Possible mechanism underlying analgesic effect of Tuina in rats may involve piezo mechanosensitive channels within dorsal root ganglia axon显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To demonstrate the analgesic effect of Tuina mainly from mechanically sensitive ion channels in peripheral myelinated nerve fibers.METHODS: A total of 40 healthy and pathogen-free adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were used in the study [weight:(220.0 ± 1.4) g, Shanghai Slac Laboratory Animal Co., Ltd., Shanghai, China; license No. Shanghai ICP 05033115]. The rats were housed in cages with free access to water and food in a temperature-controlled room [(22 ± 1) ℃] and12-h/12-h light-dark cycle. Thirty-two rats were randomly divided into five groups: naive, sham, chronic compression of dorsal root ganglion(CCD), Tuina(7 d) and Tuina(21 d). CCD rat model was established via unilateral DRG compression by'L'liked steel bar. Chinese Tuina treatment was accepted once per day. Behavior monitoring of paw withdrawal threshold(PWT) and paw withdrawal latency(PWL) were tested. The expression of Piezo1 and Piezo2 in myelinated nerve fiber were analyzed by immunohistochemistry and Western-blotting.RESULTS: There was a high expression of Piezo2 and a low expression of Piezo1 in the naive and CCD groups. In contrast, the expression of Piezo2 was down regulated and Piezo1 was increased after a period of Tuina. There was significant difference(P ≤ 0.05) between the groups.CONCLUSION: Our findings suggest that Tuina therapy can increase the expression of Piezo2 and decrease the expression of Piezo1 in the test rats. The different changes in the expressions of Piezo1 and Piezo2 may play an important role in alleviating CCD-induced allodynia and hyperalgesia. | Song Pengfei Lin Zhigang Zhu Qingguang Jiang Shichao Zhang Hao Cheng Yanbin Sun Wuquan Wu Zhiwei Zhou Xin Lv Zhizhen Fang Min | 2018 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2018,38,6: | 6
1000 Wh L^(-1)lithium-ion batteries enabled by crosslink-shrunk tough carbon encapsulated silicon microparticle anodes显示文摘Microparticulate silicon(Si),normally shelled with carbons, features higher tap density and less interfacial side reactions compared to its nanosized counterpart, showing great potential to be applied as high-energy lithium-ion battery anodes. However, localized high stress generated during fabrication and particularly, under operating, could induce cracking of carbon shells and release pulverized nanoparticles, significantly deteriorating its electrochemical performance. Here we design a strong yet ductile carbon cage from an easily processing capillary shrinkage of graphene hydrogel followed by precise tailoring of inner voids.Such a structure, analog to the stable structure of plant cells,presents‘imperfection-tolerance’to volume variation of irregular Si microparticles, maintaining the electrode integrity over 1000 cycles with Coulombic efficiency over 99.5%.This design enables the use of a dense and thick(3 m Ah cm^(-2))microparticulate Si anode with an ultra-high volumetric energy density of 1048 Wh L^(-1)achieved at pouch full-cell level coupled with a Li Ni_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)cathode. | Fanqi Chen Junwei Han Debin Kong Yifei Yuan Jing Xiao Shichao Wu Dai-Ming Tang Yaqian Deng Wei Lv Jun Lu Feiyu Kang Quan-Hong Yang | 2021 | National Science Review2021,8,9: | 4
Pressureless crystallization of glass toward scintillating composite with high crystallinity for radiation detection显示文摘The construction of scintillating ceramics is of great technological importance for various fundamental applications, including medical diagnostic, security inspection, resource exploration and particle physics. The chief challenge is the facile and scalable synthesis of scintillating ceramics with the desirable combination of pore-free, reliable mechanical properties and excellent scintillating performance. Here we present a pressureless glass crystallization strategy for the construction of scintillating composite with high crystallinity. The fabricated scintillating composites are featured by small optical turbidity, excellent mechanical properties, and efficient scintillating luminescence with the scintillating light yield of 15,000 pH/MeV and about 2.46 times higher than that of the commercial BGO single crystal. Moreover, the scintillating composite derived radiation detector device is successfully elaborated. The practical application for monitoring gamma ray is demonstrated and the precision of the device is less than that of the tolerable deviation of 30%. Our results suggest an innovative approach for expanding the category of scintillating material candidates, pointing to practical application in the field of radiation detection. | Junzhou Tang Shichao Lv Ziyu Lin Guanxin Du Manyun Tang Xu Feng Junpeng Guo Xiang Li Junfeng Chen Lei Wei Jianrong Qiu Shifeng Zhou | 2022 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,34: | 2

Transfer learning: A new aerodynamic force identification network based on adaptive EMD and soft thresholding in hypersonic wind tunnel显示文摘The aerodynamic test in the pulse combustion wind tunnel is very important for the design, evaluation and optimization of aerodynamic characteristics of the hypersonic aircraft. The test accuracy even affects the success or failure of hypersonic aircraft development. In the aerodynamic test of pulse combustion wind tunnel, the aerodynamic signal is disturbed by the inertial force signal, which seriously affects the test accuracy of aerodynamic force. Aiming at the above problems, this paper innovatively proposes an aerodynamic intelligent identification method, that is the transfer learning network based on adaptive Empirical Modal Decomposition(EMD) and Soft Thresholding(TLN-AE&ST). Compared with the existing aerodynamic intelligent identification model based on deep learning technology, this study introduces the transfer learning idea into the aerodynamic intelligent identification model for the first time. The TLN-AE&ST effectively alleviates the problem of scarcity of training samples for intelligent models due to the high cost of wind tunnel tests, and provides a new idea for further implementation of deep learning technology in the field of wind tunnel aerodynamic testing. And this study designed residual attention block with soft threshold and dense block with adaptive EMD in TLN-AE&ST model. Residual attention block with soft threshold module can more effectively suppress the influence of instrument noise signal on model training effect. Dense block with adaptive EMD makes the deep learning model no longer a black box to a certain extent, and has certain physical significance. Finally, a series of wind tunnel tests were carried out in the Φ = 2.4 m pulse combustion wind tunnel of China Aerodynamic Research and Development Center to verify the effectiveness of TLN-AE&ST. | Yi SUN Shichao LI Hongli GAO Xiaoqing ZHANG Jinzhou LV Weixiong LIU Yingchuan WU | 2023 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2023,36,8: | 0
Electrolyte induced synergistic construction of cathode electrolyte interphase and capture of reactive free radicals for safer high energy density lithium-ion battery显示文摘As the energy density of battery increases rapidly,lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)are facing serious safety issue with thermal runaway, which largely limits the large-scale applications of high-energy-density LIBs.It is generally agreed that the chemical crosstalk between the cathode and anode leads to thermal runaway of LIBs.Herein,a multifunctional high safety electrolyte is designed with synergistic construction of cathode electrolyte interphase and capture of reactive free radicals to limit the intrinsic pathway of thermal runaway. The cathode electrolyte interphase not only resists the gas attack from the anode but suppresses the parasitic side reactions induced by electrolyte. And the function of free radical capture has the ability of reducing heat release from thermal runaway of battery. The dual strategy improves the intrinsic safety of battery prominently that the triggering temperature of thermal runaway is increased by 24.4℃and the maximum temperature is reduced by 177.7℃.Simultaneously,the thermal runaway propagation in module can be self-quenched.Moreover,the electrolyte design balances the trade-off of electrochemical and safety performance of high-energy batteries. The capacity retention of LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)|graphite pouch cell has been significantly increased from 53.85%to 97.05%with higher coulombic efficiency of 99.94%at operating voltage extended up to 4.5 V for 200 cycles. Therefore, this work suggests a feasible strategy to mitigate the safety risk of high-energy-density LIBs without sacrificing electrochemical performances. | Mengfei Ding Xuning Feng Yong Peng Jing Jing Tong Bowen Hou Yalan Xing Weifeng Zhang Li Wang Yu Wu Jiabin Lv Chunyan Luo Dejun Xiong Shichao Zhang Minggao Ouyang | 2023 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,12: | 0
Melatonin improves the first cleavage of parthenogenetic embryos from vitrified-warmed mouse oocytes potentially by promoting cell cycle progression显示文摘Background:This study investigated the effect of melatonin(MT)on cell cycle(G1/S/G2/M)of parthenogenetic zygotes developed from vitrified-warmed mouse metaphase II(MII)oocytes and elucidated the potential mechanism of MT action in the first cleavage of embryos. Results:After vitrification and warming, oocytes were parthenogenetically activated(PA)and in vitro cultured(IVC).Then the spindle morphology and chromosome segregation in oocytes, the maternal mRNA levels of genes including Miss,Doc1r,Setd2 and Ythdf2 in activated oocytes, pronuclear formation, the S phase duration in zygotes, mitochondrial function at G1 phase, reactive oxygen species(ROS)level at S phase,DNA damage at G2 phase, early apoptosis in 2-cell embryos, cleavage and blastocyst formation rates were evaluated. The results indicated that the vitrification/warming procedures led to following perturbations 1)spindle abnormalities and chromosome misalignment, alteration of maternal mRNAs and delay in pronucleus formation,2)decreased mitochondrial membrane potential(MMP)and lower adenosine triphosphate(ATP)levels, increased ROS production and DNA damage,G1/S and S/G2 phase transition delay, and delayed first cleavage, and 3)increased early apoptosis and lower levels of cleavage and blastocyst formation. Our results further revealed that such negative impacts of oocyte cryopreservation could be alleviated by supplementation of warming, recovery,PA and IVC media with 10^(−9) mol/L MT before the embryos moved into the 2-cell stage of development. Conclusions:MT might promote cell cycle progression via regulation of MMP,ATP,ROS and maternal mRNA levels, potentially increasing the first cleavage of parthenogenetic zygotes developed from vitrified-warmed mouse oocytes and their subsequent development. | Bo Pan Izhar Hyder Qazi Shichao Guo Jingyu Yang Jianpeng Qin Tianyi Lv Shengqin Zang Yan Zhang Changjun Zeng Qingyong Meng Hongbing Han Guangbin Zhou | 2022 | Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2022,13,1: | 0
