1Recent Progress of Marine Geographic Information System in China:A Review for 2006-2010显示文摘In this article,the progress of marine geographic information system(MGIS) in China during 2006?2010 is reviewed with emphases on generic MGIS,advanced MGIS and MGIS-based applications.Generic MGIS can be divided into two categories:data-oriented MGIS and user-oriented MGIS,recent achievements of which by Chinese researchers are summarized respectively.Advanced MGIS mainly involves the establishment of 3D virtual marine environment and 'Digital Ocean'.An overview of the 3D MGIS based simulations in the context of ocean phenomena,ocean engineering and ocean battlefield is also presented.Several sug-gestions for future development of MGIS in China are proposed,and trends of development are addressed.CHEN Ge LI Wenqing KONG Qianqian LIU Shouxin LV Chongjing TIAN Fenglin 2012Journal of Ocean University of China2012,11,1:7

4Effects of Operation Conditions on Service Life of Ladle Lining显示文摘Effects of operation conditions such as ladle temperature, remaining time of molten steel,slag basicity,slag oxidation,slag viscosity,vacuum treatment,ultra-high temperature,gas blowing and stirring,intermittent operation ,and different refining equipment on service life of ladle lining refractories were researched.The following conclusions are drawn;(1) molten steel temperature rising, remaining time prolonging,slag oxidation ability enhancing,slag viscosity and basicity decreasing can accelerate the corrosion of ladle lining;(2) ultra-high temperature and vacuum treatment of ladle not only accelerate the fusion corrosion of ladle lining,but also make the carbon containing refractories react forming gases leading to more corrosion,so carbon containing refractories are not suitable for the smelting conditions of long term vacuum treatment and ultra-high temperature,especially carbon containing refractories added with conventional additives such as Al and Si powders;(3 ) argon blowing does not accelerate the corrosion of ladle lining obviously,but oxygen blowing does;(4) the corrosion degree of refractories varies with the refining equipment,and the service life of ladle lining decreases according to a certain proportion with the refining ratio increasing.TIAN Shouxin YU Yanwen 2013China's Refractories2013,22,1:0
5Properties,Performance and Quality Control of Recycled MgO-C Bricks显示文摘Properties, section structure and service results of recycled MgO-C bricks and new MgO-C bricks for ladle slag line of Baosteel were analyzed and compared, and the measures of improving stability and quality of recycled MgO-C bricks were summarized. The results show that: (1) High quality recycled MgO-C materials can be produced by scientific, meticulous and strict management for every process such as dismantling furnace, selection, removing impurity and slag, stacking and homogenization; (2) Using high quality recycled materials and reasonable production technique, recycled MgO-C bricks with better properties and service efficiency than those of new MgO-C brick can be produced; (3) Service efficiency of recycled MgO-C bricks is good because of its high density, good oxidation resistance and reasonable structure.TIAN Shouxin YAO Jinfu WANG Jing YU Xingguo YU Lingyan 2008China's Refractories2008,17,3:0
6Effect of Additives on Properties of MgO-ZrO_2-C Material显示文摘The paper describes the effect of additives Al, Si,SiC and B4 C on the expansion of MgO-ZrO2-C material after being coked . The results indicate that Al and Si can not increase its hot and cold strength. Al and Si were oxidized to form Al2 O3 and SiO2 respectively, and then reacted with CaZrO3 or stabilizer in c-ZrO2 to form calcium aluminate , spinel ( MA ), dicalcium silicate ( C2 S ) and forsterite (M2S). Meanwhile, α-C2S was transformed to γ-C2S and c-ZrO2 to m-ZrO2 when temperature changed.All the above reactions resulted in the decrease of the amount of Al4 C3 and SiC and the increase in bulk volume ,which caused the structure of MgO-ZrO2-C material destroyed. Hence, contrary to the MgO-C material, when adding Al. and Si, the MgO-ZrO2-C material would be structurally deteriorated after heat-treatment and its strength and corrosion resistance decreased.TIAN Shouxin,LIU Shanlin and XIE Mengqin (Iron & Steel Institute, Baoshan Iron & Steel Group Co.
