hypercholesterolemia are independent risk factors for aneurysmal rupture.Data from the questionnaire are insufficient to conclude whether hypercholesterolemia or its treatment with statins exerts a risk-reducing effect.The pathophysiological mechanisms through which smoking and migraine increase the risk of aneurysmal rupture should be investigated in further studies.Although a history of hypertension does not increase risk of rupture,a sudden rise in blood pressure might still trigger aneurysmal rupture.Vlak MH Rinkel GJ Greebe P Algra A 2013中华神经外科疾病研究杂志2013,12,3:17
2甜菜夜蛾核多角体病毒在离体细胞中连续传代时重复DNA片段的产生和分析显示文摘野生型甜菜夜蛾核多角体病毒 (SeMNPV)US1分离株 (SeUS1 )通过空斑法纯化 ,PCR、长片段PCR和限制性内切酶分析筛选和鉴定 ,获得一株基因型较为均一且具完整基因组的克隆株 ,命名为Se 4。Se 4在其宿主细胞系Se3 0 1中无稀释连续传代至 1 0代 ,各代被感染细胞中的病毒DNA经限制性内切酶分析 ,发现在第 7代时病毒基因组中出现了一条新增的 3 .5kb片段 ,随着代数的增加 ,该片段的摩尔量逐渐增加 ,在第 1 0代时已成为超摩尔带 ,推测该片段为SeMNPVDNA复制的顺式作用元件。序列分析表明 ,该片段覆盖了SeMNPV 81 0 1 4~ 845 3 8nt共 3 5 2 5bp的序列 ,包含被预测为杆状病毒的DNA复制原点的non hr区域以及一些SeMNPV特有的ORF。研究结果为核多角体病毒II组的non杨凯 PIJL MAN Gorben 于湄 VLAK Just 庞义 2002生物化学与生物物理学报2002,34,5:4
3棉铃虫单核衣壳核多角体病毒组织蛋白酶基因的序列分析和进化研究显示文摘对棉铃虫单核衣壳核多角体病毒 (HaSNPV)的组织蛋白酶 (ν cath)基因进行了序列分析 ,此基因编码区长 10 98bp ,预计编码一个 36 6个氨基酸的蛋白产物。序列分析表明 ,HaSNPV的V CATH蛋白与其它杆状病毒的同源蛋白具有相似的保守结构并保留有相同的酶活性位点 ,根据已知的杆状病毒组织蛋白酶序列构建了ν cath基因的进化树 ,发现HaSNPV的ν cath位于NPV组中一个单独的分枝 ,结合ν cath基因在棉铃虫病毒基因组中的位置与其它NPV有较大不同 ,推测HaSNPV的ν cath基因可能拥有特殊的进化历程。刘岚 陈新文 孙修炼 Hilary Lauzon Just M. 4Encyclopedia of Autographa californica Nucleopolyhedrovirus Genes显示文摘The Autographa californica multiple capsid nucleopolyhedrovirus (AcMNPV) was the first baculovirus for which the complete nucleotide sequence became known. Since then 15 years lapsed and much research has been performed to elucidate putative functions of the annotated open reading frames of this virus and this endeavour is still ongoing. AcMNPV is the most well-known and well-studied baculovirus species, not in the least for its application as a vector for the high-level expression of foreign genes in insect cells. This article is the first monograph of a single baculovirus and gives a current overview of what is known about the 151 AcMNPV ORFs, including (putative) function and temporal and spatial presence of transcripts and protein. To date 60 ORFs have a proven function, another 19 ORFs have homologs for which functions are known in other baculoviruses and 72 ORFs are still enigmatic. 5甜菜夜蛾核多角体病毒基因组13.7~21.6m.u.区域的分析显示文摘甜菜夜蛾核多角体病毒(Spodopteraexiguamulticapsidnucleopolyhedrovirus,SeMNPV)基因组13 7~21 6m u 区域是SeMNPV的重组热点区。以SeMNPV美国分离株SeUS1为模板,长片段PCR对SeUS1的13 7~21 6m u 区域扩增,得到11 3kb,2 0kb和0 7kb3个片段。对照已发表的SeMNPV基因组序列,11 3kb片段是具完整SeMNPV序列基因型的产物,2 0kb和0 7kb片段表明SeUS1中还存在两种缺失突变株。对2 0kb和0 7kb片段的序列分析揭示了这两株突变株在缺失部位的DNA一级结构。对三株重组SeMNPV病毒(SeXD1、SeXD2和SeXD3)的分析发现,它们和野生型病毒SeUS1中的一个基因型一样,均缺失了SeMNPVnt18513~29105之间长10593bp的片段,暗示SeUS1中一株自发形成的缺失突变体在离体细胞中具有复制优势。将该片段基因排列与其它10种基因组序列已测定的杆状病毒比较,发现两个在GroupⅡNPVs中保守的基因簇。最大简约性法对部分基因的系统发育分析表明,缺失片段中某些基因可能存在于杆状病毒分化之前的病毒基因组中。杨凯 代小江 彭亚玲 VLAK Just 庞义 2003中山大学学报(自然科学版)2003,42,5:2
