1STUDY ON CONCENTRATING SULFURIC ACID SOLUTION BY VACUUM MEMBRANE DISTILLATION显示文摘Concentrating sulfuric acid solution by vacuum membrane distillation with flat PEFE membrane is explored. The effects of sulfuric acid concentration, temperature of the feed, the vacuum degree of the vacuum side on the flux of membrane distillation and the separation efficiency of acid are investigated. The results illustrate that the flux of the membrane distillation increases with the rise of feed temperature and the vacuum degree of the vacuum side, but it decreases with the rise of the sulfuric acid concentration of the feed. The separation efficiency of acid is correlated with the flux of membrane distillation; the separation efficiency of the acid can amount to 100% in the process, when operative conditions are properly controlled. 2ACID RECOVERY FROM WASTE SULFURIC ACID BY DIFFUSION DIALYSIS显示文摘In the process of sulfuric acid production from pyrite, there is a lot of waste acid produced in fume washing with dilute acid. Acid recovery from this sort of waste sulfuric acid by diffusion dialysis is studied in the paper. The mass transfer dialysis coefficient of sulfuric acid of the membrane AFX is measured, the effect of the flowrate of the feed and ratio of feed to water is investigated, and the two kinds of membrane (AFX and S203) are compared. The results show that diffusion dialysis process can separate the metal cation from sulfuric acid effectively, but it is difficult to separate non cation impurities as As - and F -. 3Latitude migration of solar activity at high latitudes显示文摘Utilized here is the Carte Synoptique solar filament archive, namely the catalogue of solar filaments from March 1919 to December 1989, corresponding to solar rotation numbers 876 to 1823 to study latitudinal migration of solar activity at high latitudes. Except the well-known poleward migration of solar activity from middle latitudes to the poles, an equatorward migration is found from the solar poles toward middle latitudes (about 40°) within a normal cycle, which is neglected before, and the time in-terval for the former migration (4.4 years) is about 2.2 years shorter than that for the latter (6.6 years), indicating that the change from one migration to the other takes place around the maximum time of a normal cycle. In the future, a dynamo model should represent the migration from the poles toward middle latitudes of the Sun, besides the migration in 'butterfly diagrams' and the 'rush to the poles'. The effect of sulfuric acid concentration of feed, the flowrate and liquor temperature in high temperature side and low temperature side on the flux and separation efficiency is investigated. The stability of this composite membrane is also inspected. The experimental results show that the metal PTFE composite membrane can be used in membrane distillation, and its properties are very stable. 8Expanded Industrial Experiments of Free-alkali Recovery from Sodium Tungstate Solution by the Membrane Electrolysis Process显示文摘The expanded industrial experiments were conducted with practical industfial liquor to separate free alkali from sodium tungstate solution by electrolysis with canon-exchange membrane. 10Industrial application of the technique of removing Mo by a combination of moving packed bed and fluidized bed ion exchange显示文摘The application of the technique of removing molybdenum by moving packed bed and fluidized bed ion-exchange in a factory was described. The data showed that the Mo removal efficiency is above 99%, and the Mo content inAFT (Ammonium Paratungstate) is controlled steadily below 18 × 10-6, in the case of treating the feed liquor containing Mo1.4 g/L. The technique is simple and convenient in operation, good reusability of resin, loss consumption of desorption rea-gent and little pollution on environment. The loss of tungsten is less than 0.5%. 15Optimal Nonlinear Distance Toll for Cordon-Based Congestion Pricing Considering Equity Issue显示文摘In order to address the optimal distance toll design problem for cordon-based congestion pricing incorporating the issue of equity,this paper presents a toll user equilibrium( TUE) model based on a transformed network with elastic demand,to evaluate any given toll charge function. A bi-level programming model is developed for determining the optimal toll levels,with the TUE being represented at the lower level.The upper level optimizes the total equity level over the transport network,represented by the Gini coefficient,where a constraint is imposed to the total travel impedance of each OD pair after the levy. 20Microfossils from the Chert in the Lower Cambrian Shuijingtuo Formation at Miaohe, Zigui, Hubei Province显示文摘This paper reports for the first time on the microfossils discovered in the black cherts of the basal part of the Lower Cambrian Shuijingtuo Formation at Miaohe village, Zigui County, Hubei Province, all of which were observed in thin sections. Nine genera, 9 species and 3 indeterminate species (including a new species) are described. According to these microfossils, the conclusion is made that the microfossil zone may be equivalent to the small shelly fossil assemblage zones 2—3 of the Meishucun stage.
