| 1 | Research on power electronic transformer applied in AC/DC hybrid distribution networks显示文摘The AC/DC hybrid distribution network is one of the trends in distribution network development, which poses great challenges to the traditional distribution transformer. In this paper, a new topology suitable for AC/DC hybrid distribution network is put forward according to the demands of power grid, with advantages of accepting DG and DC loads, while clearing DC fault by blocking the clamping double sub-module(CDSM) of input stage. Then, this paper shows the typical structure of AC/DC distribution network that is hand in hand. Based on the new topology, this paper designs the control and modulation strategies of each stage, where the outer loop controller of input stage is emphasized for its twocontrol mode. At last, the rationality of new topology and the validity of control strategies are verified by the steady and dynamic state simulation. | 2 | Adsorption Thermodynamics and Diffusion Kinetics of PX over Na Y Zeolite Synthesized by In-Situ Crystallization from Kaolin Microsphere显示文摘Para-xylene was chosen as the probe molecule to study adsorption thermodynamics and diffusion kinetics on NaY zeolite and composite structured NaY zeolite synthesized by in-situ crystallization from kaolin microsphere(designated as Na Y/kaolin composites) separately, using a high precision intelligent gravimetric analyzer(IGA). The adsorption isotherms showed normal Langmuir type-Ⅰ behaviors. The increased adsorption heat with an increasing p-xylene coverage supported a mechanism of phase transition, diffusion and re-arrangement of p-xylene molecules during the adsorption process. The rearrangement seemed to be most pronounced at an adsorption loading of 2.13 and 2.29 mmol/g for Na Y zeolite and Na Y/kaolin composites respectively. Compared with Na Y zeolite, a 2—3 times higher in the diffusion coefficient of p-xylene was observed on Na Y/kaolin composites when the pressure was more than 50 Pa. Temperature-programmed desorption(TPD) of p-xylene on two samples from room temperature to 450 ℃ at a special loading has also been investigated by IGA. Results showed only single desorption peak appeared for Na Y zeolite, indicating that adsorption can only occur in the super-cage structure. | 3 | Spectral Characterization of Colored Dissolved Organic Matter for Productive Inland Waters and Its Source Analysis显示文摘This study examined the spatiotemporal dynamics of colored dissolved organic matter(CDOM) and spectral slope(S), and further to analyze its sources in three productive water supplies(Eagle Creek, Geist and Morse reservoirs) from Indiana, USA. The results showed that he absorption coefficient aCDOM(440) ranged from 0.37 m–1 to 3.93 m–1 with an average of 1.89 ± 0.76 m–1(±SD) for the aggregated dataset, and S varied from 0.0048 nm–1 to 0.0239 nm–1 with an average of 0.0108 ± 0.0040 nm–1. A significant relationship between S and aCDOM(440) can be fitted with a power equation(S = 0.013 × aCDOM(440)–0.42, R2 = 0.612), excluding data from Geist Reservoir during high flow(12 April 2010) and the Morse Reservoir on 25 June 2010 due to a T-storm achieves even higher determination coefficient(R2 = 0.842). Correlation analysis indicated that aCDOM(440) has strong association with inorganic suspended matter(ISM) concentration(0.231 < R2 < 0.786) for each of the field surveys, and this trend followed the aggregated datasets(R2 = 0.447, p < 0.001). In contrast, chlorophyll-a was only correlated with aCDOM(440) in summer and autumn(0.081 < R2 < 0.763), indicating that CDOM is mainly from terrigenous sources in early spring and that phytoplankton contributed during the algal blooming season. The S value was used to characterize CDOM origin. | 4 | Fabrication and abrasive wear properties of metal matrix composites reinforced with three-dimensional network structure显示文摘Reticulated polyurethane was chosen as the preceramic material for preparing the porous preform using the rep- lication process. The immersing and sintering processes were each performed twice for fabricating a high-porosity and su- per-strong skeleton. The aluminum magnesium matrix composites reinforced with three-dimensional network structure were prepared using the infiltration technique by pressure assisting and vacuum driving. Light interfacial reactions have played a profitable role in most of the ceramic-metal systems. The metal matrix composites interpenetrated with the ceramic phase have a higher wear resistance than the metal matrix phase. | 12 | Genome-wide identification of TPS genes in sesame and analysis of their expression in response to abiotic stresses显示文摘Trehalose and its precursor,trehalose-6-phosphate,play critical roles in plant metabolism and response to abiotic stresses.Trehalose-6-phosphate synthase(TPS)is a key enzyme in the trehalose synthesis pathway.Hence this study identified TPS genes in sesame(SiTPSs)and examined their expression patterns under various abiotic stresses.Totally,ten SiTPSs were identified and comprehensively characterized.SiTPSs were found to be unevenly distributed on five out of 13 sesame chromosomes and were predicted to be localized in chloroplasts and vacuoles of cells.Phylogenetic analysis classified SiTPS proteins into two groups(I and II),which was supported by gene structure and conserved motif analyses.Analysis of cis-acting elements in promoter regions of SiTPSs revealed that they might primarily involve developmental and environmental responses.SiTPSs exhibited different expression patterns in different tissues and under different abiotic stresses.Most group II SiTPS genes(SiTPS4-SiTPS10)were strongly induced by drought,salt,waterlogging,and osmotic stress.Particularly,SiTPS10 was the most significantly up-regulated under various abiotic stresses,indicating it is a candidate gene for improving sesame tolerance to multiple abiotic stresses.Our results provide insight into the TPS gene family in sesame and fundamental resources for genomics studies towards dissecting SiTPS genes’functions. | Wangyi Zhou Chen Sheng Senouwa Segla Koffi Dossou Zhijian Wang Shengnan Song Jun You Linhai Wang | 2023 | Oil Crop Science2023,8,2: | 1 |

| 14 | Ring finger protein 157 is a prognostic biomarker and is associated with immune infiltrates in human breast cancer显示文摘Background: The protein encoded by ring finger protein 157 (RNF157) is known to function as an E3 ubiquitinligase. However, whether the level of RNF157 expression in breast cancer correlates with prognosis and immune cellinfiltration among breast cancer patients remains to be further explored. Methods: In this study, publicly availabledatasets were used for evaluating RNF157 expression in different tumors compared with normal samples. Severalindependent datasets were screened for investigating the relationship between RNF157 and breast cancer survival,different mutation profiles, and tumor immune cell infiltration. We conducted a pathway enrichment analysis toidentify signaling pathways associated with RNF157. Results: Analysis of public and online databases revealed thatRNF157 expression markedly decreased in breast cancer tissue samples compared to non-carcinoma counterparts.Consistently, immunohistochemistry assays also demonstrated this RNF157 down-regulation in breast cancer samples.RNF157 up-regulation could predict the improved survival of breast cancer cases. Further, different RNF157expression level groups exhibited different mutational profiles. Pathway enrichment profiling of RNF157-related genessuggested its possible involvement in regulating breast cancer via the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK)pathway. RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) data and genomic enrichment analysis showed that RNF157 downregulatedseveral genes positively associated with the MAPK signaling pathway. We also explored RNF157 expression andimmune cell infiltration in breast cancer and found that RNF157 mRNA levels were negatively related to non-Timmune cell infiltration. The crystalline phase and surface morphology of K2Ti2O5 were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). The impact of some factors, such as the type of contact between K2Ti2O5 and soot, the content of water vapor and SO2 in exhaust, and the repeated use on catalytic activity of K2Ti2O5 were studied by temperature programmed reaction (TPR). A comparison between the new method and the reported ones on catalytic activity of potassium titanate was investigated.
