4Temporal changes in the characteristics of algae in Dianchi Lake,Yunnan Province,China显示文摘Algal blooms have become a worldwide environmental concern due to water eutrophication.Dianchi Lake in Yunnan Province,China is suffering from severe eutrophication and is listed in the Three Important Lakes Restoration Act of China.Hydrothermal liquefaction allows a promising and direct conversion of algal biomass into biocrude oil.In this study,algal samples were collected from Dianchi Lake after a separation procedure including dissolved air flotation with polyaluminum chloride and centrifugation during four months,April,June,August and October.The algal biochemical components varied over the period;lipids from 0.7%to 2.1%ash-free dry weight(afdw),protein from 20.9%to 33.4%afdw and ash from 36.6%to 45.2%dry weight.The algae in June had the highest lipid and protein concentrations,leading to a maximum biocrude oil yield of 24.3%afdw.Biodiversity analysis using pyrosequencing revealed different distributions of microbial communities,specifically Microcystis in April(89.0%),June(63.7%)and August(84.0%),and Synechococcus in April(2.2%),June(12.0%)and August(1.0%).This study demonstrated remarkable temporal changes in the biochemical composition and biodiversity of algae harvested from Dianchi Lake and changes in biocrude oil production potential.Ruixia SHEN Chunyan TIAN Zhidan LIU Yuanhui ZHANG Baoming LI Haifeng LU Na DUAN 2015Frontiers of Agricultural Science and Engineering2015,2,3:0

76-35 SFC High-frequency Signal Input Circuit Fault Analysis显示文摘The Dee voltage of the RF cavity in cyclotron HIRFL-SFC is not high enough when resonance frequency is8.536 MHz. By repeatedly measuring and adjusting the parameters of the cavity and transmitter tank circuit, Deevoltage can only be added to 40 kV, which doesn't meet the physical requirement of 80 kV.One output port of the RF divider is open circuit in the process of inspection which was discovered occasionally.SFC signal comes from the SSC,which is divided into two (see Fig. 1) , but the one open suspension through 4.4m 50 Ω coaxial cable and don't connect the load. After removing the cable from the divider, the Dee voltage ofSFC could be added to 70 kV easily. At the same time the value of amplitude stability gain is lower than usual, theinput signal amplitude that is too high. The value changes from 240 to 440 mV when measuring the input signalwith an oscilloscope, the reason is caused by 4.4 m terminal open line. 8Ion pump control system designed for HIRFL显示文摘Background Ion pump control system of HIRFL is designed based on the real-time distributed control software,EPICS.The hardware architecture,communication principle,database design and interlock design are introduced and elaborated in the paper.Methods PLC has been adopted to realize functions such as control monitoring and data communication.Interlock protect ion has been designed for ion pump control system to prevent damaging from high voltage.Results The test results show that the system has fast response function and high-speed data processing during the beam running and tuning.The response time of the system could reach 100 ms,the rate of data acquisition reaches to 10 time/s and the interlock protection time less than 40 ms.Conclusion The reliable and stable long-term operation of the vacuum system indicates that the performance has been constantly improved with the continuous optimization of the ion pump control system.Tian Ruixia Zhou Detai Su Jianjun Zhang Jianchuan Wang Yanyu 2021Radiation Detection Technology and Methods2021,5,1:0
9Design of front-end electronics based on a programmable transimpedance amplifier for an HIAF beam intensity detector显示文摘Background The beam intensity of the High Intensity Heavy-ion Accelerator Facility(HIAF)is converted into current sig-nals by beam intensity detectors and then processed by front-end electronics.The performance of the front-end electronics affects the measurement accuracy of the accelerator.Purpose To design front-end electronics to readout the current signals from a beam intensity detector.Methods A programmable transimpedance amplifier(TIA)converts current signals into voltage signals and amplify the signals.An analog-to-digital converter(ADC)converts analog signals into digital signals under the control of ZYNQ7015.Results and conclusion An integrated front-end electronics system was designed and verified.The electronics could collect and process current signals from 40 pA to 4 mA.The system had a higher dynamic range than traditional beam intensity measuring electronics.Xiangyu Qiu Yanyu Wang Zhixue Li Fafu Ni Ruixia Tian Yuan Wei Kewei Gu Xuejing Hu 2021Radiation Detection Technology and Methods2021,5,3:0

11基于EPICS架构的偏转板运动控制系统实现显示文摘The project of design and build of an electrostatic spectrum motion control system for Northwest Institute of Nuclear Technology started in 2016 and the major offline test work was finished in 2017.The structure of this electrostatic spectrum is similar with the electrostatic spectrum used in CSR and HIMM facility.It has 2 moving part,an anode frame and a high voltage electrode.Each moving part is driven by 2 motors.Besides these 4 motors,the controll devices also include 8 limit switches and 4 resistance rulers.The 8 limit switches are used to define the travel limit position of the moving part and the 4 resistance rulers are used to get the voltage values which are correspond with the relative position of each moving components.The control precision of this system is 0.1 mm.Zhang Jianchuan Tian Ruixia Zou Yun Wang Yanyu 2017IMP & HIRFL Annual Report2017,,1:0
12EPICS在溅射离子泵控制系统中的应用和实验环控制系统改造显示文摘To establish the sputter ion pump remote control system for TR5 and TR6 of HIRFL(Heavy Ion Research Facility in Lanzhou),EPICS(Experimental Physics And Industrial Control System)is adopted to development new control system.Beckhoff PLC and self-designed hardware module have been used to build the hardware platform and the whole system structure is established based on field bus and EtherCAT(Ethernet for Control Automation Technology)technology.EtherCAT is an ideal Ethernet solution for industrial automation,characterized by outstanding performance and particularly simple handling.In the realization process of the system,IOC record device support and PV definition are achieved.At the same time,we have developed a client application in the CSS environment.In this sputter ion pump control system,we realized the basic interlocking protection function in both of hardware and software.The photo of hardware module is shown in Fig.1.The GUI interface is shown in Fig.2.The control system has being stably run since installed in Aug.2017.Zhou Detai Tian Ruixia Ni Fafu Wang Yanyu Zhang Jianchuan Chai Zhen Liu Xiaojun 2017IMP & HIRFL Annual Report2017,,1:0
