| 1 | Antifertility effect of ethanolic extract of Amalakyadi churna in male albino mice显示文摘Aim: To evaluate the antifertility activity of the ethanolic extract of Amalakyadi churna by oral administra-tion in male albino mice. Methods: The ethanol extract of Amalakyadi churna at the dose of 250 mg/kg and 400 mg/kg body weight was administered orally for 30 days to adult male mice. On day 31, the mice were sacrificed and the testis and accessory reproductive organs were removed and weighed. The organs were processed for biochemical estimation and histological work. Results: Treatment with Amalakyadi chuma resulted in decrease in the weights of testis and accessory reproductive organs. The diameters of testis, seminiferous tubules and Leydig cell nucleus were decreased. The spermatogenic elements, like spermatogonia, spermatocytes and spermatids in the testis were re-duced significantly as well as the sperm count in cauda epididymis. There was a significant reduction in the protein,glycogen, DNA and RNA contents and the activity of acid phosphatase in the testis of extract treated mice compared with the control. The cholesterol content and the alkaline phophatase activity were increased significantly in treated mice. | 2 | 乳腺癌导管内干预的研究进展显示文摘随着对乳腺癌生物学行为的深入认识,乳腺癌的根治术正向微创术式转变。对于早期乳腺癌特别是乳腺导管原位癌(ductal carcinoma in situ,DCIS)或癌前病变的患者,构建创伤性小、全身毒性低的干预措施是目前亟待解决的问题之一。乳腺癌导管内干预是通过乳腺天然的哺乳导管开口,借助合适的载体对乳腺导管系统病变进行诊疗干预,从而实现乳腺癌的微创治疗。将乳腺癌导管内干预与靶向治疗、内分泌治疗及免疫治疗等相结合,有望进一步提高精准治疗效果。结合我国乳腺癌患者临床病理特点,将纳米技术、分子影像技术及基因测序技术有机结合,进行乳腺癌导管内干预的机制研究,是临床应用、基础研究的重点内容之一。本文主要对乳腺癌导管内干预的研究进展进行综述。 | 陈创 王冠楠 Saraswati Sukumar 汪媛 孙圣荣 | 2017 | 中国肿瘤临床2017,44,4: | 2 |

| 4 | Foraminiferal biostratigraphy of lignite mines of Kutch,India:Age of lignite and fossil vertebrates显示文摘The lignite deposits of Kutch, India are stratigraphically referred to the Naredi Formation and considered to be Early Eocene in age. The biostratigraphy of the older mine at Panandhro and a newly opened mine at Matanomadh has constrained the upper age limit of lignite to the early Bartonian. Its lower age may extend to the late Lutetian. Temporally the formation of lignite corresponds to the warming event of the Middle Eocene and suggests a humid climate at the onset of the warming. The previous palynological studies have already suggested dominance of tropical angiospermic pollen. A diverse assemblage of fossil whales and other vertebrates, many of them supposedly the oldest representatives, were reported from Panandhro mine. These were initially assigned to the Early Eocene and later to the Lute? tian age.
