1Role and mechanisms of action of escherichia coli nissle 1917 in the maintenance of remission in ulcerative colitis patients: an update显示文摘Ulcerative colitis(UC) is a chronic inflammatory disease, whose etiology is still unclear. Its pathogenesis involves an interaction between genetic factors, immune response and the 'forgotten organ', Gut Microbiota. Several studies have been conducted to assess the role of antibiotics and probiotics as additional or alternative therapies for Ulcerative Colitis. Escherichia coli Nissle(Ec N) is a nonpathogenic Gram-negative strain isolated in 1917 by Alfred Nissle and it is the active component of microbial drug Mutaflor®(Ardeypharm Gmb H, Herdecke, Germany and Ec N, Cadigroup, In Italy) used in many gastrointestinal disorder including diarrhea, uncomplicated diverticular disease and UC. It is the only probiotic recommended in ECCO guidelines as effective alternative to mesalazine in maintenance of remission in UC patients. In this review we propose an update on the role of Ec N 1917 in maintenance of remission in UC patients, including data about efficacy and safety. 2Primary colorectal lymphoma:An overview显示文摘Lymphomas represent common hematological malignancies with increasing incidence in recent years.The major site of extranodal non-Hodgkin lymphoma is the gastrointestinal tract.Involvement of the large intestine is rare in comparison to the stomach or small bowel.The disease appears later in life,predominantly in the male population.Complaints are nonspecific,requiring a high index of suspicion in order to establish the diagnosis.The treatment varies from chemotherapy alone to multimodal therapies combining surgery,chemotherapy and radiotherapy.The small number of patients with various histological subtypes and different stage at presentation results in unclear protocol for the treatment of primary colorectal lymphoma.The purpose of this paper is to review current data on primary lymphoma of the colon and rectum while analyzing reported case series and published material on the subject.Goran Z Stanojevic Milica D Nestorovic Branko R Brankovic Miroslav P Stojanovic Milan M Jovanovic Milan D Radojkovic 2011World Journal of Gastrointestinal Oncology2011,3,1:15
3经上皮个性化表面切削术与器械法去上皮准分子激光角膜表面切削术在患者术后早期恢复情况的比较显示文摘目的比较经上皮个性化表面切削术与器械法去上皮准分子激光角膜表面切削术(PRK)的术后疼痛感、上皮愈合时间和早期视力恢复情况。方法非随机前瞻性临床对照研究。连续收集2009年3月18日至2009年10月28期间接受iVIS-Suite 100 Hz激光机切削的经上皮个性化表面切削手术患者15例(30眼,组1),接受Amoils刷器械法去上皮并由Wavelight Allegretto 400 Hz激光机切削的器械法去上皮PRK手术患者15例(30眼,组2)。术后每24小时评估患者上皮愈合情况及主观疼痛感直至上皮愈合。术后1、2、3、4周测量患者术后屈光度,裸眼视力以及最佳眼镜矫正视力。采用独立样本Wilcoxon秩和检验来比较两组患者主观疼痛程度的差别,其他数据比较使用独立样本t检验。结果组1和组2患者的平均上皮愈合时间分别为(2.6±0.5)d和(2.9±0.6)d,差异具有统计学意义(t=2.039,P=0.046)。术后第2天,组1患者疼痛感评分小于组2(Z=-3.535,P〈0.01),且组1患者在术后3d内的最强烈疼痛感评分和平均疼痛感评分均低于组2,差异均有统计学意义(Z=-2.261,P=0.024;Z=-2.982,P=0.003)。术后3周,组1患者平均裸眼视力为-0.068±0.088(10gMAR),组2为-0.024±0.069(10gMAR),差异有统计学意义(t=2.236,P=-0.030)。两组患者术后1至4周的最佳矫正视力和平均等效球镜度经分析差异均无统计学意义。结论单一步骤的经上皮个性化表面切削术与器械法去上皮PRK相比,上皮愈合时间更短,裸眼视力恢复更快,术后疼痛感更轻。两种手术的术后最佳眼镜矫正视力和屈光值无明显差异。周雯 陈湘君 Aleksandar Stojanovic 王勤关美 2011中华眼视光学与视觉科学杂志2011,13,4:11
4Malignant schwannoma of the pancreas involving transversal colon treated with en-bloc resection显示文摘Pancreatic schwannoma is a very uncommon tumor of the pancreas,with only 27 cases reported.Most pancreatic schwannomas are benign,with only four malignant tumors reported.We describe a case of giant malignant schwannoma of the pancreatic body and tail,which involved the transverse colon.The tumor was treated successfully with en bloc distal splenopancreatectomy and colon resection.This is believed to be the first reported radical operation for malignant schwannoma of the pancreatic body,with infiltration of the transverse colon,with excellent longterm results.The patient is alive and well 28 mo after the operation.The authors conclude that pancreatic schwannomas should be considered in the differential diagnosis of cystic neoplasms of the pancreas,although the diagnosis can only be confirmed by microscopic examination.In the case of the benign tumors,local excision is adequate,but in the case of malignant schwannoma,oncological standards must be fulfilled.Miroslav P Stojanovic Milan Radojkovic Ljiljana M Jeremic Aleksandar V Zlatic Goran Z Stanojevic Milan A Jovanovic Milos S Kostov Vuka P Katic 2010World Journal of Gastroenterology2010,16,1:8

7Analysis of the in vitro degradation and the in vivo tissue response to bi-layered 3D-printed scaffolds combining PLA and biphasic PLA/bioglass components--Guidance of the inflammatory response as basis for osteochondral regeneration显示文摘The aim of the present study was the in vitro and in vivo analysis of a bi-layered 3D-printed scaffold combining a PLA layer and a biphasic PLA/bioglass G5 layer for regeneration of osteochondral defects in vivo Focus of the in vitro analysis was on the(molecular)weight loss and the morphological and mechanical variations after immersion in SBF.The in vivo study focused on analysis of the tissue reactions and differences in the implant bed vascularization using an established subcutaneous implantation model in CD-1 mice and established histological and histomorphometrical methods.Both scaffold parts kept their structural integrity,while changes in morphology were observed,especially for the PLA/G5 scaffold.Mechanical properties decreased with progressive degradation,while the PLA/G5 scaffolds presented higher compressive modulus than PLA scaffolds.The tissue reaction to PLA included low numbers of BMGCs and minimal vascularization of its implant beds,while the addition of G5 lead to higher numbers of BMGCs and a higher implant bed vascularization.Analysis revealed that the use of a bi-layered scaffold shows the ability to observe distinct in vivo response despite the physical proximity of PLA and PLA/G5 layers.Altogether,the results showed that the addition of G5 enables to reduce scaffold weight loss and to increase mechanical strength.Furthermore,the addition of G5 lead to a higher vascularization of the implant bed required as basis for bone tissue regeneration mediated by higher numbers of BMGCs,while within the PLA parts a significantly lower vascularization was found optimally for chondral regeneration.Thus,this data show that the analyzed bi-layered scaffold may serve as an ideal basis for the regeneration of osteochondral tissue defects.Additionally,the results show that it might be able to reduce the number of experimental animals required as it may be possible to analyze the tissue response to more than one implant in one experimental animal.Mike Barbeck Tiziano Serra Patrick Booms Sanja Stojanovic Stevo Najman Elisabeth Engel Robert Sader Charles James Kirkpatrick Melba Navarro Shahram Ghanaati 2017Bioactive Materials2017,2,4:3

10地形图引导的经上皮准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术治疗穿透性角膜移植术后散光显示文摘目的评价地形图引导的经上皮准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术(T.PRK)治疗穿透性角膜移植(PKP)术后高度散光及不规则散光的安全性和有效性。方法非随机、回顾性研究。收集PKP术后因高度散光或不规则散光而接受地形图引导的T—PRK治疗的患者18例(20眼)。记录并分析术前及进行本研究时末次随访的裸眼视力(UDVA)、最佳矫正视力(CDVA)、屈光状态、角膜地形图及视觉症状变化等.应用秩和检验对视力、屈光状态、角膜地形图变化进行比较。结果术后平均随访(12.15±2.06)个月。平均logMARUDVA由1.36±0.42提高到0.65±0.40(Z=-3.727,P〈0.01);平均CDVA由0.34±0.22提高到0.17±0.14(Z=-3.607.P〈0.01),10眼CDVA提高≥2行。术后平均球镜度由(1.48±3.14)D下降到(-0.19±2.11)D(Z=-2.373,P〈0.05);术后平均柱镜度由(-7.81±3.43)D下降到(-3.06±1.99)D(z=-3.792,P〈0.01);术后平均等效球镜矫正度(术后实际值与术前目标值之差)为(-1.72±2.55)D,其中3眼在目标值±O.50D范围内,9眼在目标值±1.00D范围内。平均角膜不规则指数由(66.33±22.03)μm降低为(59.11±14.66)μm(Z=-0.831,P〉0.05),而平均角膜正交曲率不对称性由(8.96±4.36)D降低为(7.44±3.56)D(Z=-2.576,P〈0.05)。患者术后视觉症状均不同程度好转,无-症状恶化。结论地形图引导的T-PRK是治疗PKP术后高度散光及不规则散光的一种安全、有效的方法。金男 刘旭 陈湘君 Stojanovic Aleksandar 许跃 张婷 吕帆 2013中华眼视光学与视觉科学杂志2013,15,7:2
