1An effective rolling process of magnesium alloys for suppressing edge cracks: Width-limited rolling显示文摘To suppress the edge crack of the magnesium alloy sheet during the ordinary rolling process, a new rolling process named width-limited rolling was proposed in this paper. Width-limited rolling is a rolling method in which the width of the alloy sheet is limited by modifying the shape of the rollers, allowing a compressive stress field to form at the edge portion of the alloy sheet during rolling, resulting in the reduction of edge cracks. At present work, magnesium alloy sheets were separately subjected to ordinary rolling and width-limited rolling. The microstructure evolution and mechanical properties of the rolled sheets were investigated by EBSD, TEM, and XRD. The results exhibited that under the same rolling conditions, the sheet after ordinary rolling exhibited obvious edge cracks while no crack was found at the edge of the sheet after width-limited rolling. The edge crack suppressing effect was attributed to the reduction of the tensile stress along rolling direction during WLR, promoting the synchronous extension of the edge and center regions to suppress edge crack tendency. Microstructure observation showed that the compressive twins formed in the sheet after ordinary rolling usually exhibited as thin plates and cannot continue to fully develop due to the premature generation of the edge cracks. However, the compressive twins developed maturely in some of which double twins formed and various slip systems with different dislocation Burgers vectors occurred in the rolled sheet after WLR. More twin intersections and shear bands, providing more potential recrystallization nucleation sites, which are beneficial to weaken basal texture. 2Backdoor Attacks on Image Classification Models in Deep Neural Networks显示文摘Deep neural network(DNN)is applied widely in many applications and achieves state-of-the-art performance.However,DNN lacks transparency and interpretability for users in structure.Attackers can use this feature to embed trojan horses in the DNN structure,such as inserting a backdoor into the DNN,so that DNN can learn both the normal main task and additional malicious tasks at the same time.Besides,DNN relies on data set for training.Attackers can tamper with training data to interfere with DNN training process,such as attaching a trigger on input data.Because of defects in DNN structure and data,the backdoor attack can be a serious threat to the security of DNN.The DNN attacked by backdoor performs well on benign inputs while it outputs an attacker-specified label on trigger attached inputs.Backdoor attack can be conducted in almost every stage of the machine learning pipeline.Although there are a few researches in the backdoor attack on image classification,a systematic review is still rare in this field.This paper is a comprehensive review of backdoor attacks.According to whether attackers have access to the training data,we divide various backdoor attacks into two types:poisoning-based attacks and non-poisoning-based attacks.We go through the details of each work in the timeline,discussing its contribution and deficiencies.We propose a detailed mathematical backdoor model to summary all kinds of backdoor attacks.In the end,we provide some insights about future studies.ZHANG Quanxin MA Wencong WANG Yajie ZHANG Yaoyuan SHI Zhiwei LI Yuanzhang 2022Chinese Journal of Electronics2022,31,2:1
3Self-enhanced photothermal-chemodynamic antibacterial agents for synergistic anti-infective therapy显示文摘Cu_(2-x)S nanostructures have been intensively studied as outstanding chemodynamic therapy(CDT)and good photothermal therapy(PTT)antibacterial agents due to their highly efficient Cu(Ⅰ)-initiated Fenton-like catalytic activity and good photothermal conversion property.However,they still suffer from shortage of Cu(Ⅰ)supply in the long-term and comparatively low inherent photothermal conversion efficiency.Herein,we constructed a self-enhanced synergistic PTT/CDT nanoplatform(Cu_(1.94)S@MPN)by coating Cu_(1.94)S nanoparticles with Fe(Ⅲ)/tannic acid based metal-polyphenol networks(MPN).Activated by the acidic bacterial infection microenvironment,Cu_(1.94)S@MPN could be decomposed to continuously release Cu(Ⅱ),Fe(Ⅲ)ions and tannic acid.As the result of tannic acid-involved Cu and Fe redox cycling,Cu(Ⅰ)/Fe(Ⅱ)-rich CDT could be achieved through the highly accelerated catalytic Fenton/Fenton-like reactions.More importantly,experimental results demonstrated that Cu_(1.94)S@MPN exhibited both excellent photothermal antibacterial and photothermal-enhanced CDT properties to eradicate bacteria in vitro and in vivo.Overall,this novel nanotherapeutics has great potential to become a clinic candidate for anti-infective therapy in future.Ning Guo Yu Xia Yuxi Duan Quanxin Wu Le Xiao Yaxin Shi Bin Yang Yun Liu 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,2:0
4Durability of Hepatitis B surface antigen seroclearance in patients experienced nucleoside analogs or interferon monotherapy: A real-world data from Electronic Health Record显示文摘Little is known about the difference in durability of HBsAg seroclearance induced by nucleoside analogs (NAs) or by interferon (IFN). A real-world, retrospective cohort study was conducted. Patients were assigned into two groups: NAs monotherapy-induced HBsAg seroclearance subjects and IFN monotherapy induced-HBsAg seroclearance subjects. A total of 198 subjects, comprised by 168 NAs monotherapy-induced and 30 IFN monotherapy-induced, who achieved HBsAg seroclearance were included in this study. The one-year probabilities of confirmed HBsAg seroclearance were significantly different in patients with NAs monotherapy and IFN monotherapy (0.960 (with 95% CI 0.922–0.999) vs. 0.691 (with 95% CI 0.523–0.913), log-rank-P = 4.04e-4). 73.3% (11 of 15) HBsAg recurrence occurred within one year after HBsAg seroclearance. The one-year probabilities of confirmed HBsAg seroclearance were higher in IFN monotherapy patients with anti-HBs than in IFN monotherapy patients without anti-HBs (0.839 (with 95% CI 0.657–1.000) vs. 0.489 (with 95% CI 0.251–0.953), log-rank test, P = 0.024). Our study thus provided novel insights into the durability of HBsAg seroclearance induced by NAs or IFN monotherapy. In particular, the HBsAg seroreversion rate was relatively high in IFN monotherapy subjects. The presence of anti-HBs was significantly correlated with a longer durability of functional cure induced by IFN treatment.
