| 1 | A Review on Graphene-Based Gas/Vapor Sensors with Unique Properties and Potential Applications显示文摘Graphene-based gas/vapor sensors have attracted much attention in recent years due to their variety of structures, unique sensing performances, room-temperature working conditions, and tremendous application prospects, etc.Herein, we summarize recent advantages in graphene preparation, sensor construction, and sensing properties of various graphene-based gas/vapor sensors, such as NH_3, NO_2, H_2, CO, SO_2, H_2S, as well as vapor of volatile organic compounds.The detection mechanisms pertaining to various gases are also discussed. In conclusion part, some existing problems which may hinder the sensor applications are presented. | 2 | LSECtin on tumor-associated macrophages enhances breast cancer sternness via interaction with its receptor BTN3A3显示文摘Macrophages have bee n suggested to con tribute to con structing a cancer stem cell(CSC)niche.However,whether and how macrophages regulate the activity of CSCs through juxtacrine signaling are poorly understood.Here we report LSECtin,a transmembrane protein highly expressed on tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs),enhances sternness of breast cancer cells(BCCs).We identified BTN3A3,a B7 family member with previously unknown functions as the receptor for LSECtin on BCCs responsible for stemness-promoting effect of LSECtin.In mice bearing human tumor xenografts,either macrophage-specific ablation of LSECtin or silencing of BTN3A3 in BCCs decreased CSC frequency and tumor growth.Admixture of LSECtin-positive macrophages increased the tumorigenic activity of BCCs dependent on BTN3A3.Disruption of the LSECtin-BTN3A3 axis with BTN3A3-Fc or anti-BTN3A3 mAb has a therapeutic effect on breast cancer.These findings define a juxtacrine signaling mechanism by which TAMs promote cancer stemness.Targeting this axis in the CSC niche may provide potential therapies to breast cancer. | Di Liu Qian Lu Xing Wang Jun Wang Ning Lu Zefei Jiang Xiaopeng Hao Jianbin Li Jing Liu Pengbo Cao Guilin Peng Yuandong Tao Dianyuan Zhao Fuchu He Li Tang | 2019 | Cell Research2019,29,5: | 8 |

| 5 | Determination of brominated diphenyl ethers in atmospheric particulate matter using selective pressurized liquid extraction and gas chromatography–mass spectrometry with a negative chemical ionization显示文摘This study describes the development and validation of a sensitive and reliable method for determination of polybrominated diphenyl ethers(PBDEs)in atmospheric particulate matter using selective pressurized liquid extraction(SPLE)and gas chromatography–mass spectrometry with a negative chemical ionization(GC-NCI-MS).Extraction and clean-up were performed using PLE with 2 g florisil and 3 g silica placed in the extraction cells.Under optimal conditions,14 PBDEs were extracted at 70°C using hexane/dichloromethane(50:50,v/v)as solvent.Validation of SPLE returned excellent recoveries for most analytes,with relative standard deviations mostly below20%.Method detection limits ranged from 0.13 to15.38 ngám L^(-1)for the GC-MS analyses.The method was successfully applied to atmospheric particulate matter of Beijing,where analytes were detected in the range of182.79 to 468.99 pgám^(-3). | Qian Zhang Yongxiao Wang Guilin Han Tao Liang | 2017 | Acta Geochimica2017,36,3: | 3 |
| 6 | Isothermal kinetic analysis on reduction of solid/liquid wustite by hydrogen显示文摘Isothermal thermogravimetric analysis was used to study the reduction process of solid/liquid wustite by hydrogen.Results show that wustite in both states can be reduced entirely at all temperatures.The thermal and kinetic conditions for the hydrogen reduction of molten phases are better than those when the reactants and products are in the solid state,with a higher reaction rate.The hydrogen reduction of different wustite phases fits the Mampel Power model(power exponent n=1/2)well,and this model is independent of the phase state.The average apparent activation energies of the reduction process calculated by the iso-conversional method are 5.85 kJ·mol^(−1) and 104.74 kJ·mol^(−1),when both reactants and products are in the solid state and the molten state,respectively.These values generally agree with those calculated by the model fitting method. | Jianliang Zhang Yang Li Zhengjian Liu Tengfei Wang Yaozu Wang Kejiang Li Guilin Wang Tao Xu Yong Zhang | 2022 | International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2022,29,10: | 2 |

| 8 | Variation of δ^(13)C in karst soil in Yaji Karst Experiment Site, Guilin显示文摘This study deals with δ13C variation in karst soil system of Yaji Karst Experiment Site, Guilin, a typical region of humid subtropical karst formations. Samples of near ground air, plant tissue, soil and water (soil solution and karst spring) were respectively collected on site in different seasons during 1996-1999. Considerable variation of δ13C values are not only found with different carbon pools of soil organic carbon, soil air CO2 and soil water HCO3-, but also with the soil depths and with different seasons during a year. The δ13C values of CO2 both of near ground air and soil air are lower in July than those in April by 1‰-4‰ PDB.
