| 1 | Electrochemical synthesis of ammonia using a cell with a Nafion membrane and SmFe_(0.7)Cu_(0.3-x)Ni_xO_3(x=0―0.3) cathode at atmospheric pressure and lower temperature显示文摘Samaria-doped ceria Ce0.8Sm0.2O2-δ(SDC) and SmFe0.7Cu0.3-xNixO3 have been synthesized by the sol-gel method and characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The electrochemical synthesis of ammonia was investigated at atmospheric pressure and low temperature,using the SFCN materials as the cathode,a Nafion membrane as the electrolyte,nickel-doped SDC(Ni-SDC) as the anode and silver-platinum paste as the current collector.Ammonia was synthesized from 25 to 100℃ when the SFCN materials were used as cathode,with SmFe0.7Cu0.1Ni0.2O3 giving the highest rates of ammonia formation.The maximum rate of evolution of ammonia was 1.13 × 10-8 mol·cm-2·s-1 at 80℃,and the current efficiency reached as high as 90.4%. | XU GaoChao,LIU RuiQuan & WANG Jin College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering,Xinjiang University,Urumqi 830046,China | 2009 | Science China Chemistry2009,52,8: | 11 |

| 3 | Grain refining technique of AM60B alloy by Al-Ti-B master alloy显示文摘The effects of grain refining parameters on grain size of AM60B magnesium alloy have been investigated using an Al-5Ti-1B master alloy as refiner; and an appropriate refining technique has been developed. The results indicate that the Al-Ti-B master alloy is an effective grain refiner for AM60B alloy and the grain size can be decreased from 348 μm to 76 μm. Raising the addition temperature or the pouring temperature is beneficial for grain refinement; while for the addition amount and holding time, there is an optimal value. The appropriate grain refining technique is that 0.3% Al-Ti-B master alloy is added at 780oC and then the melt is held for 30 min before pouring. | 5 | Nonfragile guaranteed cost control for Delta operator-formulated uncertain time-delay systems显示文摘With consideration that the controller parameters may vary from the designed value when the controller is realized, based on Lyapunov stability theory, a design method of nonfragile guaranteed cost control for a class of Delta operator-formulated uncertain time-delay systems is studied. A sufficient condition for the existence of the nonfragile guaranteed cost controller is given. A numeric example is then given to illustrate the effectiveness and the feasibility of the designed method. The results show that even if the parameters of the designed controller are of variations, the closed-loop system is still asymptotically stable and the super value of the cost function can also be obtained, while the closed-loop system will be unstable if the variations of the controller parameters are not considered when the controller is designed. | 6 | Effect of the Inclination Angle on Slippage Loss in Gas-Liquid Two-Phase Flow显示文摘The lifting efficiency and stability of gas lift well are affected by the socalled slippage-loss effect in gas-liquid two-phase flow.The existing studies on this subject have generally been based on vertical and horizontal wells.Only a few of them have considered inclined pipes.In the present work a new focused study is presented along these lines.More specifically,we use the non-slip pressure drop model with Flanigan’s fluctuation correction coefficient formula(together with the parameters of slippage density,slippage pressure drop and slippage ratio)to analyze the influence of the inclination angle on slippage loss for different conditions(different gas-liquid superficial velocity and pipe diameters).Moreover,the“standard regression coefficient method”is used for multi-factor sensitivity analysis.The experimental results indicate that slippage loss is affected by multiple factors,and the influence of the inclination angle on slippage loss is less significant than other factors.The change of the slippage pressure drop with the superficial velocity of gas-liquid is similar to that of the total pressure drop.The inclination angles of 45°and 60°have the greatest influence on slippage loss.The correlation between slippage density and slippage ratio is not obvious.Using the so-called slippage ratio seems to be a more accurate option to evaluate the degree of slippage loss. | Yushan Liu Yubin Su Zhenhua Wu Wei Luo Ruiquan Liao | 2020 | Fluid Dynamics & Materials Processing2020,16,3: | 2 |

| 13 | Theoretical aspects of nonlinear echo image system显示文摘In order to develop the nonlinear echo image system to diagnose pathological changes in biological tissue , a simple physical model to analyse the character of nonlinear reflected wave in biological medium is postulated . The propagation of large amplitude plane sound wave in layered biological media is analysed for the one dimensional case by the method of successive approximation and the expression for the second order wave reflected from any interface of layered biological media is obtained . The relations between the second order reflection coefficients and the nonlinear parameters of medium below the interface are studied in three layers interfaces. Finally, the second order reflection coefficients of four layered media are calculated numerically.
