1Grain boundary engineering with nano-scale InSb producing high performance In_(x)Ce_(y)Co_(4)Sb_(12+z)skutterudite thermoelectrics显示文摘Thermoelectric semiconductors based on CoSb_(3)hold the best promise for recovering industrial or automotive waste heat because of their high efficiency and relatively abundant,lead-free constituent elements.However,higher efficiency is needed before thermoelectrics reach economic viability for widespread use.In this study,n-type In_(x)Ce_(y)Co_(4)Sb_(12+z)skutterudites with high thermoelectric performance are produced by combining several phonon scattering mechanisms in a panoscopic synthesis.Using melt spinning followed by spark plasma sintering(MS-SPS),bulk In_(x)Ce_(y)Co_(4)Sb_(12+z)alloys are formed with grain boundaries decorated with nano-phase of InSb.The skutterudite matrix has grains on a scale of 100-200 nm and the InSb nano-phase with a typical size of 5e15 nm is evenly dispersed at the grain boundaries of the skutterudite matrix.Coupled with the presence of defects on the Sb sublattice,this multi-scale nanometer structure is exceptionally effective in scattering phonons and,therefore,InxCey-Co_(4)Sb_(12)/InSb nano-composites have very low lattice thermal conductivity and high zT values reaching in excess of 1.5 at 800 K.Han Li Xianli Su Xinfeng Tang Qingjie Zhang Ctirad Uher G.Jeffrey Snyder Umut Aydemir 2017Journal of Materiomics2017,3,4:7
2Realization of non-equilibrium process for high thermoelectric performance Sb-doped Ge Te显示文摘Pristine GeTe shows inferior thermoelectric performance around unit due to the large carrier concentration induced by the presence of intrinsic high concentration of Ge vacancy. In this study, we report a thermoelectric figure of merit ZT of 1.56 at 700 K, realized in Sb-doped GeTe based thermoelectric(TE)materials via combined effect of suppression of intrinsic Ge vacancy and Sb doping. The nonequilibrium nature during melt spinning process plays very important role. For one thing, it promotes the homogeneity in Ge_(1-x)Sb_xTe samples and refines the grain size of the product. Moreover the persistent Ge precipitated as impurity phase in the traditional synthesis process is found to be dissolved back into the GeTe sublattice, accompanying with a drastic suppression of Ge vacancies concentration which in combination with Sb electron doping significantly reduced the inherent carrier concentration in GeTe.Low carrier concentration, approaching the optimum carrier concentration ~3.74 × 10^(-20) cm^(-3) and a high power factor of 4.01 × 10^(-3) W m^(-1)K^(-2) at 750 K are achieved for Ge_(0.98)Sb_(0.02) Te sample. In addition,the enhanced grain boundary phonon scattering by refining the grain size through melt spinning(MS)process, coupled with the intensified alloying phonon scattering via Sb doping leads to low thermal conductivity of 1.53 W m^(-1) K^(-1) at 700 K for Ge_(0.94) Sb_(0.06) Te sample. 3Tumor-homing peptide-based NIR-II probes for targeted spontaneous breast tumor imaging显示文摘Fluorescence imaging in the second near-infrared window(NIR-Ⅱ,1000-1700 nm)is a promising modality for real-time imaging of cancer and image-guided surgery with superior in vivo optical properties.So far,very few NIR-Ⅱfluorophores have been reported for in vivo biomedical imaging of chemically-induced spontaneous breast carcinoma.Herein,a NIR-Ⅱfluorescent probe CH1055-F3 with the nucleolin-targeted tumor-homing peptide F3 was demonstrated to prefe rentially accumulate in 4 T1 tumors.More importantly,CH1055-F3 exhibited specific NIR-Ⅱsignals with high spatial and temporal resolution,strong tumor uptake,and remarkable NIR-Ⅱimage-guided surgery in dimethylbenzanthracene(DMBA)-induced spontaneous breast tumor rats.This report presents the first tumor-homing peptide-based NIR-Ⅱprobe to diagnose transplantable and spontaneous breast tumors by the active targeting.Hui Zhou Shanshan Li Xiaodong Zeng Mengxian Zhang Lin Tang Qianqian Li Deliang Chen Xianli Meng Xuechuan Hong 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,6:6
4Deformation analysis of transversely isotropic coal-rock mass with porous and cracks显示文摘Coal-rock as a typical sedimentary rock has obvious stratification,namely it has transversely isotropic feature.Meanwhile,deformation leads to coal-rock mass having the characteristics of different porous and crack structures as well as local anisotropy.Equivalent axial and circumferential strain' formulas of the pure coal-rock mass specimen with a single crack were derived through the establishment of equivalent mechanical model of standard cylindrical coal-rock specimen,and have been widely used to a variety of media combined different structures containing multiple cracks.The complete stress strain curve of a real coal-rock specimen was obtained by the CTC test.Additionally,according to the comparison with the theoretical value,the theoretical mechanical model could well explain the deformation characteristics of coal-rock mass and verify its validity.Further,following features were analyzed:strain normalized coefficient and elastic modulus(Poisson's ratio) in vertical and parallel direction to the stratification,stratification angle,porosity,pore radius,normal and tangential stiffness of crack,and the relationship of different crack width with different tangential stiffness of crack.Through the analysis above,it substantiate this claim that the theoretical model with better reliability reflects the transversely isotropic nature of the coal-rock and the local anisotropy caused by the porous and cracks.Xue Dongjie Zhou Hongwei Kong Lin Tang Xianli Zhao Tian Yi Haiyang Zhao Yufeng 2012International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2012,22,6:3

7Tamsulosin as medical expulsive therapy for lower ureterolithiasis:A meta-analysis显示文摘Objective: To review the evidence for tamsulosin as medical expulsive therapy in enhancing the effectiveness of distal ureteral stone clearance rate. Methods: We searched Pubmed/Medline, Embase, CBM and the Cochrane Library up to October 2011. All randomized controlled trials in which tamsulosin was evaluated with distal ureterolithiasis were eligible for the analysis. Outcome measure assessed was stone clearance rate. Two authors independently assessed study quality and extracted data. All data were analyzed using RevMan 5.1. Results: Thirteen studies involving 1067 participants met the inclusion criteria. Study duration ranged from 7 to 42 d. The pooled analysis showed an improvement of 41% in stone clearance rate of tamsulosin as medical expulsive therapy for distal ureteral calculi (RR=1.41, 95% CI=1.18 to 1.70). As China has a large rural population,increasing rural residents' income and expanding their consumer demand is becoming the pinnacle of expanding domestic demand. The urban residents have good conditions than more countryside dwellers.
