| 1 | Tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes in the immunotherapy era显示文摘The clinical success of cancer immune checkpoint blockade(ICB)has refocused attention on tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes(TILs)across cancer types.The outcome of immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy in cancer patients has been linked to the quality and magnitude of T cell,NK cell,and more recently,B cell responses within the tumor microenvironment.State-of-the-art single-cell analysis of TIL gene expression profiles and clonality has revealed a remarkable degree of cellular heterogeneity and distinct patterns of immune activation and exhaustion.Many of these states are conserved across tumor types,in line with the broad responses observed clinically.Despite this homology,not all cancer types with similar TIL landscapes respond similarly to immunotherapy,highlighting the complexity of the underlying tumor-immune interactions.This observation is further confounded by the strong prognostic benefit of TILs observed for tumor types that have so far respond poorly to immunotherapy.Thus,while a holistic view of lymphocyte infiltration and dysfunction on a single-cell level is emerging,the search for response and prognostic biomarkers is just beginning.Within this review,we discuss recent advances in the understanding of TIL biology,their prognostic benefit,and their predictive value for therapy. | Sterre T.Paijens Annege Vledder Marco de Bruyn Hans W.Nijman | 2021 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2021，18，4： | 37 |
| 2 | Interactions between water-land resources and oasis urban development at the northern slopes of the Tianshan Mountains,Xinjiang,China显示文摘Urban development in arid and semi-arid regions is largely constrained by fragile physical environments.The characteristics of an urban settlement are different from those in other regions of China.This paper analyses the coupling characteristics and spatio-temporal variations for oasis urban development and water-land resources at the northern slopes of the Tianshan Mountains by principal component analysis and a coupling degree model.The result shows that the degree and change in regional use of water and land resources are different among the studied cities/counties during their development.The built-up areas of these cities/counties have changed little with increasing populations and urbanization levels,which well reflects that the urban development in arid and semi-arid regions is limited by oasis areas.Per capita amount of water supplied,however,presented a trend of slowed growth with increasing levels of urbanization.Water consumption gradually increased with urban development and the improvement of people's living standards,accompanied by enhanced water use efficiency. | 4 | 基于单片机的MRI仿真脉冲发生器的设计显示文摘在功能磁共振实验设计中,需要利用脉冲发生器模拟磁共振设备的扫描脉冲以实现精确的时间控制。本文提出了一种基于单片机PIC16F877的MRI仿真低频脉冲发生器设计方案,用于需要精准时序的功能磁共振实验设计。本装置的核心部分是单片机PIC16F877,通过单片机的软件来产生不同频率和占空比的脉冲波。通过选择开关来实现脉冲周期和占空比的调节;同时用数码管LED显示脉冲的相应周期。由此装置得到的脉冲幅度为5V,可调周期范围是0.5s^8.0s,精度为0.1s。占空比有20%、30%、40%、50%4种可调。这种MRI仿真脉冲发生器使用简单方便,产生的低频脉冲精度高并且稳定性好,能很好的模拟功能磁共振实验中需要的脉冲信号。 | 彭涛 侯文生 郑小林 吴小鹰 沈珊 Annette M Sterr | 2009 | 微计算机信息2009，25，2： | 2 |
| 5 | 基于fMRI的力量调节速度相关神经兴奋模式的初步研究显示文摘目的研究视觉引导的握力运动力量调节速度快慢所激活脑功能区的异同。方法15例正常受试者右手进行四种模式(由视觉反馈增益和力量变化速度两个因素组合而成)握力运动,同时进行BOLDfMRI扫描,比较四种模式脑激活的异同。结果四种模式握力运动均可激活初级躯体感觉运动区(SMC),双侧前运动区(PMC)、辅助运动区(SMA)、小脑、基底节(BG),对侧后顶叶(PPC),Brodmann40等。其中,随着力量调节速度的提高,SMC激活强度、范围都提高,而BG恰好相反,SMA激活强度提高但范围缩小,小脑表现不明显。结论SMC对力量输出的快速调节作用明显;PPC,PMC参与了将视觉信息转化成力量输出这一过程;BG在快速运动时受到SMC、SMA的制约。 | 牟宗霞 侯文生 郑小林 吴小鹰 沈珊 Annette M Sterr 彭承琳 | 2008 | 中国医学影像技术2008，24，3： | 2 |
