| 1 | Energy conservation and emissions reduction strategies in foundry industry显示文摘Current energy conservation and emissions reduction strategies in iron and steel industry were reviewed. Since foundry industry is one of the major source of energy consumption and pollution emission (especially CO 2 ), issues concerning energy-saving and emission-reduction have been raised by governments and the industry. Specialists from around the world carried out multidimensional analyses and evaluation on the potentials in energy conservation and emissions reduction in iron and steel industry, and proposed various kinds of analyzing models. The primary measures mainly focus on the targeted policies formulation and also on clean and highefficient technologies development. | 2 | Using Network Embedding to Obtain a Richer and More Stable Network Layout for a Large Scale Bibliometric Network显示文摘Purpose: The goal of this study is to explore whether deep learning based embed ded models can provide a better visualization solution for large citation networks. De sign/methodology/approach: Our team compared the visualization approach borrowed from the deep learning community with the well-known bibliometric network visualization for large scale data. 47,294 highly cited papers were visualized by using three network embedding models plus the t-SNE dimensionality reduction technique. Besides, three base maps were created with the same dataset for evaluation purposes. All base maps used the classic Open Ord method with different edge cutting strategies and parameters. Findings: The network embedded maps with t-SNE preserve a very similar global structure to the full edges classic force-directed map, while the maps vary in local structure. Among them, the Node2Vec model has the best overall visualization performance, the local structure has been significantly improved and the maps' layout has very high stability.Research limitations: The computational and time costs of training are very high for network em bedded models to obtain high dimensional latent vector. Only one dimensionality reduction technique was tested. Practical implications: This paper demonstrates that the network embedding models are able to accurately reconstruct the large bibliometric network in the vector space. In the future, apart from network visualization, many classical vector-based machine learning algorithms can be applied to network representations for solving bibliomet ric analysis tasks. Originality/value: This paper provides the first systematic comparison of classical science mapping visualization with network embedding based visualization on a large scale dataset. We showed deep learning based network embedding model with t-SNE can provide a richer,more stable science map. | 3 | Sliding Mode Control of Hydraulic Pressure in Electro-Hydraulic Brake System Based on the Linearization of Higher-Order Model显示文摘The possibility to enhance the stability and robustness of electrohydraulic brake(EHB)systems is considered a subject of great importance in the automotive field.In such a context,the present study focuses on an actuator with a four-way sliding valve and a hydraulic cylinder.A 4-order nonlinear mathematical model is introduced accordingly.Through the linearization of the feedback law of the high order EHB model,a sliding mode control method is proposed for the hydraulic pressure.The hydraulic pressure tracking controls are simulated and analyzed by MATLAB/Simulink soft considering separately different conditions,i.e.,a sine wave,a square wave and a square wave with superimposed sine disturbance.The results show that the proposed strategy can track the target within 0.25 s,and the mean observed error is less than 1.2 bar.Moreover,with such a strategy,faster response and less overshoot are possible,which should be regarded as significant advantages. | Qiping Chen Haoyu Sun Ning Wang Zhi Niu Rui Wan | 2020 | Fluid Dynamics & Materials Processing2020,16,3: | 1 |

| 11 | DLX5 promotes Col10a1 expression and chondrocyte hypertrophy and is involved in osteoarthritis progression显示文摘Osteoarthritis(OA)has been considered non-reversible as articular cartilage wears down with limited repair capacity.Enhanced chondrocyte hypertrophy and increased type X collagen gene(COL10A1)expression have been associated with OA.Therefore,regulators controlling collagen X expression and chondrocyte hypertrophy may play a role in OA intervention.Here,we investigated how Distal-less homeobox 5(DLX5),the distal-less homeobox family member,controls murine Col10a1 gene expression and chondrocyte hypertrophy in chondrogenic cell models and its role in a murine OA model.Through qRT-PCR and Western blot analyses,we detected significantly increased levels of COL10A1 and DLX5 in hypertrophic MCT and ATDC5 cells compared to their proliferative stage.Forced expression of Dlx5 further increases,while knockdown of Dlx5 decreases COL10A1 expression in hypertrophic MCT cells.We have performed dual-luciferase reporter and ChiP assays and demonstrated that DLX5 promotes reporter activity through direct interaction with Col10a1 cis-enhancer.We established a murine OA model and detected markedly increased COL10A1 and DLX5 in the articular cartilage and subchondral bone of the OA mice compared with the controls.Notably,forced overexpression of DLX5 in hypertrophic MCT cells up-regulates RUNX2,and adjacent DLX5 and RUNX2 binding sites have previously been found within the Col10a1 cis-enhancer.Together,our data suggest that DLX5 may cooperate with RUNX2 to control cell-specific Col10a1 expression and chondrocyte hypertrophy and is involved in OA pathogenesis. | Jinnan Chen Fangzhou Chen Xuan Wu Huiqin Bian Chen Chen Xiaojing Zhang Ruoxuan Hei Xiaotong Yang Haochun Yuan Qian Wang Yaojuan Lu Longwei Qiao Qiping Zheng | 2023 | Genes & Diseases2023,10,5: | 1 |

| 14 | Characteristics of Left-Right Spiral Hollow Cylindrical Roller显示文摘Based on new rolling-sliding compound bearings,the wear between the one-way spiral hollow cylindrical roller and the ribs of the inner and outer ring of rolling-sliding compound bearings is reduced by innovational structural design. A new left-right spiral hollow cylindrical roller is proposed to replace the one-way spiral hollow cylindrical roller. The finite element analysis models of ordinary cylindrical rollers,one-way spiral hollow cylindrical rollers and left-right spiral hollow cylindrical rollers are respectively established by ABAQUS.The axial displacement of their center mass and the stress distribution of left-right spiral hollow cylindrical rollers are compared and analyzed. Theoretical study results show that this new left-right spiral hollow cylindrical roller not only inherits the advantages of one-way spiral hollow cylindrical rollers,but also avoids the axial offset and the serious wear of the one-way spiral hollow cylindrical roller. And the theory research conclusion is verified by the experiment. The left-right spiral hollow cylindrical roller has the advantages to overcome boundary stress concentration like logarithmic convex roller.
