1成人型梭行细胞横纹肌肉瘤高频发生MYOD1基因反式激活突变显示文摘习惯上将横纹肌肉瘤(RMS)分为以下3型,即腺泡状横纹肌肉瘤(ARMS)、胚胎型横纹肌肉瘤(ERMS)及多形性横纹肌肉瘤(PRMS),而ERMS中包括了梭形细胞RMS。在2013版的WHO软组织及骨肿瘤分类中,梭形细胞RMS已从ERMS中分离出来,其梭形细胞/硬化性RMS被列为一种独立的类型。迄今为止,成人梭形细胞RMS并未被检测到高频发生的基因突变。Szuhai K de Jong D Leung A Y 杨文婷(摘译) 余英豪(审校) 2014临床与实验病理学杂志2014,30,5:6
