20玉米或高粱干酒糟及其可溶物对交叉繁殖的肉牛品种生长性能和胴体品质的影响显示文摘应用裂区设计,对60头交叉繁殖肉牛(安格斯,n=36和夏洛来,n=24)喂食玉米或高粱干酒糟可溶物,研究其对肉牛生长肥育生长性能和胴体性状的影响。肉牛随机分配到各组,在两个饲养阶段中分为3个处理:对照组为豆粕型日粮(n=20,CON);CDDGS组在饲料中添加玉米干酒糟及其可溶物200g·kg-1(n=20,CDDGS);SDDGS组在饲料中添加高粱干酒糟及其可溶物200g·kg-1(n=20,SDDGS)。肉牛喂养青贮玉米的基础日粮(750g·kg-1)56d,然后换成高的谷物日粮(150g·kg-1)。测定采食量,每28d进行动物称重和通过超声引导估计背膘。结果表明,对于平均日增重(ADG),各组结果为CON组1.56±0.04kg·d-1,CDDGS组1.54±0.04kg·d-1,SDDGS组1.51±0.04kg·d-1,处理间没有显著差异(P>0.68)。不同干物质日粮组成水平对生长性能无显著影响(P>0.14),但CON组ADG水平低于SDDGS组(P=0.008)和CDDGS组(P=0.02)。成长阶段饲养中CDDGS和SDDGS组有一个较低增长(P=0.04)。在后期阶段,玉米或高粱DDGS的加入对平均日增重、料肉比无显著影响(P>0.41),SDDGS组比CDDGS组(P=0.03)和CON组(P=0.05)需要较少饲料量达到目标背膘性屠宰。结果表明,添加高粱干酒糟及其可溶物200g·kg-1,效果类似玉米酒糟及其可溶性,在生长期和后期中不影响整体增长或负胴体性状,尽管玉米青贮饲料的喂养可能会导致早期育肥效果。Wood K M Salim H McEwenP L Mandell I B Miller S P Swanson K C 2011饲料博览2011,,11:0
